North Italia In King of Prussia
North Italia King of Prussia is located in the mall’s exterior corridor between Macy’s and Neiman Marcus.
This lovely, new restaurant located conveniently on the walkway of King of Prussia Mall, served excellent food. We were surprised that the noise level was not bad. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. The wine was great and drinks were super, too.
This was an overall great and smooth experience. We arrived early for a 4:45 reservation, and were greeted and seated in a timely manner. Our server, James, was excellent - attentive, engaged, and responsive. Food was excellent - a pizza, two salads, and the cheese board. We will be back and highly recommend this restaurant.
This is my new favorite restaurant in the King of Prussia area. The food is consistently wonderful and the service matches it. You can't ask for more than that!
Food was delicious, great real Italian food and good portion sizes - not overly massive! Definitely recommend for a nice dinner or date night.
Server was excellent and loved the ambiance with lots of windows and an open kitchen! Appetizers were amazing- burrata and cauliflower. We got the gluten free pizza and did not care for the crust. It was too hard to bite easily. The prosciutto and fig pizza toppings were great tasting though. Chocolate torte dessert was delicious!
The food was delicious but that’s all that good about the place. Our waiter was friendly and good once we were served. But they took forever to take car of us. I had to ask to be served since no one came an acknowledged is even though other tables were being served. And the staff blamed each other as their reason for bad service. If only care about eating food, then go. But if want an overall experience and decent service, I would not recommend this place at all.
Food and service were both great
Good meal, better than average tastes and flavors.
Service was awesome, waiter exceeded expectations. Manager was beyond kind. Our food was totally awesome. We love scratch kitchens.
The service was bad. Our waitress was attentive at first, but never came back around to ask how our dinner was, if we need additional drinks, etc. We sent back our first appetizer (artichokes) - they were hard and really bad. Our entrees lacked flavor. While the inside of the restaurant is fairly nice, your view is the KOP parking lot. I don't recommend.
All good, except a constantly crying toddler was in the booth next to us with 2 women who did nothing about it.
First time and it did not disappoint will definitely be going back
We dine at North Italia on a regular basis, have never been disappointed. However , this evening was an exception. A 45 minute wait before we got our appetizer. The waiter was charming but very slow with the service. Especially because it was late and our appetizers had not been served, we requested bread 3 times but never received it! We are hoping this was an aberration not to be repeated in the future
There was a bit of confusion with our order. The main course came out 10 minutes ahead of the appetizer, but the food was good. It was our first visit to the restaurant. Parking was difficult, but that’s to be expected at K of P Mall.
Very good food for a chain. Service could have been better. A salad entree came out 10 minutes after the hot foods.
What a wonderful experience today at North! I had the seasonal vegetable salad and the arancini! It was superb! My server, Jetai was so kind and welcoming! It felt like I was spending time with a good friend. It’s a very cute restaurant with delicious food and great service! I was able to meet three of the managers, Nick, Dan, and Kellie make such a great team! Kellie prepared this pumpkin cocktail, and it was the perfect dessert drink! It was absolutely amazing! It’s not on the menu, so ask Kellie for “The Pumpkin Drink” and she will hook you up! I am so happy I stopped in for dinner. I would highly recommend!!
I have been to North Italia for lunch and service and food was much better. Dinner is hectic, food was slow to get ready, service was okay. Food did not taste as nice either, my appetizer was burnt but it took so long for it to come that i did not have the patience to return it.
Exceeded expectations for friendliness, cleanliness and darn good food
Our service, Courtney, was friendly and made suggestions. Obviously she knew the menu.
We’d like to mention Kelly. I don’t remember her title, but she was a pleasure to have make our experience.
Can’t wait to return
It was an anniversary dinner. The waitress started off good but then disappeared half way through dinner and only came back when we flagged her down for the check.
Awesome restaurant! Our waiter was helpful, really knowledgeable with suggestions, knew the drink list and wonderful with the children. Just a great experience!
We arrived at 4:00 on Saturday. There were waiters and waitresses walking around but everyone ignored us. There was only one other family in the restaurant at the time. When our waitress finally came up and asked if anyone had help us yet, I said no. She was very attentive up until our dinner was served. Then we waited an extra 10 minutes after our dinner was over to get her attention to get our check. The restaurant was still relatively empty. Food was ok - nothing special.
Our server was outstanding, professional, attentive, and so pleasant.
Food was delicious service was very poor this visit which is a shame when we brought a guest to celebrate his birthday. Nothing was done/mentioned to make his night special.
Delicious salad, the grilled artichokes were not as tender as the ones I had at their Los Angeles location, but still good. The Zucca chips were a bit overdone but still tasty.
After being seated we waited over 10 mins and had to ask for a waiter. It then took another 20 mins to get a cocktail and water. It was not crowded so assumed restaurant was short staffed. The food was good and timely. Not sure if we’ll be back
We came early for happy hour and sat at the bar. Bartenders were great! Sat outside for dinner on a perfect night. Menu had lots of great options. Will definitely be back!
Amazing food! Great service!
The food was very good. But be aware it's a little pricey. They do bring out bread & dipping oil, but soup or salad does not come with entrees. You can order 1/2 salad as an app, but it's not half the price (it was closer to 2/3-3/4 of the price)! The Meatball appetizer is $13 - for only 3 meatballs!! In the Burrata Tortelloni entrée you only get 8 tortelloni's (and 2 or 3 tiny cherry tomoatoes halved) - and it's $18!!! Tortelloni are about half the size of ravioli's (slightly larger and flatter than tortellini) but they serve it in a HUGE bowl. My friend across the table could not even see the food in my bowl, it looked so empty! So unless you get an appetizer or plan to save room for dessert, then don't plan on the Tortelloni entrée filling you up. It was good, but i wouldn't order it again for $18. Other meals at the table were the Margherita pizza, nice size for $14, and the Chicken Pesto which came in the same bowl as the Tortelloni, but filled up the bowl 3/4 of the way which seems more of a deal for $18.
I cannot say enough positives about the service at North Italia - always attentive but never intrusive. My aunt wanted celery in her Bloody Mary and while they don’t prepare it that way, our server sourced some from the kitchen. It’s these little extra touches that make this place special.
The food has been excellent each time I’ve dined here and today was no exception. Don’t miss the French toast at brunch and the goat cheese, fig and prosciutto pizza. All the pastas are house made and the radiatore with short ribs and a creamy sauce is fantastic.
Everything was very good. We will definitely be going back.
Service was poor. Waited almost 40 minutes for our drinks. Food came out before the drinks came out and then we sat an additional five minutes to wait for utensils and a napkin. Not impressed.
very good food, I got the squid ink dish and it was lovely
The service is top notch and very customer-focused at this restaurant, the hostesses who greeted us when we arrived were super friendly and quick to address us and our server was so nice and attentive throughout our entire meal even though she was obviously very busy and hustling from table to table. The pasta dishes we ordered were very fresh and tasted homemade, and the desserts were also delicious and tasted homemade.
The food is very good and very fresh and flavorful . It's a little loud, not cozy but the food and service are very good and bring us back.
We eree greeted andseated promptlyl Our waiter was attentive and provided good suggestions. The menu was somewhat limited. Overall a pleasant experience.
North Italy is always pleasant.
The food and atmosphere at North Italia are perfect for a nice or casual night out. The service was fast and friendly and our waitress offered some great menu selection advice.
Service was awful and the food was greasy
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at North Italia. Top notch service and food. Favorites were the arancini and the margherita pizza. Good wine selection.
Food was great! Place was very crowded but they honored our reservation right on time. Really long wait for our food!
