Food was great, waitress was even better! She was so sincere, offered great options from the menu, and didnt forget anything. Great meal, great restaurant.

I was pleased that a Morton's Grille had the same outstanding steaks and sides and service! Our waitress was as great as you could ask for!

We were a party of 10 in an otherwise empty restaurant - arrived at 8:45PM for a late meal. We did not mind having a slow dinner service as our group arrived at intervals. The shrimp appetizer was excellent; the oysters had sand in them. The meal was okay; all of our steaks were cooked properly and were served together at the same time. I just thought the overall experience would be better given the “Morton’s” name and the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. They were good about our later night reservation and we were a table of 10, with only one server working the floor.

Having eaten at several Morton’s I was preparedfor the high prices. However, two of ourgroup ordered The beautiful cheeseburger advertised with glorious photos on the elevator doors. Super disappointed!! Burger were small and seriously overcooked. Felt that theburgers should have been fantasticfor the price. Felt ripped off!

We had a lovely 25th Wedding Anniversary dinner! The staff was great and everyone wished us a Happy Anniversary! They presented us with a complimentary dessert as well as a photo that our waitress took of us during dinner. We requested a window seat overlooking the falls and we were delighted to have a wonderful table at the windows.

Our waiter was really great! The food was great! The only thing...the hostess never spoke, it was so weird, thought it was a bit rude but I don't know her situation so just brushed it off.

Our server Lisa was very good and responsive. The food left much to be desired. My filet was served cold. After receiving a new filet it was so chewy as to not be edible. Glad is was not our first time dining at a mortons.

We were staying at the Niagara Falls Marriott Fals View and Morton Grill is located inside the hotel. It is a sibling of the Morton Steakhouse. Same quality of steaks, just more casual. The restaurant also has an upfront view of Niagara Falls.

We made a reservation in advance (three weeks before) and had to wait around 25 minutes for our table. We wanted to have a romantic dinner (as wished in the reservation) and were seated in a quiet noisy place. Food was very good, service quiet good.

Great food, nice atmosphere and service was great. Our waitress was excellent making recommendations for the area since like most people were from out of town Only concern is the the promotional fee they charge like every other place in the area. Additional after the sales tax.

We were in Niagara Falls to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Morton's Grill was in our hotel and seemed like the perfect choice for dinner. We did not get a window table as requested but they did seat us in a lovely booth. The view of the Falls didn't matter as much because the fog pretty much obscured it.
Our server, Leesa, was just the right amount of attentive and very knowledgeable and friendly. We both had the Chicken Piccata which was served piping hot and perfectly done. It was accompanied by a generous helping of wilted garlic spinach. Neither of us cared much for it. I love garlic but it was a little over powering and the spinach was our least favorite part. We had ordered a side of broccoli to share. That was good. My husband enjoyed Key Lime pie and I had the flourless chocolate cake. Both very good.

Had to wait nearly an hour for an over cooked, tough steak! I have eaten at other Morton’s before .... this one was a massive disappointment! Not worth the long wait and not worth the $ this time .... the excuse will be that they were busy .... not every table was occupied and the restaurant was under half full by the time we were served.

I made my reservations online and upon arrival we were seated at a window seat (which we requested), however it was all downhill from there.
We ordered 2 drinks and requested grey goose. One was a Martini with extra stuffed olives and one was a Cosmo. We were told they might not have grey goose and to choose another vodka just in case. We received our meal before our drinks came to the table. The waitress informed us that the bartender was backed up and she is sorry. The Martini had 2 stuffed olives and extra regular olives in a glass because they ran out of stuffed olives. The cosmo was a dark red. If you have ever had a perfect cosmo, it should be light pink. It tasted like a mix not fresh. We also order sparkling water (which we only received when the waitress came to the table asking if we would like another bottle), we replied that we hadn't even received our first bottle. We had 4 empty glasses with lemons on them waiting for the sparkling water. When we received our meal 2 of the steak dinners were not prepared properly. The steaks had to be sent back twice. So now two of us were eating our dinner because we did not want it to get cold while the other two people were waiting. On a good note the sides we ordered were delicious. The two steak dinners were taken off the bill. (It was the least they could do) The waitress asked if we wanted dessert "on them". Only one of us wanted dessert but wanted it "to go". We were charged for this dessert. We did not want to fight this. At theis point, we just wanted to leave!

I have never had such a bad experience at such a high end steak house.

A bit pricey for what you get. Menu is limited. While service was top notch, my Hanger steak while well seasoned,arrived cold. My bourbon was minuscule, one sip and it was gone.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the waitress was very helpful. I proposed to my fiancee here, and she gladly took pictures while I did. When my phone froze up, she offered to take pics with her own phone and send them over to us. We were then given the most delicious bread pudding I've ever tasted as a 'congratulations' from Morton's.

The view was fantastic and the food was great. The picture on the website of the view from the windows is VERY misleading, but it's still worth it. It would be nice if they could get some of thetrees between the restaurant and the Falls cut down, but oh well.

We ordered the AAA filet and we found it to be disappointing. The filet was dry and not seasoned very well.

The food, as always in my experience at Morton's, was delicious. Perfectly prepared and seasoned. The service was truly terrific, our server was warm, charming and just delightful. Really a nice dinner for two.

Spectacular dinner. The ribeye 🥩 was very flavorful and the tagliatelle was incredibly delicious. If I had to guess, I’d swear it was made from scratch. We also loved the ahi poke appetizer!! The creme brûlée was one of the best we’ve ever had and the bread pudding was nothing short of phenomenal. We even enjoyed it cold (as leftovers) the next day and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be returning. Morton’s in Niagara is a must, especially for anyone staying at the Niagara Marriot. Lisa was a great server & even took some fantastic pics for us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Extremely overpriced for an average meal and disappointing ambiance. Server stations were a mess and in plain sight of our table. Serving stands left out all around the area. Lighting was terrible with some lights bright, some dim and others not working. Service was just okay. It seemed the Hostess was in training and struggling on her own most of the time. For over $100 per person I expect more. Very disappointing for a special occasion. Would not recommend nor return.

Service was extremely slow. Food did not come out at the same time. Extremely salty
Cocktail drinks were tiny. Glass half full
Pork chop dry, filet mignon was cooked right but had a sauce that was extremely salty.
Parmesan truffle fries came late and did not have Parmesan or truffle oil on it. The fries were extremely salty as well.

I’m a Morton’s regular in New York and have never had a bad experience there.

Outside of Rouchelle, experience was way belong what I would have expected for a 350 dollar meal for two. This is not a Mortons other than by name and price. I am surprised Mortons is not a little more protective of its branding. A very high priced road house. Left lights to bright so could not take advantage of environment. People were pleasant. Slimy lettuce, they then acknowledged that our incident lead to an inventory check, where more was removed.

Very expensive for a disappointing dining experience.
I ordered the $57 bone-in striploin which had a lot of gristle and fat, and was not seared like normal. I sent it back and was given a regular striploin but it took a long time and wasn't very good either.
Steaks are a la carte so we paid another $15 each for beans and mushrooms. The beans were ok but under cooked.
I should have just opted not to have the steak replaced because not only was the steak not comp'd or even discounted, but I was charged full price for the other steak which was more expensive.
Our server was very nice but overall, we we're not impressed that there was not even an apology for the bad steak or the fact that my husband was already finished his meal by the time my new steak had arrived.
I had an exceptional meal at another restaurant the next night for a quarter of the price.

Overpriced for average food - steak was good but should be at 60 dollars! Rest of food was nothing special. So overpriced it made the meal unenjoyable.
Don't do breakfast at Morton's - cold, basic breakfast that cost 30 dollars a head - go to Applebite 100 yds along the road, a quarter of the price and much better.

Steaks are average, if you make good steaks at home, you can do the same as they do,, prices are crazy,, being able to sit and watch the Falls while you eat may be worth the price.

Unfortunately the experience was rather poor… Complete opposite to what we are hoping especially for the premium price. The 8 once fillet mignon steak was just “OK” but certainly nothing special, the button mushrooms were extremely salty (as if somebody dropped a salt container in the mushrooms) but the asparagus was very good and tasty...unfortunately although it wasn’t busy the service was very poor (it appeared they where understaffed)

No need to make a reservation as it means nothing. We had to wait until several other parties were seated before getting our table, even though we reserved in advance and were on time. Non-reservations even got the better tables! However, the waitresses were awesome, as was the food and ambience, so that made up for the initial disappointment and frustration. Good meal.

NY Strip Steak was amazing, delcious perfect cut with the smallest amount if fat at the very end. Appetizers and sides were good as well. Service was excellent, came to chek on the table multiple times, came and told us there was a 20 min delay in the kitchen and brought us free appetizer while we waited but the sad part is that theres NOT THAT GOOD OF A VIEW OF THE FALLS. The restaurant is only on the 3rd floor of the hotel, I Sat against the window but there are a lot of trees blocking the view of the falls but you Can still see parts of the falls, but not the view youd expect! AND there was an extra $16 Charge to the bill for "fireworks and falls view" when I didnt even stay for the fireworks. Had a much better view from my hotel room on the 9th floor!
