Amazing bottomless brunch experience. Booking online is slightly complicated with the need to pay deposit on separate web page and no drop down specifically for bottomless brunch times. Website says 5pm but when we arrived the host said brunch finished at 4pm, problem was quickly alleviated and booking was honoured for bottomless brunch with great service. Staff always ensure they are doing their upmost for you and provide amazing service. Will definitely Be going again and will continue to recommend.

Lovely ambience inside. We particularly liked the prop idea for photos etc, really good fun, a really nice touch. We had the club sandwich which was delicious. The service was great and attentive . Had read reviews prior re: bill and forgetting to knock off the deposit, we had no issue, the bill was correct. Would recommend and we will return.

The aesthetic and ambiance of the place is the only nice thing about it. Service was poor. I specifically told them we were there to celebrate my brother’s birthday, yet not attention was given to him not even a complimentary piece of dessert or candle. I was honestly embarrassed. Also when I asked for a charger for my phone or to leave my phone with them to be charged they refused and when I asked to just charge it enough for me to call an Uber, the host told me “it’s not my fault you didn’t charge your phone”. I was honestly horrified as I have never ever encountered this kind of service and treatment.

Looks nice and has an "insta" image but the service is terrible the woman on reception wasn't welcoming and was busy typing on her phone. Guy who waited our table wasn't interested either the vibe was quiet and dull. They didn't take off our 45 pound deposit off the bill i had to ask them.. i also didn't like that a gratuity was added to the bill especially as we didn't think the waiting staff did anything to deserve a tip anyway.. the food was nice the drinks are expensive and i think this place us too overrated

I travelled up from Birmingham for a birthday weekend away, and booked to come here for bottomless brunch, we were running a little late and had to push our reservation back which the restaurant were more than accommodating with, we were served drinks within 5 minutes of being sat down, the food came out just as quick, as soon as our glasses were empty our waitress was with us straight away, sometimes she had even ordered our drinks before so they came as we were finishing, honestly can’t thank menagerie enough for making my birthday weekend go so smoothly; absolutely loved the vibe in the restaurant, I loved that as it got darker outside the lighting in the restaurant matched and gradually shifted from being a nice place to have lunch to a fun place to go for dinner, my first experience of this restaurant couldn’t have gone better, I wish I lived closer so I could come here more, but I will definitely be back in the new year! Beautiful place and lovely decor. Although our table was delayed by 30 minutes and the food took a long time to arrive.

Although the DJ and music choice was great, it felt like we were eating in a nightclub.

Overall great restaurant, food was delicious and entertainment was fun and unexpected. The only thing is it’s quite a loud atmosphere to have conversation but the music is good.

We had an absolutely amazing night. The hospitality and service was outstanding. The staff were so welcoming, relaxed and very professional showing excellent care. We didn’t feel rushed in any way and they were very patient with our photo taking before we ordered! The ambiance was perfection! The music was brilliant and so was was the decor. Menagerie was a lovely place to dine, the decor is beautiful, lots of areas to take lovely pics. The service was prompt, the waiting time was fairly short, the food was of a small portion yet somehow filling and v rich, I found our starters to be extravagantly priced although v tasty. My overall experience was a v good one, would definitely revisit

Had a lovely meal at Menagerie. The Sunday roast was amazing and one of the best i've had. Had a great evening and would come back again.

Allergies we're catered for.
Food was average Frozen Yorkshire pudding.
No ferris wheel for the afternoon tea extremely average forgot tea arrived after meal.
Drinks split over my daughters lap no apology.
This was our third and final visit.

Really enjoyed my night the only thing was my food had to be sent back but they did change it and it was very nice just very disappointing they I had to wait for my food all over again.

Sofas at a table that you are supposed to be eating at is a bit of a weird thing, you might struggle to reach your plate.

Absolutely loved our visit! We couldn’t get over how amazing the vibe, interior and food was. Spent a good few hours in Menagerie and enjoyed every single minute of it- can’t wait to return soon!

That day was my first time visiting and it was a huge surprise. The food and drink was classic, tasteful and enjoyable. It was an amazing and awesome place to go. A beautiful location indeed, i cherished this, and I'm going to recommend it to the rest of my friends.😁😁😁😁😁😁

This was a beautiful restaurant with beautiful surrounding but we sat in the bird cage and couldn’t read our menus without the torches of the phone. I’m all for ambience but not being able to read the menu in a restaurant is a little too much. Saying that the service was amazing and so was the food. We were not happy were we sat so got moved and the waitress for really nice and moved up straight away. Beautiful restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.

Our waitress was absolutely fantastic! She was really friendly and approachable! She couldn’t have been any more attentive to us and our drinks were refilled immediate.
The food was okay, our first course was just warm and could have been hotter, however it still tasted nice and the pancake were gorgeous!
My only issue was with the lady who was front of house, she wasn’t very warm or inviting, in fact she was quite blunt!
However overall a really pleasant environment! Amazing waitress!!!

After reading mixed reviews about Menagerie I was pleasantly surprised! The service and food was fabulous, and attention to detail was very much appreciated. It’s not everyday you get a firework on a bottle of wine. I will definitely be booking again and would love to try the bottomless brunch!

Was quite slow service and then wanted to kick off table when came to paying the bill after I had to wait over 30 minutes and ask three people for a glass of water. Expected better service and didn’t like being rushed after having to keep waiting for drinks etc so long.

Very enjoyable evening. Staff are fantastic as were the cocktails.

It is one of the best restaurants which me and my friends have been to. The food and the atmosphere were both amazing. We stayed for a bit of the entertainment and myself and my friends were so impressed and loved it that we have recommended the restaurant to people we know. Our server Maia was really good and she made sure we were okay and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything.

Lovely food and great brunch. Would total recommend and will definitely be going back soon.
