Morton's Grille - Niagara Falls

Anniversary. Food was not worth the price I paid. $16 for really bad fries. I don’t mind paying but it should be tasty.

Dining done right! Unique dishes, great service and location. Special occasion homerun

Went there on the Christmas Eve Dinner. Make sure you know where to park your car before going there.
Place is good, clean and quiet. Service and our lady waitress was great!
Dinner - Oh well :( ... We ordered NY Steak (14 oz.) and Ribs. Ribs come with side dish which is fries. Steak (at $60-65) does not come with a side dish (I knew it). I asked for a side broccoli and mashed potato, like 1/2 each. We got served with 2 sides, I was billed $16 per each side. I love Morton's in Toronto. Not that I think it is pricey, but what I want to say is that a dish at a about $100 is expected to be excellent, or at least great. My steak was delicious and cooked like I wanted, but unfortunately, about 1/4 of it was not chewable because of meat itself (chief messed up meat cuts???).
Ribs - another story: super dry. I feel the dish was pre-cooked and stored for some time. Then, it was just warmed up. Ribs' sauce was too much acidic, it had too much vinegar in it. We had to scrub the sauce off the ribs so we could eat it. Conclusion: Ribs from the grocery store taste better. Do not order Ribs at this place if you don't want to ruin your dinner!
We did not complain about food quality cz we did not want to ruin our Christmas Eve Dinner as well as we did not want to upset our waitress who was a really nice lady.

Service was amazing, food quality was ok, shrimp cocktail too saucy, avocado in tuna poke and shrimp cocktail was super hard , for what we paid deff not worth it, extra charge on the bill which I realized later I dont even know what that was for

When I made a reservation with two children and two adults, a woman who seemed to be the manager of the reception made an unpleasant face.

The number of seats is limited by regulations, so I understand that they want adults with high unit prices.

But the mood of the trip was ruined.

Too expensive for poor chef quality food. Dessert was horrible literally they took chips ahoy cookies and make an ice cream sandwich. Gross!

We were there this past weekend and the meal and view was excellent and our waiter Mike made all the difference. He was fantastic. Would definitely go back.

Went to Morton’s Grille for my anniversary and everyone who greeted my boyfriend and I said “Happy Anniversary!”. Everyone was incredibly friendly, Leesa was our sever and she was amazing. I barely remembered there was a pandemic going on because the service was still so smooth. Everyone was social distancing, the tables were perfectly spaced. The food was amazing. A tad pricy, but still delicious! I had absolutely no complaints. They even took a complimentary photo for us and printed it out with a lovely message on it. I would definitely recommend the restaurant. The view of the falls is a bit obstructed by trees as the restaurant is on the 2nd floor of the building but, it was still nice!

Our first time and we enjoyed every detail about this restaurant. Our waiter Mario was very pleasant and friendly. The food was delicious, the view was amazing by the window. The service was outstanding and we would definitely go back again.

really a great view of the Falls they cooked the steak perfectly waiter was very congenial, they did a great job at a difficult time. if there was one critique I thought the maître d was a bit curt and could have been a bit warmer, but again he is probably under a lot of pressure.

Food was very good but extremely expensive for what you get
Although I understand you have to pay for the incredible view, there is no reason to pay $ 55.00 CAD for a 6oz tenderloin (which honestly was not by far the best steak I've ever eaten), and 6.00 extra dollars if you want a table spoon of butter on top of it
The crab cake was delicious but ONE small piece costs 29.00 CAD
If you dont order a steak, the other main courses are reasonable priced and very good, like the Mahi Mahi and the shrimps with grit
Dessert (creme brule) was large enough to share and very nice

Ny girlfriend and I had date night here on Saturday. Our entire experience was exceptional, from the greeting at the main desk to our server, and of course our meal. I would highly recommend Morton’s Grille Niagara Falls!

The food was not to Morton’s level i expected. Onion soup had hard bread and was not even hot. Sent our back. My nation dish i had mahi mahi with quinoa and the quinoa was tasteless and the fish was hard and dry. Didn’t want to send it back like i did with the soup because is have to wait again for the replacement and my husband would of been done his food. Terrible experience! I’m not sure if I’ll be back. Unless the next time it’s on Morton’s because i ain’t paying for food that is not enjoyable. My bill for two was almost 300. Thanks

Visited on a Saturday evening to celebrate a birthday. Dinner was delicious and our server Leesa was amazing!

It was pretty pricey for the quality of the meal. Covid restrictions were an ambiance killer both in service and atmosphere however we did feel the precautions allowed us to feel comfortable. Would try again after covid for the full steakhouse experience.

A fantastic restaurant with fantastic food. However, with so many other great steak houses in the vicinity, I felt the prices were somewhat high.

We got the Autumn harvest,. upgraded our wine and oysters.
Bill was over 300$. Not worth it at all. Food portions were very small considering the price. Waitress was lovely.

The food was a bit pricey but great. Important to know that the main dishes do not include side dishes so those have to be added. Our waiter, Mike, was amazing and we appreciated all the extra attention he gave us. It was my daughter's birthday celebration and he gave us a card with her picture on it.
