    I have an issue when I'm given the full bill and asked to pay in full before I have received a drink or any food. When I questioned the staff member I was told we had to pay first as it was hard to keep track of all the customers. Sorry just not good enough, I won't be back.

    Lovely Deco and ambience . Staff where friendly but slightly hard to get their attention on occasion. Drinks expensive but then it’s a city centre venue. £12.50 for portion of chips and 3 small burgers £12.50 for chicken wings and chips. Food was ok nothing exciting and chips ordered was not what was served.Having said this we enjoyed our visit prior to show in Waterfront which is next door.I would return.

    One of our party is vegetarian and had ordered the cesaer salad……for any chef to serve up a few lettuce leaves with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a few croutons for £8 was a disgrace…..also the truffle Parmesan chips were again just chips with a sprinkle of cheese……..not what you expect from a top hotel like the Hilton. Absolutely no choice for vegetarians!!

    A cocktail £15-16 dearest cocktails in Belfast went at peak time on a Saturday night and there was only 2 people in the bar!!

    Excellent looking bar, definitely one of the nicest looking bars in Belfast, however the service by staff is lacking. Slow service, not being asked if you would like a drink regularly especially when you have a table full of empty glasses.

    Food was nice and came quickly, and the decor was modern. Front of house staff were very unorganised and appeared to be in experienced. Waited 15 mins with no menus to order from. The bar staff said they would send someone down and we eventually got one that was ripped and dirty. We were then told by a passing waiter to go up to the bar to order as it would be quicker. Not exactly restaurant service.
