Service stinks. Asked for condiments twice. Waitress forgot to check in the wine. Had a 7:15 reservation and couldn’t seat us until 7:30. Restaurant was empty. Too many rules. Will never go back. Fries were cold

The lobster was ice cold and the food overall lacked flavor. The bread was the only thing that was really good!
Poor poor service. For only having 5 tables at the most during our 7:30 seating our service was not attentive. Had to continue to ask for more water, take plates away, slow food service, slow desert service and had to ask twice for check. The PB location has been going downhill.
Great management with a well trained great staff. Hopefully oysters will come back on the menu soon.

My wife’s birthday and the staff at Morton’s Steakhouse made it memorable with rose petals and a picture for that night. I will definitely be coming back to experience fine dining at its best in West Palm Beach.
I have been to this Morton’s several times and have always enjoyed it.
This time we sat in the bar area at a high top table.
The bartender and male waiter were “tag teaming” in the bar area.
We asked a couple of questions regarding the “summer special” wines. By the time they figured out what they had or didn’t have 10 minutes had passed.
The bartender was kind and very accommodating regardless of our question or request whereas the male waiter seemed like everything was a bother to him.
The Cajun ribeye as always was perfect & the legendary hot chocolate cake was indeed just that...legendary
I will certainly return to this location , but the service has certainly changed over the last couple of years

The steak was disappointing. We have had good experiences at Morton’s in the past, but this was not one of them.

Always meets expectations, delicious ribeye 16 oz, Caesar salad is huge with anchovy’s. Very, very unhappy the Chocolate triple layer cake has been removed from menu. Bring it back.
Waitress and manager were very nice about it - but steak was clearly overcooked - medium well vs. medium rare as ordered - no excuse in an established steakhouse.

I understand that this is a difficult time for restaurants - and know that things can't be the same. That said, I do miss the idea of being able to buy 'bar bites' because I used to sometimes do that at the bar, now, no bar but it could be offered at the table for now anyway. For example, my husband might want a full meal, and I might like the tiny wedge salad and steak burger as I'm not a big eater. Also, I miss your signature dessert - the Grand Marnier souffle' - other than that, it's great as always but right now, it's very pricey .... so we won't go as often as before most likely. What we spent could feed a family of 4 for a couple of nights - with some family members work challenged now, it was a little guilty feeling. But this will pass and no doubt, you have the best steaks and sides - one other thing - I much prefer the big loaves of onion bread ....

As always very professional. This was for lobster weekend and it was superb. Nice 2 pound perfectly cooked lobster. Staff in masks and keeping respectful distance. But what about the guests? if they won't wear a mask to walk in or go to the rest room, then turn them away. No mask required at table just moving around. Only disapppointment was the behaviour of some uncaring clientele

Service and ambiance was perfect. The food was not even good. Just visiting the area so we should have asked before we went.
On this visit, I ordered off of the summer menu: prosciutto mozzarella for the starter, the grilled jumbo shrimp and scallop cobb salad for the entree, steamed broccoli for the side, and key lime pie for dessert. This is the first time I ordered either the prosciutto mozzarella or cobb salad at Morton's. Both were superb.

Understandably during times like this the restaurant atmosphere may not be what we expect, however, the restaurant did an excellent job in maintaining a clean and enjoyable experience.
I’ve to many steak houses and this was by far my worst experience. The wine selection was bad, food quality and taste was horrible and served cold, limited sides, limited desserts and sub-par service. I would strongly recommend going to Ruth Chris before going to Morton’s. The place was half full and our sides were delivered 5-7 minutes after our steaks arrived. The lobster Mac & cheese also served cold.
Great to get back out to one of our favorite places, clean and comfortable. Food and service were excellent thanks for making it a wonderful night
