Meraki is a contemporary Greek restaurant, inspired by the Aegean islands with a cosmopolitan flare.

The concept behind Meraki stemmed from the Waney family’s (Zuma, Roka, La Petit Maison) special affinity for Greece, developed whilst vacationing with friends on the islands. They were enamored by the quality of ingredients, flavorsome food and the warmth of the people.

In Greek, Meraki describes the action to fulfil a vision with unwavering devotion and zeal, and represents the act of doing something with such great passion that you leave a bit of yourself in the creative process.

Menu has changed slightly. Fillet kebab was delicious, amongst other tasty dishes, but a few were bland in taste with the ‘aged’ beef souvlaki meze being a fail. Mixed reviews also for the desserts. Ambiance was great as usual with nice cocktails and good music. Server was busy and inattentive. He also tried hard to sell the most expensive items on the menu which is always a disappointing experience in a restaurant. The food arrived with long delays, and drinks were forgotten when ordered or would arrive with massive delays. All other staff were great.

They accommodated us when we were arriving 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. Service was impeccable and helpful to understand all dishes and it was also fast! Food was great and dessert too. The most entertaining part of the evening was sitting next to a loud potential couple who just met for a first date. Will be back!

Gluten free choices and bread available. The seabass main course is amazing, so is the rizogalo dessert. All dishes were very good. I highly suggest this place for a fantastic meal

Compared to other Greek restaurants I’ve been to in London, the food here is overpriced. The appetisers were flavourful however the main dishes were slightly disappointing. Service was wonderful though.

Good food: we had lamb and beef tenderloin, both were perfectly cooked with great flavor and accompanying sauces were perfect fits. The chocolate mousse was excellent. If you order the spreads go for more than one bread which are excellent

A lovely but also disappointing evening. Food, drink and ambience great. Didn’t appreciate having to vacate our table after 2 hours!! We were completely rushed and for almost £200 a couple it wasn’t good enough! Service was below average too. Such a shame.

When we arrived they told us we could only keep the table for 90m and every half an hour we got a reminder. We told the floormanager this made us very unwelcome and we didn’t think it was a sign of hospitality. There were 5 other tables open on a Saturday night. The manager didn’t offer us drinks on the house or anything. We love the quality of food but we don’t think we’ll go back.

Great food. We sat in a cold draught due to wind from Foley Street. We were encouraged to use their bar, as we were 10 mins early, then had to wait another 20 minutes for a children's party to end! I bought two GnT's and we were offered tap water, this cost £43.13! An extortionate price and how can two identical drinks come to an odd number! Two people were seated close to us even though the restaurant was practically empty? I have written to the restaurant about the price of the drinks and had no reply yet.

We had such a nice dinner and then we paid for the bill in cash for 3 of us..my husband counted the cash in front of us - 375 pounds.. we saw him put in the correct amount of money and then 2 minutes later they came back and told him that he only put 275 pounds. We had to pay an extra £100. Didn’t go down well

The place was very nice but not great. The food was very over priced for the portions you got. Felt like we were being rushed from the start, didn’t take our coats, food came out very quickly and rushed.

I dined here alfresco recently. This chef is an absolute god in Greece and his London outpost is no exception. While nothing can replace dining late on a balmy evening on the Cycladics (in fact, on the evening we dined here it rained), the food very much transported me to Greece. The waitstaff were a little all over the shop with our drinks (couldn't quite seem to get any of the orders right), but we enjoyed the food so much it wasn't such a concern. Definitely looking forward to returning for more of this exquisite Greek cuisine.

Waiters kept interrupting our conversation, didn’t give us a chance to take a picture of their lovely food before mixing / mashing together, shoved themselves into really tight spots close to us to mix our food, and overall had poor covid considerations.

Meraki has an interesting twist on Greek cuisine which is similar to what you would expect to find in an equivalent establishment in Greece. The menu has plenty of imagination and the food was tasty. The service was prompt and professional. I had visited before once when it first opened and never been back as the portions were small and the prices very high! With this in mind I had over ordered and ended up not finishing the food. This was my only complaint as I had expected the meal to be on the expensive side anyway! For this reason I wouldn’t make it a regular visit but in a couple of years I may be back!

Absolutely amazing experience! We ordered loads of seafood for the table and went ahead with the roasted chicken and the lamb chop. They are all so delicious! The portion was massive. I personally enjoyed the yellowtail sashimi. The service was great - the servers were helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for an amazing lunch - we left full and happy!

The food was OK. Some dishes were greek with a twist. The one thing that surprised me though as it never happened to me before, was that we ordered "lukumades"(as called on the menu) and we got cold mini doughnuts!! Unbelievable that they had to ask the chef to confirm the obvious! Haha 😄
