I’ve to many steak houses and this was by far my worst experience. The wine selection was bad, food quality and taste was horrible and served cold, limited sides, limited desserts and sub-par service. I would strongly recommend going to Ruth Chris before going to Morton’s. The place was half full and our sides were delivered 5-7 minutes after our steaks arrived. The lobster Mac & cheese also served cold.
Great to get back out to one of our favorite places, clean and comfortable. Food and service were excellent thanks for making it a wonderful night
Food was great and restaurant was great looking and clean, service was great but the experience was completely ruined by the masks and gloves that servers are made to wear, felt like I was there for a medical procedure, the humanity of the experience was completely sucked out and it just became a very plastic interaction, won’t be dining out until the whole mask and social distancing nonsense goes away.

Decided to go to Morton’s WPB after a trade show for Birthday dinner. I should have taken the Bellmen’s advice!!!
I ordered 2 Manhattans right when we sat down. After 25 minutes of waiting and my salad delivered twice, I finally got my drinks . It was clear that the waitress wanted to get out of work so everything after that was rushed. We finally got our meals and “what a joke”!!! See my $120.00 crab legs that were cold on arrival . This place isn’t a high end restaurant only the prices are.... Don’t wast your money
We have been going to Morton’s for almost 10 years. We have two other chain steakhouses much closer, but we feel the most comfortable and welcomed at Morton’s. The staff is always very good. Very knowledgeable about food and drinks.
Food comes out exactly as you order it. Always very tasty! They have added some new steaks to their menu so we will be back again to try another one!

I don't go out for "fancy" steak too often. This was a special occasion and Morton's did not disappoint. The food was excellent. The service was attentive. The price, for an appetizer each, an entrée each, plus one shared entrée, was expected. For the quality of the food, it did not feel overpriced.

Even though we noted an anniversary, no acknowledgment of it. Second time at this location and both times were a disappointment compared to other locations. Waiter forgot our side dish and offered another drink while we waited which we thought would be complementary which surprised us when it wasn’t. Overall experience was a poor representation of the Morton’s experience which we love. We didn’t argue the bill, simply decided we would never return to this location.
We had a server who paid attention to what we ordered and did everything the way we asked him to. This doesn't always happen as we like to share our steak and prefer to have it cooked as though for one person and then cut it ourselves. Steak, creamed spinach, potato skins. Start with chopped tomato & chopped onion mixed with blue cheese dressing. Sounds simple but with the amount of server turnover not so. I wonder why there is so much server turnover.
We walked in and they tried to seat us in back near busy staff entry area into dining area. They accommodated us when I asked to be moved. We live nearby but my experience is when I book through Open Table we are given lousy table. I always have to request better upon arrival.
I frequent Mortons many times throughout the year especially for their lobster, steak/lobster specials and have over the last 20 years. Tonight was not one of the best experiences with a cold and over cooked steak. Four of the five plates came out but then it took 4-5 minutes to get the fifth plate. Once the food was served our waiter was essentially not seen the rest of the evening. For not being that busy of an evening it was not the best dining evening. Don’t get me wrong, I’m humbled to be able to go to Mortons, but it was not the Mortons of old tonite
That night they were out of porterhouse steaks. Terrible chocolate soufflé.

I am a Morton's regular. The service this evening was slower and less attentive than usual. Otherwise, an enjoyable meal.
The only Issue that I had was that I am at Landry’s select member, even ordered the Landrys select special. And I forgot to provide my Select club number and the server didn’t ask me for it so I missed out on all the points because I don’t have my receipt either.
It would be nice if the servers double checked or asked for select members information when the checks getting closed.

The food was very good and the wait staff was excellent. Only thing we were disappointed in they have taken away the outside seating which brought us there many times for a relaxing meal in while enjoying the outside atmosphere. Now it's just like any other high end dining establishment.

Our recent visit the server was not attentive with clearing the table, keeping water filled and basic duties.
Loved the food choices, everything was cooked just how we ordered it! The atmosphere was very pleasant. Sometimes a bit loud but when in conversation got used to it! The service was great and everyone was very pleasant! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others, you will leave full, happy and wanting to come back another time!

Way overpriced. Service was subpar last night. We had to get up from the table to find our server. We were ignored by other staff trying to get attention. I am pretty easygoing, and have dined here many times, but the prices are going up and the service in the main dining room declining. Disappointing.
