Our brewery is an 11,000 sq ft facility that features a 10-hectolitre brewhouse with eight 20-HL fermenters, a 400-seat restaurant, a bar and a retail store offering our latest brews.
Our menu is fiercely local and offers an elevated culinary experience that features our Chef and Brewmaster's tasting menu with beer pairings, oyster bar, house made charcuterie and culinary delights that are created to compliment our beverage program! We look forward to you testing it all out!

I had a party of ten and the staff was very accommodating, we had multiple servers taking care of us, and didn't have to wait to order more drinks or to get our orders. My only real issue was with the temperature. It was hot out, but they had the garage door open, which meant that it ended up being hotter inside than outside since there wasn't anywhere for the air to go, and the AC couldn't work effectively. They should only have the garage door open if it's cooler out, like maybe below 26 or something. Any hotter than that you need to either have the breeze from outside, or the AC inside. All in all my group had a great time, and they were very able to handle such a large group. I'd recommend Northern Maverick if you're looking for an upscale experience at a fair price and with good service.

The buttermilk chicken was incredible! We were disappointed in the selection of Northern Maverick beers available. There was only an IPA from India Ale House, which was good. But we came to a brewery for beer from the brewery.

We visited Northern Maverick Brewery to catch a Stanley Cup Finals playoff game with the family, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. The food hit the mark across the board. We ordered wings, calamari, and pizzas for the kids, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. The popcorn was a surprisingly great touch, too. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, with great screens throughout the space—perfect for watching the game without missing a moment. I’d describe the menu as upscale pub fare, executed really well. It strikes a nice balance between casual and refined. Overall, a great spot for food, drinks, and sports with family or friends. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a reservation for 7 PM got there right on time. We were seated at a dirty table and there were plenty of empty tables. Waited 30 min before we saw a server. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 mains we both got our mains first before our apps mains were ice cold. This was an unpleasant experience as they have been positive the other times we have been.

My first time here but not my last. The environment is large, spacious, light and bright and comfortable. I am a fan of Shakshuka, and N.M.B made it best of all I have eaten. The herbs, spices and vegetables in it made it extra special. The staff could not have been more hospitable. Even though I was there a little before opening, they welcomed me in and brought me coffee, with a smile. (First time ever that a restaurant allows a client in before they had opened.) Can't wait for the summer when they have their outdoor tables set up.

Great place to watch the game. Food was a tad underwhelming for the price. Drinks and service were great. Atmosphere for the Canada US game was amazing.
