Amazing experience at Molino Chido! The Chef’s Table tasting menu and drink pairings were creative, delicious, and beautifully presented. We loved watching the team work, and the service was warm and attentive. One of our favorite dining experiences in Denver—highly recommend!

The tacos were delicious, a must try are the pollo and the pastor with cheese crust. The service is always great and the drinks are also delicious. Will definitely be coming back

Went in for a light snack and split flautas and quesadilla with a friend, we both got the horchata and everything was phenomenal. Love that they label vegetarian items. Excited to return and try more.

We made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. We had been once before and knew we’d have to come back ASAP. The service was so attentive and kind, the food was next level, and the ambiance was fun and casual while still being a fantastic culinary experience. 10/10 recommend Molino Chido for a casual dinner or a special celebration.

Bad timing for us apparently. This place generally rocks 5 stars + both in terms of food and service every time i have been there in the past. Apparently there had been a patio party before we arrived and everything was off - time to be seated, service once seated, food was mushy when arrived, etc.
