Really tasty, authentic food, original dishes beautifully presented. I arrived with my friend at 6 pm, and it was entirely empty, and additionally they could not find our reservation on their system, but there was no problem. We stayed 2 1/2 hours, talking way beyond finishing eating, and no one complained! I would eat here again.

Somewhat hidden in Camden, we found a gem for the true lover of indian food. The kitchen is fantastic and the people extremely friendly. We enjoyed a Kashmir chicken curry and an authentic and traditional lamb curry. Luckily we had nan bread to dip the last of the curries. Highly recommended.

Great food and service but the portions weren't great for the price, so we didn't feel that we received value. And I highlighted on the booking form that this was for my mum's birthday and there was nothing forthcoming to make the occasion special

Extremely rude & slow staff - "restaurant" was only about a quarter full. "Manager" bullying the waiters. "Chef" wouldn't make my girfriend's food mild, as requested, which came out far too hot & spicy (even for me, & I'm used to hot dishes) & she ended up having to leave it. Expensive. Don't waste your time or money.

Something different from, and superior to, the run-of-the-mill neighbourhood Indian restaurant. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, particularly from the manager/proprietor (?) following a small problem which was resolved very satisfactorily.

My wife and I went to Namaaste for dinner during our two weeks visiting London; then we returned for a second meal. We are vegan. Not only did the menu mention what items are vegan and those that can be made vegan, the wait staff was aware of which items are vegan or vegan option and were helpful to us selecting what to order. The food was as good as we have ever had in an Indian food restaurant. Simply outstanding. On our first visit I tried the cocktail Summer in Delhi. My wife doesn't drink alcohol. She had a sip, or two, or three of my drink during this first visit, and upon return ordered her own. I have to presume that Namaste's other drinks are good as well. We highly recommend Namaaste. They are in the Camden foodie area and you will not regret going.

We were keen to have Indian food during our family trip to London, and googled ‘top rated Indian restaurants in Camden.’ Trip Advisor reviews did not disappoint and we would definitely dine here next time we are in London! We were placed in the back room even though we had a reservation. the menu looked delicious but the dishes certainly did not live up to the menu and were flattered boring dishes with a standard salad. The serving was a messy performance we got our appetizers before they came to mind our pappadums and forgot to serve our water. The staff were clearly stressed and were busy taking take away instead of concentrating on their guests. Can't recommend a visit to this place unfortunately.

Having booked a table for a date night ahead, we arrived at a completely empty restaurant and were seated at the shoddy, unrenovated, shoddy part next to the toilet. We asked whether we could have one of the free tables in the front and the extremely rude waiter told us, they were fully booked even though only singular tables had 'reserved' signs on them. We left before eating. It is a shame, this used to be one of our favourite restaurants in Camden. Due to the utter lack of client service, we will not come back.

Place is casual and not for special occasions. Food was good by we had to wait quite a long time to eat. They had many orders to go and that may have caused the delay to get our meal. Friendly and welcoming staff.
