Smaller than anticipated but a very nice atmosphere and great service. Food came a little cold, but still good!
Amazing atmosphere! Food and drinks were out of this world. It was romantic and fun! Highly recommend!
Good variety of options and very tasteful presentation; slightly expensive for the overall value. Would still visit
Excellent brunch. Fantastic food and outstanding service.
Friend was in from out of town for the holiday, we were having brunch before his flight. I always like to try new places, hadn't been to Morea before. Made a res, then had to move the time up, no issues. We only had sandwiches, both very good, service was fine, but found it a bit odd that the server brought the check after clearing the table, didn't ask if wanted coffee or any dessert, not that we would/should have, but nothing was offered. I would recommend this place to others.
Food was ok. Drinks were cute but weak. The $25 seafood caesar salad wasn’t that great for that price. They had the nerve to use imitation crab meat and charge that much and give you 3 shrimp on wilted romaine.
Overall wonderful!! Service top notch and the food was really good as were the drinks especially the wine from the tap. I ordered the chicken and the spices and sides were amazing I would say chicken a little over cooked (better than not cooked enough) still fantastic and everyone else enjoyed their meals. Desserts are huge so definitely sharing
A place that only 20s and 30s would love.
We thoroughly enjoyed the ahi tuna and hummus as starters. And the cauliflower steak was the best I've ever had. My husband had chicken that was a bit dry and our daugher enjoyed brussle and quinoia salad. The ambience was nice.
Our service was average: our server rarely checked on us, and although I would've ordered a second glass of wine, she never stopped back to inquire until she asked us if we saved room for dessert. Overall, we felt that the food was good. The service could've been better.
We got there early as we had a show at eight that night. We were able to sit at the bar. Garland was our bartender / server. Great food, interesting stories and a super experience. Highly recommend in a section of Philly that doesn’t have a lot of fine dining.
Everything was great! From the service, to the drinks, to the food! I would highly recommend this place for casual dining or special occasions!
Food and service were great but the music was way too loud.
Nice place for a casual dinner
I meant relatively early so it was pretty quiet but overall my waiter was nice and I enjoyed the food.
Dinner and cocktails were excellent. The server was charming and efficient.
The whole experience of eating at Morea was very very nice. Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful, the cocktails were delicious and our meal well-prepared. We had the lollipop lamb chops and the braised short ribs. Both were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Vance Smith sent me and I Loved the place. Note to all customers ask the owner the History of the Restaurant name Classic
Great place for gluten free options! Good food, great service, and good value for your money. I highly recommend the restaurant.
Perfect and close to office
We went for Sunday Brunch. Our server had said she was new there but you would never know it. She was fantastic, so pleasant and helpful. The food was terrific. We will definitely be returning.
Desayunamos muy rico, el Lobster Roll no me gusto es frío, lo imaginaba diferente.
Pero en general bien todo.
We enjoyed our time at Morea. I had the seafood Caesar salad while my friend had the short ribs. My salad had roasted romaine that was perfect; I think my friend would have liked a bit less pepper on her short ribs but she still thought they were delicious. My specialty cocktail was good; she had whiskey. For dessert we split the deep-fried Oreos. The coffee was awesome. I don't know much about the inside noise level because we had outside tables. It was a cool night but they had these amazing gas-powered heaters and so we were very comfortable. The service was great; they were attentive and thoughtful.
1st time visiting (brunch) and will definitely be back! We had the Shakshuka--AMAZING! Chocolate chunk pancakes w/Jack Daniel's maple syrup (hel-lo!)! Lattes and cocktail (breakfast mule) - top notch! Friendly and service was great!
A surprise to find this gem with openings on a Saturday night. Food was unique and flavorful, service was attentive, drinks were good and music enjoyable!
Mediocre food and slow service.
We had the best experience here. The food and the service were both superb!! When we travel back to Philly this will definitely be a place we will return!!
Well in amazing brunch and excellent service I Duffield recommend going there
Phenomenal brunch spot! Good drinks, good food, good service!
What a great place! Was looking for really good food in a relaxed atmosphere near my hotel. This was the place! I will definitely hit it up again next time I'm in town.
Great atmosphere and delicious food, we would definitely visit again.
The food was really, really good. That place should be busting the seams with many, many customers
We arrived early because we had theater tickets, so it was not very busy when we got there. Restaurant has a really cool vibe, beautiful atmosphere and nice decor. James, our server, is great. Personable, made some great suggestions I was very friendly and attentive. He recommended the fig and pear flatbread which was phenomenal and the short rib which was very tasty. We will be sure to stop back next time we are in the city!
Delicious food. The pear and fig flatbread with goat cheese was yummy. Brussel sprouts crispy, grilled octopus was tender and flavorful and a great portion
Everything was great. The owner even came over and wished us a happy anniversary and bought us dessert. The food and the service was excellent.
Overall beautiful experience
Very noisy. Left after a very disappointing drink. Never had any food. Really can't recommend this restaurant.
Food was delicious and the service excellent! Ate outside and dealt with an uneven sidewalk and traffic noise but it did not detract from an enjoyable lunch!
Nice place, good service, waitress was very pleasant. Menu was sort of small and limited. Food was good. I had the short rib which was very good. Odd that it didn't come with a vegetable. Desert was very good.
Went for brunch. Champagne they served was flat, and not very enjoyable. Other than that, food and service was great!
Pleasant and quick service
it was a joke...the service was terrible...no ambience, the sound was incredible coming from their other connected property....the drinks were terrible...the food was surprisingly not horrible its like they accidentally got that right...do not go to this place....
