Food is lovely here, breads, dips, tapas, wine, all great - however we had some disappointing service. Had to ask for everything - take wine order, can we order bread, 1 hour later, ask for them to take food order, then find someone to get the bill for us. Yes they were busy but we have been there before and not had this type of problem. A table of 4 we would have probably ordered 2 more bottles of wine and more tapas but felt it was all a bit hard work. Shame - as food we had was great and a lovely atmosphere.
very good food but drinks very expensive still we enjoyed the evening
Having been recommended to us by friends on many occasions we thought it only fair to give it a go for ourselves. We weren't disappointed. The team looked after us well - without been pushy always knowing the right time to approach the table, the food was very good (my only criticism is that all dishes could have come at the same time but thats a little niggle). Prices were fair and reasonable so on the whole it made for a very pleasant Anniversay meal and experience. Thankyou Emma and the team.
Loved it! Staff and food amazing! Definitely be back to see you soon
Me gustó mucho! Estoy de vuelta el viernes!
Delicious food, good service!
Pleasant environment and good food.
Excellent food. Beautifully fresh ingredients superbly prepared. Spanish tapas at its very best.
We dined in the conservatory . The roof above was filthy , full of green mould. I think if paying diners are going to be eating in the conservatory then the restaurant could ay least pay to get the visible roof cleaned.
Fir my husbands birthday I had ordered one of the pre order dishes of a whole lobster and rice , for £75. It arrived in a medium sized saucepan. The presentation was underwhelming, considering the price of it. The taste was nice. We asked for some bread to mop up the soup of the dish and were charged for it.
We were served by a lady from Spain who was lovely. Overall, wouldn’t return.
Great food and service. Have been several times before, food was best on this occasion. Will be coming back.
6 of us had an excellent meal at Migas on a busy Saturday night. We had pre-ordered two of their specials (24 hour notice). we had the lamb and the lobster. Both were really tasty and the lamb was so well cooked. Wine list was good too. Left happy, no complaints. Will definitely go again.
We went as a group of 4 on a quiet night. Tapas is a great way of sharing a meal and it was nice how the dishes arrived over time rather than all at once, so each could be sampled by everyone at leisure. 3 of us are vegetarian and there is a really good choice of veggie dishes. The music is not too intrusive and the staff friendly and eager to please. Will definitely be going again.
Food and service perfect a little chilly sat in the conservatory though.
A lovely place where my girlfriend ando I celebrated her Birthday. ...amazing food. .great service & great relaxed atmosphere..definately worth a visit
Had a really great night. Food and service was excellent. Our booking was extended to 12 just days before and the staff were brilliant, really went beyond helpful to accommodate us.
Very good food & service,1st time we have visited ,Will certainly return
Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great range of food and drink options. We had a variety of tapas. Garlic chicken was amazing!
Had a great meal super service all very friendly. Will go again
Staff were very friendly! Food was quick out and tasted great :)
Dropped in for the bargain Wednesday offer of a paella and 2 glasses of wine for £18.
Lovely restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. Food absolutely wonderful. Probably best Spanish dishes that we've eaten.
We had several tapas as well as the Paella, and a good value bottle of wine - light and fruity.
The tapas... the croquettes were gorgeous, oozing smooth creamy sauce - they just disappeared!
The tortilla was stunning. Light and flavoursome.
The star was some cigars of morcilla and sweet onions in filo pastry. Another real treat.
(we also had meatballs with a smokey tomato sauce and some courgette fritters - both really good)
The paella was cooked to order - my wife doesn't eat peppers so we asked for the dish without them, the waitress came back to ask if we wanted the dish cooked with different stock as the usual one contains peppers, a very thoughtful move - and was a lovely combination of seafood and shellfish. Some good size prawns and mussels garnishing the precisely cooked rice. Really, really tasty.
We finished with Churros and chocolate sauce. Another winner.
We really enjoyed our meal and visit to Migas. We will be going again - soon!
