Birthday was good
Morton's is a great place where i took my big sister for her birthday. The only challenge is older customers have a problem viewing the menu with lighting so low. But once plates arrive, the food is out of this world.

Had an wonderful dinner and experience. The service and the food were absolutely amazing! I made a reservation to celebrate my mother’s 55th birthday and they went beyond our expectations. Very detailed. They had the menu especially printed for her with her name, the date and it even said happy 55th birthday. The server was so kind and attentive,
Sam was professional and had a warm smile during his attentive service to us. Whatever we needed, he brought to our tables. We were totally pampered. The service was excellent. Needless to say our Lobsters were delicious😲

Our server Derick was great! Both of our steaks came out undercooked, flavor was just fair and the sides were underwhelming. Honestly the best thing about our dinner was the staff and the attention they paid to the occasion being my girlfriend's Birthday.

They ran out of lobster. Several ppl kept complaining on one of the host and her bad attitude. The food took a long time to come out we didn’t get bread until our food came out and I asked. It’s not the same as it was years ago. The quality has definetly went down over the years. Not worth the $200 dollars spent.
The server was amazing and so was the food. The only issue I had was with the hostess. She seemed to have an attitude and was not very accommodating. I come to this restaurant all the time with my boyfriend and we have always been able to sit on the main floor where the ambience is nice. The hostess put us in the corner all the way at the very back of the restaurant in a separate open room that I didn’t even know existed. It was stuffy and was literally the worst table and chairs. Very uncomfortable. I asked if we could possibly sit somewhere else and she said with an attitude that the other tables were for other guests. So the empty tables I walked by on the main floor were for other guests who weren’t even there yet I guess. This hosts needs better training on how to communicate with guest. My server was awesome I do not want my rating to reflect on him at all. He was very attentive and friendly.

Delicious food! A bit expensive, but tasteful. I do feel that for a $13 dollar glass of wine, the glass can be more full then less then half full.
The bartenders were awesome. Great service from start to finish. They make an amazing espresso martini. We love having dinner at the bar!
In some ways the typical Morton’s experience but with mediocre steak. Both I and my companion ordered filet medium rare that came easily medium and meat was relatively tasteless. The service was slow and nothing special. Not a bad experience but not a great one, especially at the price point.
Valet was not ready at 5 p.m., so I had to drop my elderly parents (85 and 88) off at the corner, as my wife escorted them inside. I have to drive around the block and come back to the valet, as the valet was rolling his cart up the hill from the parking lot, NOT GOOD! Also, would have been nice to know that when the server asked if we wanted different butter options, we we being charged $7 each butter.
I was enjoying myself up to when the waiter wanted to up sell Landry’s membership program at $25. Then the valet showed up at our table wanted payment cause they were closing. Since I spent $500 on my birthday time should not matter!!

Absolutely fantastic experience & meal!
We took advantage of Dine LA, and it was a tremendous value. Our dinner was $49 -- the starter, entree, and dessert would have been about $75 individually, so there's that. However, my French Onion Soup was cold and not very good (Hamburger Hamlet's was MUCH better). My steak and creamed spinach was also cold, though the waiter did take it back and returned it at proper temp. However, that made the filet I'd ordered medium more like medium well. It also wasn't such a great piece of meat. Ruth's Chris is much better. The key lime pie dessert was quite good, actually. My cocktail, scotch on the rocks, was a minuscule pour -- embarrassingly small. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, and the hostess was lovely, even taking our picture and presenting it to us at the end of the meal. Do not plan on returning...

Food was excellent - had the filet mignon. Hint: join Landry’s Rewards and you often get specials / a special menu that is reasonable for the quality of food. Unfortunately service this time was below expectations.
The food was amazing. I have to give a thumbs up to the Manager, Jonathan. I was a little bit of disappointed because of a request I had made which they were not able to honor. He was extremely professional, had a wonderful manner and made sure he personally came to our table to talk to us. Wonderful experience. It was a busy night, we were not rushed and our server John took good care of us.

Morton’s has been a favorite of our family for years however the last few times we’ve been disappointed. The service starts off well but quickly falls to a substandard level. The food is often delayed and barely warm by the time it arrives. Last visit we had to send the steak back twice and the chocolate soufflé was not right, certainly not chocolate but not vanilla either. They agreed and comped us for the steak and soufflé.
Last night we tried it again. Same start with a somewhat disappointing middle and end. I think this was the end to our love affair with Morton’s. 😢
