Morton's The Steakhouse - Beverly Hills
Other than the lobster being undercooked, it was a nice evening with a long time friend for his birthday. Management made amends which made it all the better.
An excellent meal and our waiter Julio was especially attentive, charming, and helpful.
Fantastic birthday celebration ever!!
Can't wait to go again.

WAY TOO MUCH EMAIL. VERY ANNOYING.
OPEN TABLE COMMUNICATION NOT APPRECIATED...….
We brought the family for our 55th anniversary.
It was a truly memorable evening and our server took great care of us!
We had a lovely experience at Morton’s celebrating our anniversary. All the food was tasty, cooked properly. Great service, we had a really great waiter. We went on a slow night so it was pretty empty and quiet. Overall a great experience, just a bit pricey.
Too expensive. $34 for 2 drinks is ridiculous. Gin and tonic? Give me a break! JALEO at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas has a signature gin and tonic for $25 that is worth it. But Tangurey 10 and Fever Tree? Please! My steak was not good. Everything else was. But Las Vegas Mortons is better by a long shot.
Amazing food and service as usual!
Valet parking very inconvenient with the entry ramp and exit. Safe for only 1 car. I had a manual Porsche and suggest that when valet brings my car he should put it in gear turn off engine and set parking brake. He set parking brake put it neutral with engine running. Not safe.
Dining tables for booths hard to exit without pulling or pushing table out in order to get out. Apparently table legs are preventing adults from existing to go to restroom or leave.
And family in booth next to ours had a baby crying or making a lot of noise. I realize that’s a dilemma and I have a family with 5 kids but I would control them if they didn’t stop I would take them outside and remind them to either keep quiet or they wouldn’t join us next time.
Perfect, staff couldn’t have done more for us.
Good atmosphere, excellent Steaks.
Visited while in LA and to say it was a disappointment is an under statement. The food was super bland and the service was subpar.
it was a dinner for our son's 40th birthday and it was wonderful and memorable!
A TOTAL disappointment. I had eaten there around 20 years ago and it was a first class steak house. Boy, have things changed... I was hosting two business associates on a Wednesday night. Upon walking in, you notice that the overall atmosphere is dead. Everything is old and dated. Restaurant was only half full through out the evening. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu but forgot how to be a waiter. We waited 20 minutes for our first round of drinks. He never returned to ask if we wanted to order another round (which we did)! He answered our menu questions competently. We hoped he had previously just had a momentary lapse. No luck. He never brought us the basket of bread and butter I had requested until I reminded him. He asked if I wanted ground pepper on my salad. I replied yes but he never returned. When we finally got served, the food was good. We ordered a brandy bread pudding for dessert. One of my guests found he was chewing on a large piece of plastic as he attempted to swallow the bread pudding. We told the manager and he said he was sorry. He offered us a free round of drinks. Our bill was over $600, so that seemed like a ridiculous offer. After arguing with us, he reluctantly comped our drinks and the plastic inplanted bread pudding. We all agreed we would never return to ANY Morton's considering the way we were treated.
Great place to celebrate birthday, special menu with your name and complementary picture. Food was good and streak was amazing.
The quality of our food was good. The service was pretty good. The only part that I felt was not explained properly was how I got enrolled in their membership for $25. Our server said it was free. After I questioned it when I saw it on the bill as a charge, he then explained it to me that once I enrolled online with my card number then I will have an automatic $25 credit. So in essence I paid for the $25 credit which I will receive. As I chose to not make waves I did not complain but I do not feel initially my server explained the full details.
Always love coming to Morton's. The food and service are outstanding!
Everything was awesome! They put my boyfriends name on the menu and took a picture of us and gave to him at the end of the evening! Outstanding service and special touch! Thank you!!
Sub-par quality steak with too much salt... Very disappointing.
Great experience as always.
Everything was on point at Morton's - the food, service, value - all were terrific. My server, Bailey, was top notch - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive from start to finish - a true professional. My filet was cooked perfectly, as was the lobster tail. I loved how intimate the space felt. However, the only issue, relatively minor, is that the carpets have an odor from either being shampooed too many times or just being outdated (perhaps lots of wine has spilled over time?). I genuinely appreciate that the carpet helps keep the room quiet, however, it's important to keep the carpet from trapping food, beverage, and carpet shampoo odors. It smelled very similar to the inside of an Uber after a passenger got sick in the car, the mess was cleaned, then an air freshener was installed to mask the odor -- not appetizing. But once the food arrived, the carpet smell was much less noticeable. Wondering if Morton's were to get a modular carpet, they could easily and inexpensively replace stained or ruined sections. Anyway, the food and service were superb, so I will definitely be back!
Great food, good service
The steak is average
Not that good
A deep delusion. The price was not in line with quality and services
They could not have been sweeter or more helpful!!! Thank you to all of you that helped this happen & be so kind.
Three friends for dinner. Each one of us had a different salad to start, and each one of us had a Filet Mignon prepared to individual preference. We shared Sautéed Spinach & Button Mushrooms. Everything was delicious and the service was very good.
I like Morton's and have enjoyed meals at locations around the country. I took a friend to dinner and enjoyed a very good meal with attentive, friendly, courteous, accommodating and professional service from the wait staff and the manager.
Business dinner for three. The ambiance was very good, the food was delicious, the service was only average (usually the service is very good), and a good time was had by all.
Always a great time. Special thank you to our waitress who made our dinner amazing
Our server was very good in the beginning, but he told us he was kept by another table on long conversation, so the wait for the food was very long, not what we like.
Took my wife for our anniversary, its was her first time to your lovely establishment. She loved every minute of it, a big plus was the attention to detail from management and service providers they went out of their way to make make my wife feel special on our special day. Thank you Morton's ! We will be back... Forever!
Amazing food. Steak was cooked to perfection great service
Outstanding and delicious food. Service was excellent
I have been dining here for over 29 years and with one exception, dinner has always been the best!! Of the one time it was not, Management contacted me immediately and rectified my concerns on my next visit. Kudos to Morton’s/Landry. In my opinion it’s still the best place in LA for steak, service and atmosphere!
We loved it at Morton’s. Very elegant, very friendly. Loved the service, the waiter was very prompt. He was very informative on everything from the menu. Very attentive. Left overal satisfied. The food was amazing too.
Server was not very attentive at all! The food was decent, but for the price, I expected more of a wow! Mediocre. I liked how small and intimate the setting was, but it was also soooo noisy in there.
Our waiter was very good. Sorry, can't remember his name.
Birthday dinner for a friend. Caesar Salad, Chopped House Salad, followed by Prime Porterhouse Steak, Prime Pork Chop, Scallops Special, Sautéed Broccoli Florets, Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes, followed by Key Lime Pie, New York Cheesecake, Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake, Coffee. Delicious, expensive, and worth it!
Superb and impeccable sums up everything you need to know about Morton’s. Our server Sam was exceptional.
Normally, Morton’s is a great place to eat. But it was a major disappointment this week. I ordered the NY steak medium. What I got was a steak that was medium rare in the center, medium well on the ends, with medium strips in between. I could’ve done far superior at home. There was no reheating that was gonna make it right. And no sense making a fuss. In one swell foop, they lost good customers. The menu is very narrow at Morton’s. At these prices, if they don’t get it right, it isn’t worth patronizing the establishment.
