Over rated $300 bill and we ain’t really order much..$40 gratuity (20%) automatically added to all bills.. drinks we so Not on point! Rum punch taste like koolaid .. Long Island was weak!! Had to order 2 additional shot on the side to make the drink stronger! Lemon drops were good tho! I don’t have to come back .. and food was good

Very poor customer service! Took 15 mins for the waitress to acknowledge us and take our order. Nobody told us you get charge an entertainment and service fee!

Really Nice place, service was excellent we loved our waitress. Music was too loud and they charge a lot of extra fees (entertainment fee, service charges, and 18-20% tip taken out from jump). Alcoholic Drinks were weak but food was good. My favorite thing was the gumbo, full of flavor! Also, Even though you have a reservation you still have to wait but we didn’t wait long because we went early. Overall experience 6/10.

Just my opinion & I know it’s a reason that they operate the way they do. But the idea of not being able to split the check is confusing to me. Just because everyone shows up together doesn’t mean that they’re together. Also the service charge on the website needs to be updated to match the current menu.

This place sucks. It REALLY does. The Staff and waitress Manager were unprofessional. We left before we could even experience the place as a whole due to the lack of common courtesy and customer service skills. The place was recommended by a local, but we couldn’t experience it due to the attitude of the staff.

I have never known an establishment to have so many rules and regulations to my dining experience. When we looked up on this restaurant we were prompted to make a reservation so there was an expectation set that this was a higher quality establishment. Once we arrived we were surprised by what we saw. Although we were easily seated prior to the whole party arriving we were then advised that we could only order drinks and appetizers until the entire party arrived.. if we were to order entrée’s, the rest of the party would have had to sit at another table when they arrived. Once we were in the middle of ordering the waitress then advised that they do not split checks. But when we got ready to pay we then were told that they do not accept, cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, or chime cards. These are all things that should have been advised ahead of time. While we were trying to figure out the best way to go about paying for our orders, the waitress seemed to have a rather off putting attitude about us discussing how we would pay for our order. Would I suggest this place to anyone? No. Will I return? No. Did I enjoy the experience? No. I do not feel that my meal or experience equated to the amount of money spent.

I really liked this place. If you are looking for a good walk-in place with a chill vibe, this isn’t for you. We had a 12:30pm reservation and was standing in a long line to get in until 1:15pm. We had a blast though! There’s a DJ playing all the good relevant music and the host is running inside and outside dancing with the customers lol! It was LIVE! Very loud and a bit overstimulating but if you want to have fun and turn tf up, this is where to go. Also, they don’t tell you but they charge a $5/pp “entertainment fee” on your bill. 5 of us went so it was a $25 charge on our bill. Our waitress said it’s a sign outside the door that says it’s mandatory. Wasn’t too happy about that. I would’ve at least liked to know beforehand. The food was really good (which was surprising since it was packed) but they did a great job. Drinks are flowing and a time was had. Instagrammable and safe (saw 2 police officers and 2 bodyguards). Makes sense since ppl are drinking and dancing and the waitresses have on those Hooters underwear type shorts. I’m sure ppl be trying them. BUT nothing happened while we were there. Good experience overall. I’d revisit.
