Nineteen Hyaku is the newest concept from Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality located in the newly built Jefferson Bank Building. Enjoy a variety of items curated by our talented chefs that’s aimed to please any palate. Sushi Rolls, Tx Wagyu Steak over a live fire, Nigiri & Sashimi elegantly cut, craft cocktails with fresh ingredients, and a Sake list to compliment each unique flavor is awaiting you at Nineteen Hyaku. We hope to serve you soon!

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but not required. The bar is always open for walk-in dining.
Valet is located on the Grayson side of the building with a separate fee taken at the Valet stand.
Covered Parking is available in the Jefferson Bank Building. Validation is not available. Parking in the garage is free for the first 30 minutes with charges beginning after the 30 minute mark. Street Parking is also available in the area, please park to your discretion.

    Very nice place with high ceilings and modern decor. My $18 glass of wine was maybe 4oz. Martinis are $18-20. Food was really good, drinks fair overall nice experience but expensive. I knew it was expensive going in so not really shocked. Will likely go back to my normal sushi places.

    Beautiful ambiance with high ceilings and neutral colors very comforting… Friendly and professional staff starting with the GM Isaac and his entire team… Fresh sushi and sashimi and some of the best fried rice ever had… Definitely worth the visit if you’re after quality Japanese cuisine in San Antonio…

    Food was absolutely fantastic, service was excellent, and the drinks were tasty. Wagyu beef hand roll was pricey, but out of this world! Definitely coming back.

    Nice place to have a drink. Short in staff with a lot of time to wait for order, service etc. pricey for the quality they offer. We were waiting too long to eat since only two waitress were in the whole place. Dessert delayed too. I do not recommend this place.

    Our server Tiffany was great. She was attentive and very knowledgeable about the drink and food menu. She made some suggestions which we were very happy with. The environment was very pleasant, it’s a very nice elegant restaurant. Great for a date night or dinner with friends.

    This is a veritable find! Other than the loud environment, each item on this omakase dinner was a true delightful experience. Nelson’s skill in preparing each tasty bite was on full display! Despite the venue, the experience was truly personalized! Jackie was very attentive but unobtrusive. Will be back for sure!

    The restaurant is beautiful with high ceilings and a great bar. I’d highly recommend this place for a date night. We have enjoyed many traditional and non-traditional sushi restaurants. The sashimi here was delicious! The appetizers were good with solid portions. We should have skipped the rolls and opted for the hand rolls instead.
