Always a great experience, with outstanding staff and food.
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, ALTHOUGH I FELT WE WERE A LITTLE RUSHED THROUGH OUR MEAL.
The overall experience was less than I expected. The ambiance was nice, but everything else was just ok. My steak (cajun ribeye) was slightly undercooked and chewy. The wait staff for my visit were what you'd expect - courteous and efficient. Three steaks, two shared sides, two cocktails and the bill with tip was nearly $400. I won't be returning, I can find better value at the numerous other steakhouses in the area.
It is our date night dining experience.

It was my anniversary and Mortons staff towas k really great care about f me. They made sure the table was decorated and the food was cooked to perfection. The customer service was beyond perfect and both my wife and I had a great time. Thank you Mortons!!!!!

The experience was good overall. The wait staff was not quite as good as they should have been, for the price.
The Filet with bone marrow and garlic butter, a special of the day, was excellent.
We came for dinner but the only server was in the base... We're flexible so we ordered apps & drinks. Drink had fly in it. Food was greasy and took so long that we didn't have dessert. Waiter tried but he was the only serving and making drinks.
My group was well take care of....David and his wonderful team took kind care of us as we were all in town for a funeral of a close friend. Really a great experience and wonderful staff.

The bistro filet was not a steak worthy of Morton’s. I was extremely disappointed. However, service was otherwise excellent.
We had tickets to Synetic Theater right around the corner and it was a convenient spot for us to gather before the show. Definitely appealed to my dinner companion as he is a meat lover but there were other options available for someone that preferred a lighter meal. Service was impeccable and our waiter, Reggie, made sure the glasses stayed full and that anything we could think of was bought out immediately.
Would definitely recommend for a special date night or that business luncheon in the future. I am sure we will dine there again soon.
We had a great experience. We were a group of 9 people. Service was excellent. Food was excellent.
Pre marathon food with friends
Went for anniversary celebration. Special comment request was ignored. We were regulars at this location many years ago, chose it go back to reminisce. Decor has changed but seems more dated than ever. Dark, music was so loud and service was short staffed and lacking in attention. They even messed up a cocktail request and then lied about the reason what was delivered to the table was different. Manager seemed to not even know there own drink menu. We were shocked and saddened to see it changed so much.
We will not be back. Seems other locations are closing Georgetown etc. Wonder if the franchise is failing. Sad!

Service held up, but something definitely was going on in the kitchen that night.
Asked for our 44oz porter to be med-rare, came close to well-done, asked for re-do and restaurant was out of 44oz and offered 2 smaller porters as replacement. To be safe, requested re-do to be cooked rare then came medium and was VERY heavily seasoned; so salty I could not finish the steak.
My 70th Birthday Celebration was perfect from the start of the Onion Bread to the perfect Filet with Bearnaise Sauce. Our server was very attentive and completed our meal with a wonderful Red Velvet Cake with Ice Cream.

This location of Morton’s is a true find, The Staff is very attentive and respectful. The Manager David is always on top of what is going and runs this Morton's to perfections. Keep of the great work.
This visit was MUCH better than the one my friends and I made a year ago during Restaurant Week! Our server was attentive and helpful with suggestions. We tried the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella and were not disappointed! A cajun ribeye is always a must, and the button mushrooms with it were wonderful. Saved the leftover steak for lunch the next day and it was STILL amazing, even after being reheated in a microwave. Mmmmm!
Morton's in Arlington is on a quiet/safe street with ample parking. The restaurant is luxurious and management is attentive. Food and beverage are outstanding. This is the place to be if you want 5 star food and service without large crowds.

Expensive. Mortons posts their caloric values for desserts - surprised to see the after dinner Carrot Cake is 2110 calories, Chocolate Layer Cake is 2690 calories, Morton's sundae is 2230 calories. Key Lime Pie is a life saver at 1100 calories. My suggestion is Morton's needs to do some menu restructuring.

If you’re going for a hearty steak, the prime rib-eye is the way. Don’t believe all this business about filet mignon. The flavor is not there. The server will try to sway you into some kind of great sauce with your rib-eye. Don’t be fooled: the flavor of that rib-eye will consume all other flavors on your plate. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had and I didn’t even order it; I was eating it off my boyfriend’s plate, trying to sell my filet mignon.
Also worth noting if you like a rarer steak that I thought ‘rare’ would mean bloody, so I got medium rare. Not a great choice; go for rare.
It’s not a bad place at all: service is friendly, food is fine. But I’ll probably never go there again unless I have too. It seems like the kind of place CEO’s bring their mistresses since it’s too expensive for common folk and there’s lots of dark corners for sharing secrets.
Have not been here for a very long time. The steaks are good, but the rest was average.
We went to Morton's for restaurant week therefore we received a good deal on dinner at $35 per person. Dinner at Morton's would run much higher than the restaurant week special. The service was really good too.
Sadly the service was poor. My cocktail was great, and the bread/butter came out quick and was delicious and the appetizers arrived at a reasonable time. But once those were done it took about 40 minutes to get the meal, which had obviously sat under the heat lamps for a while making both my wife and I's entree tough and dry. Same with desert where the ice cream was about half melted. Upon ordering I had asked for one of the wine flights to be brought with the steak. It didn't arrive with it and I mentioned it to the server who said he would get right on it. I was halfway done with my steak and it still hadn't arrived and I saw the server, flagged him down and canceled it. Refills of water and clearing plates were also slow. We must have had dirty dishes sitting at our table for over ten minutes at one point. I've been to Morton's before and had great experiences, but this was pathetic. Won't be going back.
The food was underwhelming, the steak had little to no seasoning. The bread was warm on top but cool in the center. The sides we had - creamed spinach was warm, not piping hot and way too much cinnamon. The mashed potatoes had little seasoning and no butter. We stopped in to grab a quick bite and left the restaurant confused as to why this quality had dropped off. This was not what I expected, thus the rating.
