Due to the people collecting the restaurant appeared to be somewhat chaotic.

Lucky for us we were dining early so we were ok.

However everybody seemed good humoured about it

Lovely local family run restaurant for a casual evening out

Brought my girlfriend here for her birthday. Second time we’ve been. Great food, great atmosphere, lovely owner which we got chatting to about the theming of the restaurant, she was very excited to talk about it.
Only downside was the waitress was quite shy and quiet, could do with a confidence boost but she was really nice.
Also needs a wider choice of drinks (Malibu)
But apart from that we had a great night and we will definitely be back again, thank you x

The food and service was excellent, but unfortunately there was a table of 6 ladies alongside us who were very loud which made it very difficult for us to hold a conversation. But will def ho back.

Really great atmosphere along with delicious, really reasonably priced food. Great with the young children also. Lovely little place, would definitely recommend you go there!

I have been to Mystic Grill a few times. The food is always of a good standard. The service on this occasion fell short of my expectations. The owner wasn't on site and instead was being run by 4 or 5 youngsters who spent most of their time looking at their mobile phones. I even managed to take a cracking photo of them all, heads down, completely unaware. I would definitely come back for the food but can't be doing with sloppy service.

Fabulous meal as always at Mystic Grill. Loved Nonna’s lasagna, real homemade Italian cooking!

Food is great, however service is hit and miss. Very friendly but not enough staff to cope with a busy Friday night service and phone orders. Constantly had to ask again and go up to the til to ask again for drinks, condiments etc. Sort out staffing and all will be well.

The best pizzas in town. My kids really like this place. Good service as well.

All in all a lovely evening. Background music was noisy but was changed to more suitable just before we left.
Once they have a larger drinks menu it will be perfect.

Lovely food and great service. Need to arrange a fix for the draft from the doors when someone enters or leaves. We ate with our coats on. Would still return there as we had a great meal

We booked a table for four, which was ready for us on arrival. We have dined at Mystic Grill before and were pleased to find that both the food and the ambience were as excellent as before. The star dish for me was the starter of chef's special pizza.
The restaurant was busy, as you would expect on a Saturday evening, and despite this, the ownwer found time to chat with us and the other tables which makes the Mystic Grill our favourite place to eat out in Ickenham.

We went into Mystic grill with our Grandchildren on Friday. Great choice of food and when it arrived it was all hot and delicious. The children had ice cream to follow and we all went home happy with full tummies!!
We will defo be back and tell all our friends and family about the restaurant Mystic Grill

A great addition to Ickenham restaurants. Very sympathetic to my tiny appetite after bariatric surgery. I wish other eating establishments were as amaenable. Thank you Mystic Grill.
