Lovely experience for the first time in an all gluten-free restaurant. It was such a relieve not to have to double check everything and get a much smaller menu - literally everything safe for coeliacs without a question. Great food and overall nice atmosphere.

This is our go-to restaurant for Sadlers Wells. The food and the customer service are always reliably good. Thank you to the team.

The food was super super dry! Yes it was taken off my bill, but for £16.75 for gnocchi that was super dry and inedible - I won’t be rushing back!

The great thing about Niche is that everything is GF, no need to query the menu and worry about kitchen xcontamination. And the food and service are great too!

I live this restaurant, discovered when going to a Sadlers Wells Matinee with a vegetarian friend. Ordered a vegan meal. If all vegan food tasted like this I could seriously consider being part vegan. The service is incomparable to anywhere else. Everyone smiles, you don’t feel rushed. I wish they were my local restaurant then I could eat here regularly instead of just approximately four times a year. FYI if with a carnivore check out their menu they do amazing sausages and perfectly cooked fish.

Good stuff: a great GF menu with several things that are hard to do well GF but they managed. Really nice main courses. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable prices.

To improve: cheesecake for dessert was odd and we left most of it - perhaps play it straight if GF and just do a non-fancy but high quality cheesecake?

Will definitely be back, must be tried if you are a Coeliac in London.

I love going to Niche. You get a good welcome from the front of house team who are considerate without being intrusive. I am on a very restricted diet and this has alwys been catered for with delicious food - unlike a lot of places I could mention. I would recommend Niche to anyone.

My first visit to Niche was by chance before Christmas ahead of Saddlers Wells. It was fantastic then so thought to rebook with friends. We were five in our party and noone apart from me is gluten free and it made no difference for them. Everything that everyone ordered was delicious, service perfect, professional, relaxed and easy. I have already recommended it to anyone as being a great little find and will be back for sure!

As someone who has coeliac disease it is so good to find such a great restaurant and not have to worry about gluten or cross contamination. The choice of food is good and the staff are amazing.

Gluten free food at its bester. After one year I expected to find a new menu unfortunately Niche offers the same dishes. However quality was food at moderate prizes.

The food was incredible, we decided to share a few starters so that we still had room for desert. The chicken basket was my absolute favourite. The staff are so friendly. I would thoroughly recommend. Don’t forget to book first though, it was packed .

I would recommend even though my scores are low this time because have had many positive experiences before. However, last Tuesday wasn’t great at all. Except for service which was good. Five of us eating; three had the halloumi salad, one the Cobb salad and one a burger. The halloumi salad was only average; three slices of cheese, same of grilled pepper, a little couscous and a LOT of leaves!! Seemed poor value for £16+. The Cob salad was just the opposite -far too much for anyone!! Over the top on Stilton particularly!! Guest was over-faced so didn’t enjoy! Burger just ok -not a good idea to have paper napkin under burger -gets soggy and incorporated. Would have complained but always difficult with a rarely-together group; don’t want to spoil the evening! Wine was just ok too and the bill for £40 per head (including service, I know) for one course and a couple of drinks did seem poor value on this occasion. Have tried to send review directly to restaurant but unable to do so. Would be good to have proper pre-theatre meal (Like lunch offer, which was fab last time!) for SW like other local restaurants. Consensus of our group is to try elsewhere next time which is a shame.

We arrived a little early, we had a booking and were seated in. Window seat. Staff were attentive and we were asked if we were going to the Theatre. I think most if the people in Niche at the tine were off to Sadlers Wells, just up the road. Ideally positioned for the Theatre. Prices reasonable and food good. We were asked about any allegens when order taken. The menu clearly stated the ingredients.
The burgers were delicious and we were told of how they are cooked, which was fine for us. We would recommend the cheesecake and the Blondie YUM.

Had a fantastic meal! The vegan mushroom gnocchi was amazing - I’m not even vegan and it was yummy! Couldn’t tell it was vegan and all food being gluten free is fantastic as you don’t have to decide from a restricted menu what you want. It was so nice to be able to choose what I wanted off a great menu. Prices were reasonable for the food and the staff and their service was excellent. My only criticism, and I’m being really, really picky here, is that if I’m paying £30 for a bottle of wine (Sauvignon Blanc) then it would be nicer to drink it out of a nicer glass - they were a bit ‘Ikea’ ish - the rest of the crockery and glasses were fine and really well presented, it was just the glasses that was a slight let down (and I love a good wine glass!). Would absolutely go back!

Visiting London and sought out a GF restaurant. Beautiful restaurant and lovely atmosphere. Obviously if you are not GF then you might not think the baked goods are as good as you are used to. However this was a great restaurant and it’s a wonderful place. Cooking without wheat is tough and they are expert and you feel very safe taking a celiac person there!

We arrived a bit early but they accommodated us straight away. The restaurant is small but doesn't ferl crowded.
The menu is amazing for a gluten free vegan i rarely have so many choices.
My non gf omnivore companions also had dishes they really enjoyed.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Niche to anyone looking for tadty healthy food in a pleasant environment.
Not too pricey either.

Great restaurant ever if you don't have food sensitivities. My husband had many and really enjoyed being able to easily navigate the menu. I have some different food sensitivities that they head dinner difficulty with. I am always disappointed when a restaurant can't be creative with the fact that I can't eat tomatoes and just offer to take the sauce off. There were only a couple of options for me but definitely will go when I'm in London again.
