Consistently a good experience. Food, drinks and service were very good. Will keep returning.
Came here for a birthday. Service was great and so was the food. Everybody enjoyed it.
Very busy. Even at 6:30 there was a wait for a table. We were 6 minutes late arriving for our reservation due to traffic and the manager made us wait 15 minutes to be seated.
Food was fresh and tasty.
We love this Mesero location! The food is terrific. We love the Chicken Paillard , the kale salad, the fajitas and the queso blanco. Jaime is the best manager ever. He recently arranged a special table for our group that included several older grandparents who couldn't easily get upstairs.
The ranch water cocktail presentation is outstanding, BTW.
We’ve been to meseros so we decided to try this area. We got seated but the waitress was not pleasant. She was to everyone else in the party but with me specifically she was not. Not sure why but most likely won’t return to this meseros
We always love going to Mesero! Great food, drinks and service.
Food was wonderful, but service was slow (1 hour until we got our food) and the noise level was very high. I measured it at up to 86db. That exceeds OSHA guidelines.
The noise level on a Friday night was unbearable. Do not eat there unless you enjoy yelling at your partner the entire time. Food was good but I couldn’t wait to leave.
Gave me the wrong dish
Family meal. Very friendly service. Our food was very good. Great guacamole, just the way we like it. I really liked the Enchiladas Verdes and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back for sure.
I’m at Mesero at least once a week. Love the team there 😃
Lovely. Great time
Service is always friendly and impeccable. Shrimp ceviche is wonderful. Shrimp and chicken fajitas were perfect. Love the three dips with chips that are served complimentary.
Everything was great except if you ate inside and wanted to have a conversation it was impossible because of the noise level. Luckily we were able to be seated outside. We were with another couple we hadn’t seen in a long time and would have been extremely disappointed if we had to shout all through dinner. Glad restaurant was busy for owners sake but don’t go if you want to talk during your meal.
Excellent Service and foid
service was prompt and amiable. A little too loud for my hearing aids. but that is not unusual for me! Will return as the food was delicious!
Yummy food. Beautifully plated. Great service. I love this restaurant.
Great! Food was fabulous.
First time there and had prompt service. Waitress made great suggestions and I chose the El Miguelito which was excellent. Queso Mesero was the best queso I've had, didn't understand bringing one big chip to pour some on and then leave with other chips not available for the bowl to be enjoyed but others were brought when asked. Overall we enjoyed the experience and will be back.
Good food and good service.
Terrible Service. Took more than 1 hour to get our food. Talked to the manager and he did nothing. Did not even come back to our table to give a response after we explained the issue.
As usual, the food is fantastic and the service was great. The cinco leches cake is so delicious! They made my girlfriend's birthday meal very special.
Food was dependably good from beginning to end. Something was amiss at the bar as we ordered the same margarita offering that we have for literally years at 5 different Mesero locations going back to the one that used to be at McKinney and Armstrong. Hopefully this was an aberration.
Get the shrimp ceviche! As an appetizer or main dish depending on how hungry you are at the time. Salsas are very good too.
Birthday and Father’s Day for 7 people. We were seated upstairs and it was great. Server wonderful food very good. Just all around great service.
The food was the most bland Mexican I’ve ever had. The drinks were fire though l!
Excellent as always Great night out and highly recommend
We were looking for something new to try and this place was definitely worth it. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular!!
Work lunch appointment an
First time at this location, but very much like the others. Good food, nice surroundings and fairly priced (not cheap, but reasonable). Will go back.
Wonderful food, drinks, and service!!
The good was really good, the place was almost empty and the service súper súper slow. Took forever to order, get the food, the waitress never checked on us, not even once.
Great find and really good food. Spirited energy level.
We were seated upstairs, which is clearly the area reserved for families with small children. We eat here often and had no idea there was seating upstairs. It was noisy and messy - perfect for that stage in life but not ideal for a group of adults. Being upstairs could also be the reason our service was so slow - which is not at all the norm downstairs. As you would expect, it is warmer upstairs as well. We love Mesero normally but this was a bad experience.
Our second there dinner in a week. Wait time for our reservation table was about 10 minutes service and food was excellent. Highly recommended
Perfect value and delightful staff
As usual the food was very good. However my friend and I made reservations at 6 so we could talk and get in early before the noise ramped up and it became crowded. Knowing that is always an issue there I felt by getting there early we would circumvent the issues.
Took over 5 minutes for the server to come to the table to bring water. She leaves takes orders from the 2 new tables seated on each side of us then comes back and takes ours. Bottom line we did not get our food until 7. Both tables on either side had been served and we were still waiting. We waited an hour. My friends food was cold and I had salad. She sent her food back and by the time the manager brought her hot food I was finished. Very disappointing that there was no apology and no compensation. We never did figure out what happened but very disappointing in how it was handled.
Service was very accommodating & the food was good. However the bar service is really slow & food not much quicker. Had similar experiences before even in the early afternoon when the restaurant was not that full. Once sitting at the bar, asked if wanted water - yes - then got our adult beverage & had to remind him about the water. Never got a refill. Dinner guests commented how music got loader as the evening went on & was very hard to converse, even with the person next to you.
As always, Mesero was top notch! Our waiter, Carlos, was fantastic and kept our party of five very well served. Thanks for always being a place I can proudly bring new guests!
Horrible experience. Service was bad, the waiter was rude, our food was late and we were only checked on for drinks once. We also had a cook because someone in the party had a birthday and the cake was brought out with an attitude and made everyone feel uncomfortable
