We had the set luncheon menu. Good choices and I think the 4 of us choice everything on offer. It looked good and tasted even better. Attentive and professional staff. A real pleasure!
Great food, space a little noisy, present and friendly staff
Great lunch. Creative yet not too much. Excellent food. Good value for money
Everything was Perfect! Music after 7pm was a bit too loud, otherwise great
First time in this restaurant and we loved it. The decor is beautiful and the feel is more relaxed from the other Social eating houses.
I always liked it but now after the change of menu it is fantastic.
Really good food, service and wine list. Strongly recommend.
Outstanding in every way. Great atmosphere - tasteful, relaxed and elegant. The food was excellent. The lobster in hazelnut sauce with avocado and artichoke hearts was a delightful mix of flavors . The halibut with beurre blanc was moist and delicious. The lamb chop was perfectly cooked. This ranks as one of the very best casual yet refined restaurants in London.
Fabulous food, fabulous ambiance, fabulous service!
Fabulous meal, little booth at the back had a nice cosy feel & staff very on the ball. Loved it.
Excellent food, lovely ambience, terrific service
Amazing food and service, can’t wait to return
Originally, we were very disappointed to learn that Little Social has undergone a big change and had recently become No. 5. So much so in fact, that we were considering cancelling our reservation. We’re so glad we didn’t!
Loved the new restaurant! They managed to keep the best of the old, while introducing new improvements. The food is as good as ever. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The service is still friendly, welcoming and professional. Overall, a great dining experience. We love No. 5, and would recommend it highly.
Very attentive staff and the food was incredible.
Really welcoming when I arrived and everything was great! We had a really lovely meal and were left to chat when we wanted, thank you so much.
A lovely atmosphere - great for dates or business meetings. The service is impeccible and the food is light and delicious. They have a lovely vegan menu too - thank you!
Amazing food all around for our party of 3 (and we shared). Attentive, friendly staff. Great value for an exceptional meal.
huge disappointment following the refurb. I used to be a regular fan. I will never go back.
Great food, value for money
We loved our recent visit to No 5 Social! It exceeded our expectations - we had a Set Price menu but the restaurant treated us with a pre-appetiser and pre- and after-dessert on top of our meal. The food was special and delicious. Also best espresso martini I’ve had in London - the foam had to be about 1.5 cm.
We were a party of 3 for lunch on a Friday. We were allocated the semi-private booth which provided the requisite degree of rivalry whilst not feeling stifled. Sliding doors can be closed if needed.
The service was prompt, informative, and friendly without being overbearing. A small amuse bouche started the proceedings which was a nice touch.
We mostly ordered off the a la carte menu, starting with the lobster dish and the poached egg dishes, both of which were outstanding, particularly the modest but exquisite lobster dish. The one other in our party ordered Gazpacho soup which was cleverly presented and which he claimed was delicious.
We then followed up with very pleasant cod and halibut dishes, the latter being poached and delicate with a beautiful separately poured sauce. The final main course was a sea bream dish, again with a separately prepared and poured sauce, deliver in person by the Head Chef.
There was a good selection of wine by the glass, and generous petit fours to go with our espresso.
Lunch menu very meager half a boiled egg on some green beans!! Halibut overcooked and dry. Chablis at £14 a glass underwhelmed!!
Excellent food - not far off the main Social level which is some of the best I've ever eaten. Nice informal atmosphere. Good sommelier and wine list. Really like it.
Formerly Little Social, this newly renovated restaurant as always was as amazing as before. Got to meet Jason Atherton and give him thanks for his amazing restaurant.
Food was superb. Service was a bit up and down but they just reopened. The staff were courteous throughout which smoothed over any issues. Definitely one to revisit.
This is not the cheapest place in London but it must surely rate as one of the biggest secrets.
The service was prompt without being intrusive, the ambience relaxed and the food was simply amazing. Definitely one worth trying!
It was my fiance birthday and no special desserts were made, food was not great value for money
Excellent luncheon, delicious food. First class staff, Harry, assistant manager particularly attentive.
So so pleased to be in the new, beautifully decorated space. The service is warmer than ever, including the enthusiastic and knowledgeable sommelier, and the food is marvelous. All of it. The lobster and avocado is so delicate! Thoroughly memorable dessert of choice strawberries, meringue, and English breakfast ice cream.
Having long counted the previous incarnation (Little Social) among my favourite London restaurants I was really keen to try this refurbished version, and I am happy to report it is as comfortable, relaxed, friendly and professional as ever, with the food still absolutely delicious!!
Good textures and taste . Isle of Wight tomatoes and curd a hit with all diners 9/10
A truly excellent dining experience - a warm welcome by helpful staff, really good ambience, superb value and a top class meal (I had the fixed daily menu), beautifully presented and delicious. The chef Kostas Papathanasiou really deserves an accolade for his creativity, adaptabliity and willingness to engage charmingly with customers. I sense that one day he could well inherit the title of best Greek chef from my all time favourite Greek chef - Nico Ladenis who made such a major culinary impact on London. I made another booking immediately!
Everything totally amateur and food quite forgettable. Feels like they’ve opened too soon and couldn’t cope with a Friday night. Too many excellent choices in a London at this price point to recommend No 5 Social.
Great menu. Excellent cuisine. Reasonable wine list. Super service. Just a tiny bit pricey in terms of VFM.
Amazing Food, brilliant service and great upgrade - highly recommended 👏
We went on opening weekend after the refurbishment from Little Social. Food was excellent. There were a couple of teething problems with timing and we were under a cold vent that couldn’t be corrected otherwise it would have been five stars all round.
Great food and excellent service and all for a fair price!
We will be going back soon
They changed their menu. They runned out of Lamb, meat and wine... for the money , will not be a restaurant we will be coming back (we used to be customers...).
Lovely restaurant, just a little slow, today, for a lunchtime
Awful service. Red wine was warm, starter was cold, took over 45 minutes to deliver the main course. May have been a bad night for them, but would not recommend it.
