Wine overpriced, service average got our wine order wrong, better fish and chips at the pub, avg experience for an expensive hotel , food taste less and dry. Not much menu option. Food tasted it came out freezer and cooked.

Always enjoy the experience at Mosaic Cafe. Our server Ruby was terrific. The food is always delightful. I highly recommend the Mosaic Omelet with spinach, tomatoes and cheese which is accompanied with potato hash and a sizable half-circular waffle. The restaurant has banquets that allows for quieter conversations in a relatively loud place. Absolutely go!

We went on a Monday night so the restaurant was empty except for another couple and a few people at the bar. The food is way overpriced. If you look at the online menu and then you actually order at the restaurant, the price doubled! We ordered the lamb chops medium and it came back well done. We told the server and they apologized but there was nothing else they offered. It was a disappointing experience for a date night, Mosaic used to be livelier but now the opposite. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back anytime soon.

Booked here for Christmas Day lunch with my family. The restaurant was more relaxed and laidback than I was expecting and the servers were polite and friendly. Seating was comfortable. Our orders were taken almost immediately and there was sufficient time between courses. The crab in the canapes was the best I have had in a restaurant - we all commented that if we could have had a tub of the stuff rather than a cone we would have foregone the rest of the meal. Food was tasty - no complaints, soup stayed hot until all our bread was finished. I wish I had reserved some of the extra gravy for my roast potatoes which I kept to eat at the end of my main but I could have asked for more. Portion sizes just right. I don't like mice pies and was offered biscuits instead for coffee afterwards. My mum would not stop talking about how good the coffee was. Loved the novelty hats and crackers and the little box of party poppers etc. Unfortunately a diner at a nearby table was excessively loud and rude and was continuously complaining to staff and this did detract from our experience a little bit - the restaurant was fairly full and so there was ambience from other diners, but this guy wanted to be heard, and was quite frankly, embarrassing. Servers and manager were professional in light of this and did their best to appease the situation. I now know what type of people give bad reviews :( Despite that interruption, we would consider returning for Christmas lunch 2023.

We dined at 2pm. Despite the restaurant being very quiet the food took ages to be served. We were eating off a set menu so no excuses. I had to continually chase the staff. Food was very mediocre.

We were 6 diners for a business lunch. Great menu that covered the needs of all our party including very good vegan options; food was beautifully prepared and delicious; wine list and drinks good; service was outstanding; ambience bright, spacious and quiet, no crashing around or noisy kitchen or other diners, though the place was full by the time we left. An excellent experience all round, highly recommended.

The service was great and the drinks were lovely. The food was also nice, however the onglet steak was very hard to eat as it was extremely chewy. The garnishes/sides that came with the meal were very tasty buy it would be great if you had other steak cuts to choose from, can't go wrong with a sirloin or fillet steak. The triple cooked chips were great! I would definitely go back if they added more variety to their menu! Again, the service was great!

First thing is that this restaurant is part of the Westin hotel. Some pluses and minuses. On the plus side, the menu is creative and there are some healthy options. Also service was impeccable. On the negative, it's a very typical hotel restaurant and lacks a little bit of character. Overall a solid proposition for a business lunch.
