The diverse, flavorful menu of Muckleshoot Restaurant includes favorites like the Seafood Louie Salad and 12 oz. NY Strip Steak.

Carrying on the traditional Muckleshoot ways of cooking salmon, we are proud to offer traditional salmon dinners utilizing locally sourced alder wood and Pacific Coast wild salmon. Cooked over an open flame, the traditional method of low heat and smoke enhances the salmon flavor while preserving freshness and texture. Available in individual (8 oz. fillet with two sides, $29) or family style (2 1/2 pounds with one pound of corn and red potatoes, $95) presentations. Offered Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Plus, don't forget to check out the baked goodness inside our pastry display. Enjoy a wide assortment of pastries, from croissants to brownies, baked fresh daily and available for in-room dining or to-go orders.

    Very few vegetarian options. Overall, the place feels very ... taupe ... Just kind of a colorless experience ... The food is okay, but they could really boost their menu a bit.

    I love this place. They have great service and the food is good. Tried something new I didn’t love but it’s on me for trying something I’m not used too.

    We absolutely loved the whole experience because of the following. The food taste was so fresh and delicious, the variety was exquisite, and the service could have been a bit better only because I was thirsty ran out of water and our server didn't check on us; but, the 2nd server we had was very polite, interested and checked on us frequently. We do plan on going back because they offer BISON RIBS!

    Poor service, we waited over 45 min for our food and no one gave us any update until I asked, after 45 min.

    Our food was great but we had breakfast for dinner. From the looks of other food being delivered, it looked great too. Service was okay but I'm sure they are understaffed.

    Fettuccine was horrible. Mentioned it to the server. She said nothing and did nothing. Won’t be back

    Ordered a bottle of wine waitress did not inform us that there was a “wine corkage fee”. Later, we find out this fee was for opening the bottle and not for re corking it to take home. The manager asked the waitress if she informed us about it and the waitress said no. Therefore we thought they would waive it for us but no, they did not!!! Anyways that’s why I’m giving a three star we were misinformed about the corkage fee and on their menu it is very misleading.

    Our experience was amazing. Not only was the food superb but the staff was very fast and friendly. We just spent my birthday with friends there and It made my birthday very unforgettable. Thank you Muckleshoot.
