   It is always a good time when my husband and I eat at NARA. The ambience is amazing. The food and drinks are awesome. I would definitely recommend eating at NARA if you have not tried it before.

   I was here celebrating Valentine’s Day on Thursday February 13,2025. My party sat in the lounge area in a booth. We had a wonderful dinner and conversation time. Our waitress was phenomenal and very friendly. The food was superb. About 15 minutes into eating our meal, a man brings in a little dog and sits the dog in one of the seats at the bar and the man was conversational with the waitresses and other workers. The waitresses would go over to the dog playing with him then they would go back to doing their work. At this point I’m getting very frustrated because I see these workers making drinks and playing with a dog. I saw my waitress playing with the dog. I could no longer finish my dinner and I just left the rest of my food on my plate. This was very unprofessional. I was so disappointed at this kind of service. My party spent over $180 at your restaurant thst late afternoon. How is this ok?

   Chef got upset when I told him 2 times that I was very allergic to seafood yelling that he heard me the first and it wasn’t his first day as a chef but with the noise I couldn’t tell if he had heard me the first time or not, he ruined the nigh, after that there was no interaction what so ever between him and us, he only interacted with another 2 gentlemen who we where sharing the table with. We had just started eating when the waiter brought us the check and boxes, we only ordered 1 drink and the check was closed, never got offered desserts.

   Food didn’t have much seasoning. NARA does a fantastic job of giving you a healthy portion, however, my steak & veggie fried rice didn’t have much seasoning.

   The food was perfect. I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi with vegetables and chicken fried rice, along with a blueberry lush cocktail and a wrong island iced tea. The drinks were strong and delicious and the hibachi chef and wait staff were courteous. The hibachi chef was skilled and funny. The staff sung happy birthday twice and brought out a nice strawberry ice cream dessert.

    My waiter was soft spoken. The music was loud so it was hard to hear what she was talking about . I like the music was loud just wish she would’ve spoken louder . Also self parking was full and the other self parking was a cross the street so very inconvenient. My food was delicious no complaints in that area . Over all I would give the restaurant 4 stars
