Dinner was fantastic. Meat charcuterie tray extremely generous. Arctic Char delicious. Cherry creme brûlée good. Would have liked more crisp top. Reasonably priced bottle of rosé was dry and perfect.
Lovely dining room decor! As well, the window seating offers a spectacular view of the outside floral displays lining the street and Prince of Wales Hotel. Our breakfasts were attractively plated, food was delicious. Our server was friendly and meticulous to detail. Delectable Exotic Mushroom and Goat Cheese Omelette with accompanying bacon, fried potatoes, toast, and jams. My spouse thoroughly enjoyed the Traditional Buttermilk Waffles with Chantilly Cream, Pure Ontario Maple Syrup, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend The Noble restaurant!
Very relaxing dining within our hotel. The drinks were fabulous , the room was small and intimate. The menu selection was limiting, but our waiter couldn’t be better.
Very pleasant dining environment. Service was attentive and discrete. We ordered from their Thanksgiving Day menu. Appetizers were a pear and endive salad (tasty and nicely composed) and squash soup which were both quite enjoyable. Turkey was moist and tender, accompanied by an unusually good toasted sage stuffing. Dessert was a serviceable apple pecan tart with cranberry ice cream. Overall a very pleasurable and memorable experience.
Elegant and delectable experience as always! Thanks for making our Thanksgiving dinner memorable.
The salmon dish was fantastic!we marvelled the building, the ambience was gorgeous. Took many pictures.Hopefully we do plan on visiting again soon .
The experience and quality of food is a big improvement over the past iteration of the Prince of Wales’ restaurant. Service was excellent and attentive. The tasting menu included a lovely baby gem salad with their locally sourced honey dressing, a cold salmon appetizer, and a delicious and nicely seasoned venison chop served with pine mushrooms and a seasonal corn succotash. Each was paired nicely with a selection of local wines. The dining room is bright and could use a bit more ambiance, but was pleasantly spaced to allow for quiet dining despite the demand for tables given the holiday weekend.
Would recommend to my friends, one of the best place in Niagara On the Lake . I would not order the chicken, way overcooked and dry. the other 3 dinners were excellent. I would go back, just would not order chicken
Service was terrible and manager rude!
Food was good. Probably would ever eat there again!
We found it difficult to find something on the menu. The menu was too out there for both my Mom and myself. What we did end up getting tasted fine though. A little expensive for the portions. Will not likely go back. This was not our first time here, we never had problems with the menu before. Service was a little on the slow side as well.
Can you beat a Prince of Wales venue? Elegant atmosphere at all stops.
The only suggestion - need some new plastic check presentation. The one given to us was so sticky/dirty, I couldn’t get my credit card in the slot!)
Lovely Sunday breakfast. Flavourful food. Excellent service. Will definitely come back.
Kafil and Fred amazing servers
Just a little upset as I made reservations weeks prior to state it was our Anniversary and no mention of it when we were there. Friends of our recommended the place and showed us their breakfast plate with Happy a Anniversary written in chocolate sauce. It is the little things that matter and this is why I booked the same place. Was just a little disappointed as I really wanted to show my husband I tried hard to get everything right.
Celebrated my husbands birthday at Noble a restaurant we had our first date at many years ago.The dinner was lovely although if we didn’t have bread or salad the dinner wouldn’t have been enough for the average patron. I did Particularly love the cheese in the salad. Sadly the chocolate mousse was disappointing. It was thick and not light or fluffy. The waiter was understanding and offered me something else which I declined. We were there in April and had a better experience so perhaps the fact that the restaurant was quite busy might have something to do with our feelings.
Wayne was a great server!
We went to Noble for our 18th anniversary dinner. Our server, Wayne, was amazing. Funny, knew his stuff and treated us very well. Kudos to the unsung heroes of the kitchen who made delicious food in a beautiful presentation and just the right portion size.
Our service was outstanding!! Our waiter Ralfel was attentive and very kind. Most certainly will return for another meal.
Our waiter was friendly and efficient. The entree accompanying portions is our complaint. Ordered the filet mignonette and the whipped parsnips consisted of a sipe across the plate, the cabbage shoots looked like garnish, the largest side portion was the shallots. The dish was overpriced for the dinner, the filet tasted fine and was cooked to my request, but nothing warranted a $50 charge. If you are going to charge that much, please have an actual entree size meal, or suggest to diners, that ordering side dishes will complete the meal.
Excellent restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff was exceptional. Our waiter was always around if we needed anything but he did not hover. It felt very personal as he knew our names and catered to our needs. The food was also top notch. Very nice setting for a private dinner.
Was by far one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. The food was outstanding.
Very special way to celebrate our Anniversary breakfast. Seating beside the windows. Food was excellent.
Fantastic service, with even better food. Easily one of the best meals I have had in a long time.
Too expensive for the food quality. Many better options in this venue.
Beautiful dinning room, excellent service from a knowledgeable, professional waiter and a superb meal. We had the chicken dish which was well presented, juicy and delicious. All-in-all a great dinner before theater.
I recommend Nobel.
Must experience. Lovely artwork in an elegant setting. BEAUTIFUL flowers out front. Comfortable chairs. Excellent service. However food was very disappointing. Crab salad consisted of 4 teeny-tiny crab claws ( about 1" of crab meat) on a few leaves of endive or frisee lettuce. Not tasty and not presented well.
Fish and Chips: fish was great but there is WAY too much breading, meaning there was twice as much breading as fish. the fries were great.
Dessert fruit plate was well presented, fresh and delicious. recommend.
The staff is polite and super efficient.
The whole staff were extremely welcoming. Our server in particular was a gem! Just food and general surroundings and ambiance was extremely enjoyable.
We consider this the best breakfast we’ve ever had service is amazing and on a clear summer day the view of the gardens is incredible.
The food as ordered was cooked to perfection. Everything was perfect.
On the other end we had expeced a wider choice of plates for a restaurant
of your stature. On the other end, the people having diner seemed to be pleased.
So,, maybe we are in the left field. But, we still enjoyd our meal a great deal.
We celebrated our anniversary at the restaurant and enjoyed an elegant delicious lunch . John, the host, was very welcoming and informative and made some great suggestions of other beautiful sights to visit on our trip to Niagra on the Lake.
Great place for romantic dinner
We had a reservation. Dressed to the nines to celebrate 3wonderful occasions.
We were sat 2 rows back from window. While 2 parties were in front of our view with shorts on.....probably walk ins!
Loved the service we received :) John had great stories about the hotel as well. A very special one year anniversary!
Fabulous restaurant! Romantic dinner for our 45th anniversary! Food was amazing!
Last night of our 2.5 weeks trip across Canada and our final stay was at the quaint Prince of Wales hotel. I had pre booked Noble before leaving the UK and did not know what to expect but it was a lovely end to a brilliant holiday. Our waiter was especially lovely, great friendly service and good food and wine. Thank you.
Great food. Fantastic service !!
Such a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and service! Will definitely recommend it to everyone!
Our meal was delicious, the bib lettuce salad, so fresh and lightly seasoned.
We both had the Cornish hens which was done perfectly with a lovely glaze.
Wayne our server was attentive but not hovering and very knowledgeable re. ingredients and wine.
Food, service and ambiance was exceptional and couldn't ask for a better location then the Prince of Wales
Had to wait a little bit to be seated
Very clean, old heritage style preserved
Very clean washrooms
Very good service, very courteous
Way too expensive
Very few vegetarian options
Not worth the money spent
Will not be going again
