Excellent Sunday brunch at Nobu. Great variety of food. Service was friendly and the staff were super helpful. On a trip to the brunch bar, my toddler wanted to be carried back so I had her propped on my hip and one of the staff came rushing over to help grab my plate.

Chose Nobu for a birthday dinner. Amazing cod fish in miso as usual. Cool ambience with a very nice bar. Great service, our water is always topped up without us asking. Pricey but worth it for special occasions.

The design and decoration of the hotel itself are outstanding, besides the food there is so creative and delicious! The sushi chef is so nice and chatted with us, the staff is also very warm and is proud of his company culture. I went there for breakfast and lunch within one week, everything is perfect , my friend really likes the tacos there and the warm sake! it is even worth visiting the hotel from outside if you pass by then.

Met my mum and step dad for lunch, food was amazing as usual, I’ve been to various Nobu restaurants and have never been disappointed. I actually stayed in the hotel too and was very happy with everything. Would 100% stay and eat there again

I have been to Nobu on many occasions, with this being my third visit to the Nobu in Shoreditch... we decided to try out the afternoon Brunch on Saturday, and what a good decision it was. My wife is several months pregnant and they bent over backwards to ensure that she was very comfortable, continually checked on to ensure all was ok... and even made something that she loved but wasn’t on the menu on that particular day.... overall a great experience and amazing food... and for me (not the wife) great drinks ;-)

Nobu is about 15 years out of step with with restaurants in London. It’s bland, boring, predictable and eye-wateringly overpriced.

Ordered the tasting menu and was confronted with three rounds of sushi, all of which could have come from Wasabi or Itsu. Tedious doesn’t come close to describing how underwhelming these dishes were.
Then there was an unremarkable blackened cod.
A miso soup, again totally unremarkable.
And finally some beef in the saltiest and most overpowering I’ve ever tasted.
Dessert was a scoop of ice cream and a cake from Gail’s.

This place is a disaster. Almost any other Asian restaurant you could think will be better and more innovative than Nobu.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The food was exquisite, from start to the end and the service amazing! I strongly recommend: Toro with Caviar, Scallops & Foie Gras with Umeboshi Plum and Honey Sauce and the Japanese Wagyu New Style. Take the chef's degustation menu if you can!
The atmosphere is very vibrant as well.

We had a lovely evening at Nobu, Shoreditch. From the moment we walked in, the service was spectacular and our waitress couldn't be more help whilst we decided on food from the menu. The food is definitely first class, although a little pricey. I really appreciated the HAPPY BIRTHDAY in our pudding.

Nice Nobu Shoreditch special dishes, but service is a little slow - especially from the bar. Nothing really done for birthday despite there being two birthdays on the table.

We didnt feel quiet welcome to begin with. Everything has to be going fast , visiting this kind of restaurant, spending more money then an averedge meal, has to be relaxing and true to value. Not that the restaurant was packed , i estimate half capacity was taken.
The purpose of this diner part of was to thank my guest for our good businesscontacts and leads. We are both foodies and visit loads of good quality resto’s in our county , mostly based on Michelin or GM. Hearing from her the diner was nog that special day afterwards , i felt ashamed, but i was feeling the same way.
IT is a Nice concept to share, tough in order to enjoy a meal you should give proper time to do so... we orders 5 plates together, wich was enough due to i am a small- sized Eater,
I even coulant eat half of the first platter or the next one already was there, taking away my diping wich Made the course balance well, due to an oversized use of plate ubderneath the bowl of soup we Ordered. This was a fish soup full of mushrooms and 3 little pieces of fish, the spicyness was perfect, flavourwise iT lacked salt and fishtaste and a hint of Acidity. Also sharing a bowl of soup you should provide 2 little bowls and 3 spoons , just for hygienic reasons, eating soup from middle of table without spilling with those kind of spoon is impossible.
Third plate was full of flavour, pitty the lobster and prawns were overcooced, it was full of flavour and ingredients, tough also lacking salt and acidity was ruling the flavour of the sauce , so it was pitty I couldn enjoy the jus. (I drink every morning water with juice of 1 lemon, so I am alright with acidic taste).
The lamb with 3 scs was cooks to perfection, seasoning lacked again little salt, sauces were nice balanced.
The wagyu gyoza was tasty and seasoned well! (Hallelujah). Yet service was too quick taking away plate while eating not finishing my meal...
it was a disappointing experience, not eager to come back and have another nobu-meal. Pitty!

Impressive space for dining and not too noisy or busy. Ideal for good catchup with an old friend. Service as attentive.

The buffet was fantastic with lots of choice. But the dishes brought to the table were a whole another level. So tasty and inventive.

Basic deal for brunch was really good value. Extras were not - £8 for a bottle of san Pellegrino was not.

I would go again

we had the bento box for a business lunch. The service was slow. The food was so salty that we think it must be something wrong with the seasoning from the kitchen as it was bad for both bento boxes. We informed this to the waitress and she said that she will talk to the chief. No one came and we had to walk to the counter to pay as we could not get attention from anyone to get the bill. They do not serve fast enough for business lunch. The food did not worth the price that you have to pay either.

Overall a very nice dining experience. Although I had a bottle of wine ordered my glass ended up being a bit dry as the service was not attentive enough to top up. Food was really great as well as music and lighting. Very polite reception and with a big welcoming smile. Overall a very nice experience and we would highly recommend.

Amazing presentation and great food. Nicely surprised by the portion sizes, the drinks were excellent. The DJ stole the show though. So impressed by her selection we stayed much longer than planned as a result and enjoyed the evening all the more. Almost forgot to balk at the bill, but hey - this is Nobu, right?

Our reservations were taken care of very promptly by open table. Food, ambiance and service was good. I was worried it would be loud and rude but to the contrary we had a very relaxing time, the service wasn’t rushed at all and all the servers were polite, selection of food was ample I would have liked to see more sushi rather than stir fried noodles and vegetables. The food served course wise was really good and I enjoyed that much more than the buffet. The dessert served was also really good, there was really no space for me to try out the wide variety of desserts on the bar .
