I've been to multiple Morton's locations in the past. This one, especially, was wonderful. The steak was perfect, the chopped salad was great, the bread was superb. It was a bit pricey, but this was expected.

We were disappointed at how Morton’s is changing. As a Landry member I knew they offer specials sometimes which unless you ask the wait staff doesn’t tell you what is available. With the special you got potatoes and corn on the cob. We wanted to get a second order of the corn and were told NO! Also there was enough potatoes to share which we weren’t told about either. So my husband ordered a baked potato which was also enough to share. I guess customer service is a thing of the past! Allowing others to get the corn wouldn’t put you under.

Morton’s made us feel very special on our 21st anniversary. A printed menu with a personal message was placed at our table. We especially liked the filet with mixed grill!

Still our favorite for family celebrations - Happy Father's Day! I added "au poivre" to my pork chop to celebrate. My wife loved her chopped salad and crab cakes, and our son and his girlfriend were similarly thrilled with their beef. We share grilled asparagus because Morton's somehow still manages to find the bigger and better stalks that we no longer see at our markets. Even on a busy holiday night, service was excellent and the meal was everything we could have wanted.

My husbands steak was well done not medium and my bass was tough which means cooked to long also my tuna Polk not seasoned at all and the chips were oily tasting like fried days before and final straw no more soufflé guess you have not recovered well from the covid issue so sad was one of our favorite restaurants before covid definitely check on who ever is handling your proteins over cooking is super bad in a steak house

5:30 reservation did not get dinner til 710 . It was very noisy. Put table everywhere for Father’s Day and was very crowded . Felt right on top of people and it was not relaxed. The food was the same high quality.

We have been a patron of Morton's for almost 50 years with our first experience at the original Morton's of Chicago in the late 70's. We have patronized the King of Prussia site since it opened. In our opinion, the Morton's experience has been eroded since the acquisition by Landry's. This is, unfortunately not uncommon after a restaurant's ownership changes. The new owner believes they can do it better even though they strive to recoup their investment by either raising prices or trying to cut corners. Is that what happened here? Time will tell.

My family and I went to Morton’s for my daughters graduation. Our server was excellent, but the time we waited to receive our food was a bit crazy. We waited over an hr to get our food. I’ve eaten at many restaurants of this caliber, and I can say I wasn’t too impressed.

The staff went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his birthday. Everything was perfect. I hit the 12ounce filet medium rare plus and it tasted amazing. My son got the surf and turf which he loved. We really enjoyed the spin h/ mushrooms and the seasoned cauliflower.

I took my wife and another couple of our friends here for our 24th wedding anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate this special occasion. The drinks were outstanding (try the Mai Tai), the appetizers were all great (the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with balsamic our favorite), the steaks were cooked perfectly and the seafood was fresh and delicious! Service was impeccable although it did take a little while to get some of our items as it was busy but everything was well worth the wait. Personalized menu's to commemorate the occasion was a nice added touch! Will be back for sure!!

My wife and I are extremely disappointed with the service and some of the food items at Morton’s. This was our favorite restaurant and after last night, I don’t think we will be back anytime soon. Morton’s was our go to restaurant for any special occasion. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our 8th wedding anniversary and the service at the restaurant was absolutely abysmal. I would expect service like this at a restaurant that was about to close forever. The crab cake was burnt, but my wife didn’t want to send it back. The onion rings were not fluffy but burnt and we didn’t send it back. The Cajun Ribeye was Eh. We spoke to the manager who removed the ribeye, onion rings, and crab cake from the final bill. The manager was nice, but our server was not friendly. Usually, they discuss the menu and go over the deserts before we place our order. My wife’s favorite desert, the hot chocolate molten cake must be ordered with the main meal so it can be prepared. Nothing was discussed. We are extremely disappointed since this was a special occasion, but maybe the service was bad because the next day was Memorial Day and the usual servers were off. Our visit a month prior was great, but this time was the worse experience we ever had at a high end restaurant. I hope Morton’s sees this review and trains their staff better.

Jose was an excellent server and insured that we had an enjoyable evening. Food was good but unfortunately our 2 steaks....ordered medium ....were overcooked slightly. Cooked completely through....not pink inside as they should be. The very attentive management would have replaced them I am sure, but we decided not to call it to their attention because it throws off the whole experience. They were still good, but at $74.00 a steak, not unreasonable to expect perfection. A nice evening anyhow.

The service was painfully slow despite the restaurant not really being crowded. It took 25 minutes to get one appetizer and only one member of our four person party got one. The others came much letter with the entrees. Our waitress seemed more than overwhelmed and her stress definitely effected her ability to interact with customers. There was a manager walking around and stopping at every table but he never stopped at ours.

Appetizers steak and lobster and service by Rex were great. Vegetables were a bust— not completely cooked baked potato and al dente creamed spinach. Neither worked . Restaurant generally did fine job on a crowded Mother’s Day. We didn’t pay for the potato and replacement time was way too long.

This was not my first time here and I must say I’m disappointed. I had the same server and he just seem to not care this time around. He catered to one table more than mine. It’s took 45 mins each time for drinks and apps. Our main course took over 2hrs to come. It was Mother’s Day but it was horrible service. For a 700$ Bill we expected more
