Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room through the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar and relax while you dine in the ambience and energy of the lounge.
The wood fired oven, charcoal grill and spit roast are the heart and soul of the Oblix kitchen.
After 4 other nice experiences, I was greatly disappointed with the service and food. I have now crossed this restaurant off my list.
The food was served cold.
5 different people waited on our table and each was rude.
I tried to order a very expensive bottle of wine and they kept trying to up sell me despite my saying that I had already decided.
It was a very unpleasant experience and with so many other high end choices in London, they should be better at doing their job
Food and ambience was great I was honestly let down at the fact that the welcome plate I specifically requested a few times was never brought to our table. I wanted it to delivered as a surprise for my fiancé and it never came.
It ruined the evening if I’m honest.
Went to celebrate my 30th birthday. The overall experience was lovely.
Service was amazing as ever. Especially from Juan and Alison. Thanks you
Really disappointing. The food was very expensive and really poor- cold and slow. £42 for the black Cod - it was findus crispy pancake level. The sommelier put me in to two hugely expensive and bad wines. A dreadful waste of my Money and my time
Really nice restaurant with a small but very varied menu. Steaks, seafood....and very good service. Plus the glorious view.
We had a lovely table by the window. The food and service were excellent!
Not a great experience. Dressed up to go to Oblix West as per booking (based on recommendations) but to my disappointment, we were seated in Oblix east without warning. Put a downer on the night and to top it off, very slow service
Second visit and it didn’t feel as special. The staff seemed more interested in giving a regular customer their attention.
Had the chocolate bar for desert which was not as delicious as it was before.
My wife and I had a nice evening at Oblix. The food was good but overall quite pricey, which is to be expected given the restaurant's position in the Shard. Overall, the restaurant will appeal to customers who enjoy fancy places, less so to customers who prefer a good local restaurant.
Great views and ambiance however the lady who answered the phone when I called about an hour or two before my visit was extremely rude - had I not been planning to take a friend visiting London I would have cancelled. I hope the management listens to the call and takes better action to train staff on customer service
Everything was lovely & very the price was very reasonable bearing in mind you’re having dinner in the sky
The food was pretty good, however we had to wait for 50 minutes to get our starters (and half an hour for drinks)
Had dinner with boyfriend at Oblix West for our one year anniversary. Food was absolutely amazing, atmosphere very romantic and the views breathtaking. Had a lovely time even if it was busy and waiters sometimes forgot about us. Overall amazing experience, would go back and try the rest of the dishes as well!
A night to remember on a special visit to London.
Sorry to say but we were totally disappointed. First we arrived for 2:00 reservation at a few minutes to 2:00 and asked to wait at the bar - we had to ask 20 minutes later if our table was ready then after an apology taken to a table with a great view. We were told we were too early for afternoon tea but it was nearly tea time so I wish the staff made it clear we could order tea but I said ordering from the menu was acceptable so we were already a bit disappointed- also an ill patron near our table necessitated moving our table I think staff should have offered a free drink or dessert but instead brought us some baked potatoes!! We already were eating potatoes so what can I say? For 300$ this was not the experience I hoped for. Service was basically awkward and stilted and food was fine but wasn’t enjoyable due to all the other issues.
it was perfect and the atmosphere was great. Also the workers were so so kind and polite !
We got a table next to the window and this made the whole experience fantastic, they have a really amazing view. Service was really attentive and the food very tasty and properly cooked.
Views fantastic from high above the city. Worth arriving ahead of booking for a drink at the bar that is separate to the restaurant.
Food was great. Value is ok, keeping in mind your paying for the view and experience as well good food.
I’ve been 4 times, though past 3 times was on company business, I can see why so many companies choose to host here!
Allow some extra time for X-ray machine, cloakroom taking photos on the view.
The service, food, and view we're spectacular. We were celebrating our engagement and a birthday for the weekend in London and Oblix made it wonderful!
Great service, very courteous and welcoming and do whatever they can to help.
And a fantastic steak 😋.
A great restaurant for couples and during the day only! I have used Oblix a few times now but this is my first experience with a group & at night time and I wouldn't do it again!
At night we were made to feel rushed to place our order, some of the dishes we wanted weren't available (not sure if this was because it could take an hour to cook as the waiter took the order and then came back to say it was no longer available!?!), as a table of 5 we were put on a table at the back of the room so you may as well be in any restaurant! As you can't see any of the view! There is no area within the restaurant to go and sample the view either so being that high up is a complete waste of time. I don't mind paying any amount for a meal as long as it was worth it but this had no value and was over priced leaving me unimpressed!
We had the most amazing view of the city. We were very lucky to get window sitting. The food and service were nothing but excellent.
The view, the atmosphere and the food are amazing!
Amazing views and good food. Not cheap but good value as the overall experience is well worth it.
Annoyingly hassled from an hour in that they need the table back promptly in 2 hours
At these prices!!!!
Food was amazing, can’t fault any course! I look forward to returning there in a couple of weeks.
Great food, service was fantastic and what a view. We will be back very soon.
Fantastic service and really really tasty food. Prices not the worst but that doesn't matter if the food is worth it. Lamb and sea bass was amazing. Reccommend both.
The restaurant and the location itself is amazing. All the staff were really friendly and accomodating. It definitely an experience to have. However, there not many options for vegetarians or vegans. The cocktails and ambiance is amazing.
Although I had reminded them about being closer to the view, this was neglected. However they corrected this mistake later.
My sister’s birthday was celebratd with a nice gesture.
The waiter taking care of us was awesome and perfect.
The service was too long , love the food , but the way they treat people doesn’t equal to their status. please reconsider the way the waitress serve depending on the appearance
High end romantic and very stunning view for couples.
The food was horrible though ambiance was fine. The service wasn’t great. I had to ask to refill my water multiple times with no results. Finally, received my water after the bill came! Unacceptable! The tartar arrived with hair in it and the duck was undercooked and had no flavor. Wouldn’t go back.
It sure is expensive but also a special place. We had a great dinner and evening.
I would recommend if in a couple as most of the window tables are for 2 ppl. Great food and good service, a little pricey but to be expected at The Shard.
Food was good but the rest of the experience was kind of average. Views are great if you get a table by the windows. If you don’t, then the ambience is nothing to write home about.
Expensive but good. Outstanding views.
View excellent, but the Sunday Roast was more like eating at the local pub, meat was more like a lump of steak not a finely sliced piece of beef you expect, full of fat and tough.
Vegetables turned up cold
So very expensive for what we had, disappointing as my wife always wanted to go, been now never to return
Unlike Smiths at wapping which was excellent the previous night
Went for the Sunday lunch which came with free flowing champagne, although we had a table in a booth in a corner, we did enjoy it. Food was good and the Yorkshire puddings were some of the best I have had in a restaurant.
