We went during Soft Opening week so I think they are still trying to work through some glitches. Having said this there were somethings that were slightly annoying such as their not lowering the blinds on the side of teh restaurant which was getting full sun exposure. It was very hot. They also didn't have a baby changing facility yet, agains...hopefully just growing pains. Aside from that we loved the courgette egg wvite frittata and Shakshuka. They're going for a crunchy, organic feel which we loved with a selection of coconut yogurt and home-made granola:) Both yum!

Food was decent, nothing exciting. The usual London sharing concept. Ambience bar the music was quite boring. Cocktails were lacklustre, need some more love and detail. Service was good very attentive and helpful.

I had big expectations after seeing the classy photos on the website. Staff was nice but service could be improved. I'm not gonna go into details but some of them weren't confident and weren't sure what they were doing. I think they need more training in restaurant service and put a bit more professionalism. The burger I ordered was alright but a bit greasy. Not much choice on the food menu. Music and ambiance was okay. It's a nice restaurant with a view. Thank you and all the best!

visited on Tuesday. Arriving we were taken into the restaurant and then back to reception where 2 ladies stood talking about something unconnected to us....I was somewhat peeved as surely a customer standing in front of you is far more of a priority than unrelated chit chat? This is after all a new establishment where I assume they want to create a good impression. We were taken to our table and ordered drinks soon after. Our visit was on the back of a promotion where I had vouchers for free cocktails. there was no stipulation on the voucher of how many you could use in one sitting..it just said 'one drink per voucher' I then took this to mean that there would only be one per voucher not per meal. I presented it on arrival and the waiter gave it to his manager. hearing nothing back for the whole duration about the voucher i assumed all was fine.
Food order was taken and a dish appeared within seconds. We advised the waiter that we were pretty sure it couldnt be ours although the dish was correct because the waiter couldn't have even got to the kitchen-It was that quick!!
They were adamant it was correct, however i pointed out that as we were dining together, like most, we wanted to eat together. they apologised.....and later came back and said that the presented dish was indeed give to the wrong table. I then had to wait for my dish..and the sides came long after the meal was devoured. Our drinks also took a long while to come although when arrived they were delicious.
When we asked for the bill, they had charged us for some of the drinks..the first waiter said he had to get his manager, a lady came, she too could not resolve so clearly not the manager and when the manager, or 'a' manager came along...he unfortunately could not concede that the wording on the voucher was quite clear and not ambiguous at all....but 'got stroppy and rudely exclaimed he wouldn't charge for the food either

They really need to improve one their service because it was so slow, we receive our mains before our starter which took over 40 minutes to come out. Then when we finished our mains, we asked where our starters were, we were told she didn’t know we ordered it?? Anyways, food was great but they really need to up their game in service.
