We were seated and then ignored by the waitstaff for 10 mins despite repeated looks from the manager. Moved to the bar where we had to literally wipe down the bar ourselves and got no interest from the bar tender. We left after telling the manager about our experience. He of course didnt care
Fast casual, food was pretty good & it was very popular.
Buffalo wings were not typical Buffalo, they were barbecue sauce, not Buffalo. I didn’t want the sugar that was in the sauce.
The food was very good and service was great. Will come back again soon.
Their name says it all...very "average." I ordered the margherita pizza and it was terrible. The cheese mozzarella was clumpy and slid right off the crust. But others in our party were happy with their food, most of which was cheeseburgers and wings.
Two of us dined there and thoroughly enjoyed the mustard crusted chicken entrees. It was delicious as were the accompanying mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. We also enjoyed excellent service.
Very few food options and it was very generic. Too expensive for nothing special. The service was okay. I wouldn’t go back.
It was my birthday and our server Phillip took great care of us. The hostesses were also wonderful.. we went to the Bethesda location by accident and they held our reservation for 30 minutes until we got there. Had a blast!! Thank you!!
It was great!
Good good and service. Wished it had more brunch type items.
Delicious food - great service!
Overall okay experience. Long wait time for a server to come over, long wait for drinks. Food was pretty good.
A reliably good meal at moderate prices. Service, however, is spotty—sometimes very food, other times only fair. The bread with olive oil, cheese and herbs is outstanding. However, it reminds me of the old commercial:
“Bet you can’t eat just one.”
It is also very noisy.
Especially great as a place to go before or after seeing a movie at the AFI Silver
Delicious peanut butter dessert!
Hadn’t been to one of your restaurants since I left the Boston area (the Watertown location) for many years. I missed the mustard crusted chicken AND your awesome bread and the Romano cheese/pepper flakes/garlic/olive oil to dip it in! It was just as I remembered it. The service was really good. I was facing the open kitchen and didn’t have much of a view— it was my birthday— but I could have picked another place to sit. My fault. The Watertown restaurant is really cool looking inside, but your Silver Spring location could use some sprucing up with a few layout changes. That’s just my opinion. I really enjoyed my time there nonetheless.
We were seated immediately, and in a great table, thanks to Opentable.
Two friends and I were getting together for lunch for the holidays. It was a perfect!
Based on the reviews I was weary about going but I'm glad that I did. The food was very good and our waitress was wonderful.
Our waitress was amazing! Made excellent recommendations and helped with drink choices. Looking forward to going back!
Food was good and service lovely. Price was a little high for what we selected but overall very happy with dinner.
The food just didn’t taste good. My shrimp bowl was smothered in sauce the overwhelmed the dish. Less than average chain restaurant
The food and drinks were excellent. The server, however, was very much less than excellent. Once we were seated, she walked past our table several times before she came to take our order. She was very friendly and returned with our drinks in a reasonable amount of time. However, when I started to give her my order with ,y salad selection, once she wrote that down, she turned to my friend for her order, not giving me the chance to order my entree. She was actually surprised that I wanted to order something n addition to my salad. Once she took our orders it was at least 15 minutes before I had to wave her down and ask about my salad. She then told me she put the order for the salad to come with my entree. She never asked me this when taking my order and, again, was surprised that I wanted my salad before my entree. Maybe she was new to waitressing, I don’t know, but it was definitely not the service I expected from this restaurant.
Average at best.
It was a nice experience, a few people in my party were not impressed with their food
Vegetarians should avoid this restaurant. Ordered the IMpossible burger, took one bite and knew a mistake had been made. Was served contaminated meat instead (either cooked in animal fat or actual animal product). Server took it away and initially agreed that it wasn’t an impossible burger. She came back 7-10 min later and said she “tasted” my burger (ewww) and had a picture and it was impossible meat. She had something in her hand that I’m not sure was even my original food. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 30 years and I’ve had several IMpossible burgers, I know contaminated food when I’m served it.
Celebrated a friend’s birthday and they were super patient and friendly with our large group.
New menu...easier to read
Good food at a good price. Lots of unique dishes. Good sized portions.
Everything from beginning to end, aside from the service which I would consider just okay. We have a one-year-old who naturally has little patience so as soon as we sat down, we ordered his food. Our server who repeated the order (incorrectly 2-3 times, because she didn’t write it down) still failed to put in the order. When it came out, it was 1/2 incorrect. Thankfully the manager brought it out correctly but then we were charged for the mistake. Once I flagged it, they removed it from the check immediately. I found that it could have just been a much better experience if our server would write down the orders because this way we could all avoid this uncomfortable situation. We were overall not in love with our dinner experience but we are grateful for how open they were to fixing the situation.
I would have understood if the restaurant was crowded. I would have understood if they were short-staffed. None of those things happened. If they had, we would have given them the benefit of the doubt. The manager said it was a timing issue with the kitchen. We gave it 40-45 minutes and told them we were leaving.
We received one round of cocktails and nothing else. No water. No bread, because the kitchen messed up the bread once or twice and the wait staff wasn't going to serve raw bread. No asking if we needed a cocktail refill. The manager did try to make up for it by giving us a comparable gift card and the waiter did apologize. The kinks need to be worked out of the system.
