   Nellu was highly recommended by a good friend who is from Paris. We had the Menu de Chef with wine pairing (95€ per person). Every course was unexpected and fantastic. Uncommon combinations of ingredients that made for rich flavors that worked seamlessly with each other and with the wine. Wines were a combination of international (Spain, Italy) and France, but no stereotypical selections, so it was a fun learning experience. Very cool, casual, intimate atmosphere and the staff made it easy to enjoy ourselves. Highly, highly recommend this place.

   Food and wine were fine. The only bad thing was the smell of the food. It was horrible we have to wash all our stuff back home. Maybe a pb with the extractor?

   Excellent restaurant and service you must try during your time in Paris. Small cozy place, lots of choices in natural wines. All the plates were a nice discovery and exquisite.

   Fun casual little wine bar. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was wonderful but the wine was only ok. Loved the layout and ability to watch the kitchen staff and chefs preparing everything.

   La cuisine est bonne mais chère, et malheureusement le service ne suit pas. Pour un bar à vin c’est très dommage que le serveur ne soit pas plus présent et ne donne aucun conseil. Les prix sont beaucoup trop hauts par rapport à la qualité de service.

    It was a wonderful way to end our trip to Paris. I had the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing. My husband decided to order a la carte and have our server and house somellier recommend wine pairings for each of his courses. He was absolutely in heaven, as was I. definitely on the list of places to return to.

    We visited for dinner and had our favorite meal in Paris. The kitchen accommodated severe allergies/dietary restrictions incredibly well. We had the chefs tasting with wine pairing and every dish was impeccably prepared and presented. The wine pairing was unique and was a perfect match for our food. Cannot recommend enough.

    Great food and ambience. Would recommend a visit. Only down side was that our booking was at 9pm - understand that the restaurant (or at least the kitchen) shuts at 10.30 but we did feel a bit rushed. I always believe if you take a late booking, you should allow time (at least 2 hours, when it's 4 of us) for diners to enjoy your restaurant.

    Very cool vibe, small intimate spot we had a room to ourselves. The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The wine selections were delicious and priced fairly. The food was amazing, I had Skate Wing with couscous and the flavors were balanced and very delicious. All in all this was a top ten for food and wine experience. Highly recommend.

    We did the chef's tasting w/ wine pairing. It was delightful and each element of the meal was bursting with flavor. We appreciated the wines that were paired throughout and the explanations of each course. 5 stars for everything but 3 stars for ambiance because it was really hot (no A/C). Would love to go back on a less hot day.

    We loved this new, small and intimate restaurant- what a find! The food was delicious and definitely a bit different (in a good way). All the flavors were delicious and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed chatting with the knowledgeable and friendly staff and chef. What they manage to produce from their tiny kitchen is extraordinary. Can’t recommend highly enough.

    The most interesting, delicious, and perfectly prepared and presented dinner — and it happened on our first night in Paris! Totally amazing. We ordered the chef’s choice and loved every single bit of it … but no meal since has compared! This place is amazing.

    I’ve had the good fortune to travel the world and eat some great food which also means I can be quite critical. This experience, and I use the word intentionally, was nothing short of amazing. The food was just awesome, the flavours they pack into their dishes are very refined, extremely well balanced and equally daring. Adding caviar and salmon roe to a hollandaise over asparagus, the kick of heat on the Korean beef tartare without numbing your palate, the theatre of the dancing Katsuobushi on the mussels risotto, and the intensity of flavour in pressed beef shoulder with a rhubarb sauce .. just amazing. A calm, unassuming decor, 20 or so seats inside, a small but attentive team. Can not fault this!! 2 courses, without wine, €50pp is great value!!

    The food is incredible. Really unusually good and money can’t buy food like that where we live in uk We asked to meet the chef and he was also serving us! They had only been open two months and he said he’d worked in Michelin starred restaurants. Highly recommended!

    We thought we’d give Nellu a try as it was close to our hotel in le Marais and we liked the pics of the food on the website, plus the other reviews were good. But we were completely blown away with the food - it really was exceptional! I had the beef tartare, which was exquisite, and my wife had the dancing pasta, which she is still talking about. Not to be outdone, the wine recommended to us was also sensational. And the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and eager to show off their prowess. One of the chefs even had a chat with us after the meal. Just positive vibes all round - I’m expecting to hear big things of Nellu in the future. Well done guys!

    A restaurant for the gourmets! Really flavorful but at the same time delicate plates, dynamic and generous wine choices (do consult the sommelier, he was really helpful) and a charismatic team. Overall a place with character, definitely give it a go.

    Short and edgy food menu (all dishes were delicious). Amazing wine list, a wine lover will recognise iconic bottles and rare finds. Classy, modern design in a typical Parisian boutique, located on a charming street in city center. Friendly and helpful team.
