coffee rubbed short rib, pickled red onion, bleu cheese slaw, brioche
The food was absolutely delicious. I got the the Detroit style pizza. I've NEVER liked deep dosh pizza but the Figgy p was AMAZING. The place was way too loud, even my 14 year old said "is too loud in here". We could hardly hear our waitress with the noise because she was very soft spoken. Although our server was nice, she took way too long to come to our table. We hardly saw our waitress. She came by before someone else brought our food and asked if we needed anything, I asked for a drink. By the time we saw her again, we were done eating and I still had not received our drink. She could've just been so busy which I understand. Overall, id definitely come back for the food.
Waitress checked on us once during our meal and ran away before I could say no tomatoes on my sandwich. Also took 20 minutes to give us our check when we asked.
Great food and great service!
Having been to many night shift locations and always enjoying the experience, this was disappointing. We were expecting a sit down, restaurant dining experience but it was not serviced like that. Ordering was done from a QR code, but we were not told that when we sat down. No waitress came over to help us with menu questions and the interface was odd. Everyone scanned the QR code, yet we could see others orders on our ticket. This made it seemed like our orders would be duplicated. When we asked for help/an explanation, the response we got was very condescending. Despite the tables being numbered, we were still interrupted by food runners trying to deliver other tables food to us. Overall a strange experience and not what I would expect from a restaurant.
The service was efficient, especially ordering and paying online. The menu is helpful for those who are allergy sensitive; however, really tricky to find something that is gluten free and/or dairy free. The food was excellent but as a person with allergies, I felt very limited by my options.
The food was delicious!!
Didn’t know when I booked it that it was in a mall. Next to a teenage obstacle course venue. Very loud. Food was good, reasonably priced.
Place was great!! Really enjoyed the Double IPA and the chive ranch dipping sauce for the chicken!!
Great night! Good food! Emily was our server and was above and beyond fantastic. We had one person with a dairy allergy and Emily handled it perfectly and more thoroughly than I have seen it handled in the past. It is loud but fun and comfortable.
Our service was terrible. Waited 15 mins for someone to acknowledge us sitting at our table. Started with one waitress who was great but then we had a different waitress. Never asked if we wanted anything else. Brought us our check. We had reservations at 5:15 and we’re done and walking out by 5:50. Faster then a fast food restaurant. We won’t be going back anytime soon.
Great food and cold beers. Service was great!!!!!!
Our server, Drew, took great care of us and we loved the food. Can't wait to go back!
Great couples night out! Food and drinks were great. Bar is more quiet and the beer hall is busy but fun. Fun for a large group, we loved collaborating on all the rooms! Highly recommend!
This is a place that I could visit weekly and never get tired of.
The service was amazing, fast and friendly, exactly what you need to make for a great time.
I highly recommend Night Shift to anyone who's looking for a great meal and amazing beer.
Dress for winter and expect your food to be cold within minutes of arrival. Very limited menu and very pricey.
We started with the pretzel which was very good . My friend really enjoyed the salmon and I loved the standard pizza. I had leftovers today and the pizza was equally as good.
The only downside is that it is so loud that it is hard to even have a conversation.
Sticky wings were excellent although could've been crispier...Nashville hot chicken was greasy. Prime Rib sandwich was good but could've used alittle more flavor to the beef. Fries were really good. Mac and cheese with. Chicken was also really good. Service took awhile but it was busy. Drinks came out after apps which was sorta strange.
Great and unique menu and good service. Large variety of brews!
When we walked in the host walked by is and didn’t even say, can I help you check in is here nothing. we stood by the door for about 10 minutes until a waitress walked by and asked us if we needed help. Once we sat down a waitress came took our order. That went well. We had to wait on our two drinks that we ordered for about 10 minutes our food came out with our appetizer and our appetizer was hotter than our food I end up eating cold fries.
The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was great, and the beer list was quite nice. I would highly recommend a visit. We went here with our 3 kids ages 4-14 and everyone had a good time. Each component of each dish was thoughtfully prepared.
This is a great addition to the Natick Mall.
Short Rib Sandwich with Chips & Chive Ranch is bussin’!!
We made a reservation for a standard table but were seated at a high-top. No big deal there. We inquired about New England IPAs and were told by our server that they didn't have any. Ordered a different beer, only to note later on a board over the bar that they did have NE IPAs available. Ordered one of those and it took a LONG time to get it. Our food came 10 minutes before I got the 2nd beer. It was busy, the server was young and overworked, so it was all understandable. But it wasn't a good experience -- and the Level 99 location is crowded, noisy, and generally a nasty mess. We won't return to Nightshift - Natick.
It still seems like the restaurant is still getting its bearings. But the food was very good and worth it. Added perk is playing the games at Level99
Appetizer was okay, but overpriced. Would recommend restaurant but not the specific appetizer I ate.
Great night out! Food was amazing! Next time we need to play first then eat so we can bring home the leftovers
Toasted Farro Salad is SO good! Very well-balanced flavors.
Service was fine though all help notes they were new and understaffed. Why no non caloric non alcoholic drinks? Only water. I would not be inclined to eat there again because of the beverage thing to be honest.
I brought a big group of staff from my office for the the first time and was embarrassed after the food was served. Medium burgers were burnt, food was overly salty. Majority got prime ribs and the meat on all plates were dry and burnt. The server was new, she said it was her first day which is fine but nobody to walk with her to answer our questions. She said she doesn’t know any of the foods and the portions. Unfortunately I don’t feel like coming back after last night. It did not meet our expectations.
My husband and I came for lunch on a mid afternoon (Thursday). It was his birthday. We were able to sit at the bar. The food was delicious, beer was tasty and the service was perfect. I was able to get a flight of beers and taste 4! The manager and bartender personally said happy birthday to my husband. We have a great lunch and then moved on to the Level 99 games next door!
We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends after visiting level 99. Ordered food with one waitress the second one brought the food, and forgot one of the salads. Which was ok, it happens. Then I asked one of the waitresses if they had any desserts which she said they did. And asked if they had any candles, she told me they didn’t and asked me if I wanted to go to the convenience store in the mall and purchase them myself… then finally our waitress came back and when the kids ordered desserts I asked again about the candles and she replied of course we do. All right, so the other waitress had no clue.
Then the third person brought the desserts with no candle… and also no plates or utensils… we waited around 5 minutes, no one was in sight and we just got the plates, napkins and utensils ourselves from the waitress’s station.
Perfect service, right?
Then after everyone finished their desserts our waitress came back and I asked why the candle wasn’t there with the dessert which she replied, oh they probably forgot… so I asked if they could fix it like bring something small like a scoop of ice cream with a candle or something like that, and she proceeded “sorry, if they already ate their desserts it’s too late now”.
Needless to say, we are not coming back to that place.
Thanks for a “great birthday celebration”.
Service was a bit slow but it seemed like it was just overburdening the staff that was working.
Very limited drink and food menu. Flies floating in water. Customer service was great but not the food or drinks.
Fantastic menu, amazing pizza. We look forward to dining here again
Ok - I didn’t realize it was part of Dave and Busters
We ordered Rosemary-Truffle Fries, there was absolutely no Truffle, couldn’t taste it at all or even smell it. Also ordered a mushroom pizza that was supposed to have Truffle oil. Again absolutely no Truffle, couldn’t smell or taste any truffle. Pizza was Detroit style, so deep dish, expecting it to be a bit oily but it was very, very saturated with oil. Other than the taste of oil you could still taste good flavors, liked the pizza but my body isn’t use to eating that much oil, enough said.
We were surprised to see how high the bill was. I had a salad with chicken on it and my husband had a roast chicken dinner. We each had one drink. Our server was wonderful and very attentive, but with a tip the bill came to just under $100.00. Oh yes, we had a potato chip and dip appetizer that was only $6.00. They were homemade and fabulous. It was fun, the food was good but very noisy and they only had one kind of vodka which I still don't know what it was. The vodka on the rocks was $11 while my husband's beer was $9. I think $11 was a little excessive when it was a mongrel vodka. I expect to pay that for a top shelf brand. All in all, it was o.k. but I wouldn't rush back.
Great food. Efficient service!
Our first meal there, had a small group of us for our son's 10th birthday. Great food and service. I had a margarita and my husband had beer. Excited to have this in the area to improve the dining options.
Yummy Short Rib Sandwich!
Nice addition to the Mall food options, and the food was better than expected.
