Beautiful place, good service. The food was good not great. Over priced for what it was.
Great overall experience. Although we were there to celebrate Valentines Day, we decided to order from the general menu although I’m sure either would have been good. The food was delicious; we also received a sampling of a new appetizer which was interesting. The service was very prompt but did not rush us. The server Kathi was very attentive and ready to answer all our questions. We will definitely be back
We have been to Noble on several occasions and totally enjoy the atmosphere, the food and the service, this is a place where one can sit and enjoy a meal while being full relaxed, the staff is very friendly and fully capable of answering questions about the menu, if you need something special they can help, if you want white table cloth service, great food and all for a reasonable price then the Noble is for you. Just an all around great place to have dinner or celebrate any occasion.
Very good food.
The food and the service were excellent. I would prefer that the champagne was next to our table, but the waiters tried her best to keep our glasses topped up.
The ambiance at Noble is quiet elegance. Sitting next to a window overlooking Simcoe Park across the street in the winter is one of the great pleasures of life in Niagara. The service was attentive and never pushy, with our server Page being the epitome of quiet efficiency. The food, while not inexpensive, is well presented and excellent quality. That's what you are here for - quality not quantity anyways. The room was pleasantly quiet during our Friday lunch so no issues there. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch experience.
Food was excellent, atmosphere was really good but the service wasn’t the greatest. But thanks to George the manager he fixed everything and made the service excellent.
Our server was fantastic. He was very accommodating and moved us to a window seat when one came available. He was very professional and knew his stuff! The food was okay. My sole was done very well but my husbands bison rib eye was very fatty and not done to his liking. I was also disappointed that you could not substitute dishes in the tasting menu. I would of loved to have done the tasting menu with the wine pairing but I don't enjoy red meat. I would try this restaurant again to give it another shot but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
Stayed at the hotel for the weekend and dined here for Breakfast and Lunch. Service was excellent and the food was amazing!!
I think our server was Evelyn? (can't be sure of her name), she was lovely, and the hostess at the front who sat us was also lovely (it made for a pleasant and enjoyable evening)
Everything was lovely and delicious! Can’t wait to go back.
Everything was great! Very good place in a historic part of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Quet, tasty, best service.
We will come more.
Great afternoon tea service. Lovely decor.
The New Year’s Eve menu was excellent. The chef accommodated our dietary issues, the wait staff was professional yet personable. And the breakfast menu was very good, with reasonable prices.
Beautiful ambience good food and excellent service. Will definitely return to try the lunch menu. Breakfast is a definite
Winner, and they are open early.
Service staff were pleasant and tried to make up for the late food. But we did have to wait very long after ordering, over an hour. We kept getting bread and water, and an apology from our server. We were not in a hurry, but after a while the delay become long and we started talking about it. The dining room was not full when we came, even though we were only give an 8:30 time slot for the 5 of us. It was apparent we could have come earlier. In a dining room of this quality and expense, we did expect more.
We went with great anticipation after having a great meal at the Cannery restaurant, unfortunately the food and value did not compare.
The steak was very fatty and tough. The potato cake was burnt to the point it crumbled apart. The pasta sauce tasted like it came directly from a can.
Beyond over priced for the incredibly poor quality of food we received.
Great ambiance and setting. We were welcomed when we arrived. Our waiter was outstanding and clearly explained our choices, the meals and the wine list. We never felt rushed but were served when it felt right. The meals were well presented and lived up to their billing. It was a wonderful experience and one we would recommend.
Phenomenal meal, exquisite preparation in an intimate atmosphere.
It’s a beautiful restaurant, the servers are really kind and nice, food was awesome, the only thing missing is more options on the menu
Went for 11 am breakfast before a Shaw show. Food was abundant and hot! Only one other couple in restaurant so the ambience was lacking in that it felt a bit dead. One week before Christmas I thought it would be a bustle of activity. Room was decorated beautifully.
Server was very good and made every effort to provide service of a high standard. The room was quite cold. Out entrance doors held wide open and every time some opened inner doors it was draft and cold. Reception said they could do nothing about it but that people in the tea room across the hall were complaining it was cold in the afternoon. Menu is limited but fine. Dinners are over priced
Holiday Inn show at the Shaw festival theatre
The food was awful and sad for a birthday celebration.
What a fabulous experience. Our main courses, Dover Sole, were wonderful. The wait staff Frank, was very attentive and the Sommelier Fred - was superb. A very memorable evening. Thank you.
Nobel has been one of our favorite special occasion restaurants, and it never disappoints. This last visit we both had the tasting menu, which was recently re-introduced, and it was superb. The service was perfect, the food was outstanding, and we appreciate the quiet, sedate atmosphere and unhurried pace. Thanks for another memorable meal.
Lunch 11/29/19—The service seemed a tad slow for soup and salad and fish and chips (2 people).
Great food, the portions could be smaller, apps are like entrees! Great service! First night, excellent table, second night, poor table beside large, noisy table, really bright lighting. Restaurant ambience night one 10/10, night 2 5/10. A little more focus on guest seating strategy please! Have recommended the food already!
Had a lovely dinner with my sister. We are here for the two Christmas shows and enjoying a night at the Prince of Wales. What a magical place this is at Christmas time. The food was delicious and our server, Gerrad, was fantastic! Such an enjoyable evening!!
My husband and I always celebrate special occasions at this restaurant, because they go the extra mile to make it a great experience.
Lovely birthday dinner
What a wonderful experience! All the staff we interacted with were wonderful, polite and kind. Outstanding service!
Can’t wait to go back again.
It was a perfect and very special setting - staff was very nice and attentive - the food was excellent (breakfasts and dinners).
Four of us went to have a High Tea at this restaurant and we were amazed with beautiful settings, everything makes you feel like you are in the house of an English Royal Family! So warm, friendly and welcoming! Service was above our expectations! Delicious tea with huge variety of sandwiches, scones, cookies and tarts! We couldn’t finish it all, it was a lot! We were full and happy! Classical music, relaxing environment and absolutely gorgeous experience!!!
The host went above and beyond to ensure our friend's birthday lunch was enjoyable. He offered us a choice of tables (subject to business I imagine). Our server was efficient and friendly. The decor was wonderful and if you have never been to the Prince of Wales, it is a treat. The old world aesthetic and charm, are most decadent. A lovely experience, especially at Christmas time. Niagara on the Lake does Christmas, like a story book.
We made a reservation. When we arrived we tried to let someone know we had a reservation. Tough to connect with someone. When we did, we were told to just sit down wherever. We sat at a dirty table that I wiped off myself. We waited at least 15mins to be noticed to be served. Graham our server came over and was amazing. A huge delight. Wiped the table without having to ask. He was clear on offerings, quick to get us sorted out and made some great suggestions. When a table cleared near the fireplace he was able to move us there so we could be closer to the live music. Our table that we started at felt like we were in a prep area.
The menu did not have a lot of choices What we had was good. Waiter was very attentive and good.
Fred the sommelier was wonderful and most helpful - he was worth the visit.
Would we recommend Noble? Yes but with warnings about the restricted menu and the expense of the food.
All the best.
Everything was excellent! Service, ambiance and food were all very, very good.
It took 40 minutes to get our wine and generally the waiter was nowhere to be seen.
The restaurant was at about 10% of capacity so its not like they were busy.
Very nice restaurant, ambiance, decor, etc... We were greeted immediately, seated next to the window and got great service from the sommelier and the waiter. The waiter was very attentive without being intrusive and he had good knowledge of the food. I had the chicken and artichoke pasta an my husband the ribs, all excellent taste. For dessert I really enjoyed the mango mousse with coconut cake.
We are new in town and we'll definitely go back to Noble on a regular basis.
