We've been to Montana's on many occasions and have always had a good experience.
Service was really slow but the food itself was goos
Food was bad. Service was bad. Waited 40 minutes just for dessert. Girl at front counter was rude. Most of food was over cooked or burnt.
The staff was very pleasant and we have never had that level of attentiveness in a restaurant before. DAVE was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed his humour.
Where we sat we were able to converse easily with each other and not get distracted by anything around us, not even the television sets. That was a lovely surprise.
We will be returning, for sure!! (Only if we can have DAVE again, lol)
Brooke our waitress was great. Food was great as usual
The food was very good if the order had been right john had ordered 6bone rib and got 4 bone but was charged for 6 and he ordered fried and gravy and beans and got mashed and coleslaw my wife was not put on and so it was later then the rest they did cover the costed of hers . But the meal was really good thanks
Horrible had a table of 6 , every single order was wrong. Had an ant in my salad. Never ever will go here . This is the 3rd time this restaurant has done this.
Drinks took forever...I think they forgot them. Meal was good but VERY salty. Meal was served incomplete...They forgot gravy and cornbread. Was not a busy night. Other visits to the restaurant were great. Don't know what happened on this night.
Never again this was our restaurant to go never again we will go back

hAD THE 18.99 STEAK DINNER, ASKED FOR MEDIUM RARE AND CAME OUT RARE COULD NOT EVEN CUT IT, THEY TOOK IT BACK WITH MY KNIFE MARKS IN IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK EXACTLY THE SAME, STILL RAW AND COULDNT CUT IT, DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING, WILL NEVER GO BACK
Made reservations online. Got to restaurant and was told they lost all reservations due to computer error. |Wasn't offered any incentive to stay just told I could wait. Decided to wait and was seated in about 15-20 minutes. At time of order I asked for the sirloin and was told sorry we're out. How can you be out of sirloin at 6 pm ??? So I tried the carved steak. Waited awhile, then out comes dinner. My family were served and I was told they dropped my steak on the way out. my steak arrived about 10 minutes later, way too much pepper, it was so thick I had to scrape it off, my baked potato was cold and the inside was hard. My sister also had a cold baked potato and the inside was also hard. She sent hers back, by the time I got mine I couldn't be bothered as my family were already done their dinners. I just didn't eat it. I only came to Montana's because I wanted a sirloin steak, and to be out of steak at 6 pm is really poor planning. I am very disappointed

Long time for food to be served
Very disappointing visit. Went to Montana’s at 5:00 pm on a Saturday. Sat down right away with a reservation but after we ordered our food we had to wait so long for it, maybe 30 minutes. My toddler had to wait so long that I had to walk him around the restaurant quite a few times and then when I finally got my food I had to pack it to go because he was so squirrely I couldn’t sit down to eat and had to take him home. My husband stayed behind and said dishes were cleared before someone came with the machine so he could pay the bill. The one bright spot was my smothered mushroom chicken was quite yummy. However my husband was not impressed with the fried onions that came with his steak. He said it looked like he got what was left in the pan, basically a few crumbs. He said he steak was just ok. And my server Dave disappeared quite a bit and I had to get out of my seat and try to find him or another server to ask for things.
Instead of a nice night out it was a $90 frustrating meal. I wouldn’t go back to Montana’s again. If you have kids it’s easier to go to the Mandarin. Your children can look at the fish in the aquarium and won’t have to deal with a long wait.
The server neglected us, the food was okay. I told two separate people it was my friends birthday and after neglecting us for almost 30 minutes we asked for our bills and left. Very disappointing.
I had the slow roasted beef .The beef was dry and tough. I ate a quarter of it.I wonder how the cook could even send that out.
Good mother’s day dinner , only problem was after we order our food it took over an hour for the food to arrive , that is very unsatisfactory service when the restaurant wasn’t that busy and we only had 4 people at our table.
The waiter was very attentive. Everything we needed was provided to us quickly and efficiently. My only complaint was that the restaurant itself was dark and it made reading the menu difficult.
I ordered the 18.99 steak dinner. Steak was not tender, looked like they counted out the fries as there were so few and literally a teaspoon of coleslaw in the cup on my plate. Not good value and skimpy portions.
My husband took me out for my birthday. I ordered a drink, waitress forgot it until I reminded her AFTER we got our food, she came back to tell me the bar didn't have the proper mix. I had ordered the 7oz steak medium well, it came out medium rare and had to send it back. Told her it was my birthday but I didn't want the hat, we used the free birthday cookie coupon, she gave me a bowl of freezer burnt ice cream topped with melted whipped cream and a stale pretzel. She was forgetful although pleasant. We were not happy, it was my birthday and it almost ruined the whole evening. We used a gift card to pay and so didnt keep the receipt but i have the email verification sent to me when the restaurant checked us in
When we first arrived there was only two people serving the whole restaurant. We didn't get seated for another ten minutes. Once seated we waiting another 15 minutes to place our orders due to the fact that there was no wait staff and the two that were running around were very busy. Our food came after about 30 mins But when asked for mashed potatoes had none so we ordered the endless shrimp with our chicken meal which we not endless because the staff was so busy we couldn't get the shrimp when wanting it. What was supposed to be a quick lunch turned into a 1.5 hr lunch which was super disappointing not to mention the beef stew was like water and the ceaser salad wasn't even dressed but to get a new one would have to open forever. I will not return there again I was very disappointed in the service food and waiting time.

I've been to this Montana's location a few times and the service is always great. The staff are very attentive and the food is delicious.
Overall, I enjoyed the meal. Service was great, especially given how busy it was that evening. Food was a bit overcooked but not unreasonably so.
Good value for the buck.
The service was excellent and the food was very good; my only complaint is the noise level of conversations was very high and uncomfortable.
We left without dessert because of the noise.
