Waited an hour for waitresses to even come our way. Then waited another hour for the food which really wasn’t even worth the wait. Everyone there was experiencing issues with their meal. Didn't even have any starters because they had ran out. Never again.
Book a table for 7.30pm for 4people take 90minute to get a starter after all that long wait till 9.40pm l was told don't have any food to serve main . Wouldn't recommend it to no one nor go back there
Me and my girlfriend had the afternoon tea with prosecco. It was gorgeous! Really nice food and a lovely restaurant. Very kind and friendly staff.
Lovely food, lovely staff. Lovely lunch! Menu a little confusing with regard to the drinks.
We have been to this restaurant before and it never disappoints, the refurbished interior has been done tastefully allowing more space. the quality of food is excellent as is the service attentive but not intrusive. Thanks for lovely dining experience.
Starter came with main and was on the coolish side
Lovely surroundings, great service, excellent food and good value lunch - thank you!
There have been major changes to Milanos since it was taken over last year, but don't think they are beneficial. It has more of a cafe feel to it now instead of a restaurant and no longer feels authentically Italian. Looks very sparse inside . Food was okay, but a bit heavy on the tomato in the sauces and not very refined. The service however was very good and friendly. Shame as this was always a favourite after visiting the theatre, but think I would now be tempted to look elsewhere.
The staff where lovely the food and cocktails where amazing overall great experience will be coming her again
Was very nice, the two people I went with really enjoyed their food. Very decent price! Scollops were absolutely beautiful and the strawberry daiquiri was sooo good wish they did bigger classes
Whilst the staff were polite, they were overwhelmed and brought the wrong order to us. The food was average (bearing in mind we ordered vegetarian) and getting the waiters attention was an absolute pain
It was loud and bright where the old Milano's was dimly lit and quiet.
Service a little slow at times but very friendly, helpful & pleasant staff. Food was divine, will definitely book again.
The venue is neat, tidy, spacious with decent decor and quiet. Staff are well presented and always polite, nothing is too much for them. The service is attentive but can be slow, maybe due to a lack of sufficient numbers of staff. Food is good, well presented and value for money. Would visit again as we already have!
Lovely little restaurant the food was delicious as were the alcohol free cocktails.
Seemed to be very understaffed, had to ask to order, had our starters before we’d even received our drinks
Loved it! What a hidden gem! Never been before but panicked booked for my daughters tenth birthday and was so impressed! I didn’t realise it was in the Arcadian, the decor was lovely, decent Sauvignon blanc and a fab waitress what more could you ask for? I’ve eaten at the pricier Italians in Birmingham and have to say the food is absolutely on par. Will deffo return!
Amazing service, amazing food, memories were made for my family and that’s the most important thing in the world to me.
The waitress and food was impeccable, I enjoyed my visit so much I’ve booked a table 3 weeks in a row. I will be a regular at this restaurant. It’s my new go to place. The pie star martini, garlic king prawns starter and lobster main is the best.
