   I have been here a million times since opening and I feel like it’s a new issue every time I love the food and ambiance that’s why I keep coming but management and host do not know how to speak to people or do there job.

   The food choices aren’t as good aa they use to be. The service is a bit slow but that’s now becoming a common thing. There were slight issues with the kitchen and them not being able to honor my opentable giftcard but the server made up for it. The view is spectacular and I’ve been several times before it was just this time that it was a bit lackluster. I was with my young daughter so we ordered chips & dips (they didn’t give is guac), pizza & fries. I would not recommend the pizza at all however every thing else was good and the food my previous visits were also very good. I’ll be back for sure.

   We booked this reservation after booking a night at the Sable and specified multiple times it was for a special anniversary and requesting outdoor seating. Upon arrival there were 6 people at the front desk and nobody knew what they were doing. They put us inside and said they have a few special events and we weren’t “allowed” outside. I honestly wouldn’t have come if I had known that could happen. And to spend a $16-$20 cocktail I would expect to be served in actual glassware but these came in cheap plastics cups and our drinks were warm. Disgusting. Our server said happy anniversary then left for a prolonged time. We were going to order dinner but we paid up and then left. Such a disappointing experience.

   Location is excellent. Staff were attentive. Food was average. Ahi tuna bowl was excellent but the burger and kale salad were average.

   Cannot beat this atmosphere for an after work drink/dinner on a sunny summer day! Very loud however so be prepared if you have a group or anyone who might have a hearing loss. Not the location for a quiet dinner discussion! Food was excellent. The server was very nice but not enough help for the number of tables/guests and you waited a long time to get served, etc. However, given the ambience, it’s not the worst thing as you have plenty to look at and enjoy in terms of the views, etc.

   We had a date night and ordered the rose all day cocktail and fish tacos to start which were both delicious. For entrees my date chose the salmon while I had the burger and both tasted great and came out with good timing. The ambience in the place is amazing and the pull of the place it is very bright in there but the natural light is nice.

   We had an 8:15 reservation and didn’t get sat until 8:50. The food we received was decent, but overpriced. The atmosphere was beautiful but everything else seemed overpriced. Overall was disappointed.

    Food was over cooked. Service was terrible. Dirty dishes were never picked up and we had to get up and remind the waitstaff that we needed more drinks.

    No table ready for a reservation. Table had dead flies all over it and on the plates and used cups with visible lipstick stains. Switched tables after awkwardly asking since they kept forgetting to clean the flies, ordered our drinks and food and asked us if we wanted them out at the same time and said yes. Proceeded to bring out drinks, forgot a drink, and then food one by one😑 I’d pass and eat somewhere else since it wasn’t amazing.. just come for drinks and views while you’re at navy pier. Also the sun set so it became very dim, but then they FINALLY turned the lights on when we were leaving.

    They are super unorganized even tho it wasn’t a busy time they didn't have enough waiters I believe. It took 25 min to get sitted.

    Booked this place for party of 12. We got outside sitting, as requested. The view of the skyline and lake was amazing. Their was a live band from the beer garden below, so we enjoyed music flowing from there. The servers were very attentive and on point. Food came out fast. Drinks were amazing. I had the bad & boujee, it was soooo good. Great vibe overall. I reallyyyyy enjoyed it and would definitely recommend

    First time dining here. We wanted to be tourists in our own city. The views were incredible and service was great. I would definitely come back again and would refer anyone looking for a rooftop spot!

    We Scored with our server Andrew and the staff that helped him with our table! We had brunch and ordered the french toast, veggie pizza, Ceasar salad and bacon/egg burger... all of those entrees were delicious. Our food was served hot and prompt. Andrew refilled our bottomless mimosas right on time! We celebrated my sisters 50th Birthday and she felt very Special! We were seated by the open windows inside, but that was perfect as well! Make your reservations early and Have A Blast! Thanks again Andrew & Staff!

    We have been to Offshore at least twice a year since it’s opened. Based on todays experience, it has lost its luster. Food came out incomplete as two of the components of the dish were missing on the smoked salmon platter. The waitress corrected this but it seems the food runners are lacking experience. We were seated in the atrium which was uncomfortably hot. Perhaps shades or some type of treatment could be added to the glass or the outdoor seating could be expanded as I recall sitting along the railings previous times and at tables with umbrellas. Our brunch meals arrived with frozen hash brown patties, the kind you buy at the grocery store. My meal was suppose to come with bacon. It seems the kitchen ran out as it arrived with one piece of bacon and a sausage link which I didn’t order. I will not be rushing back unless it’s simply for a drink with out of town friends. The views of the city are still stunning.

    Very nice ambiance. Perfect for a date night w friends or that special someone in your life. Spacious w a huge bar and even outdoor seating with fire pits. The food was reasonably priced and the drinks are strong which is a plus. Our server was nice. It was hard to find the place so beware of that.

    Amazing coastal feeling. I enjoyed myself here, though we waited for over 20 minutes to be seated . We had a reservation. The food was simple bar food. But it did taste good! I ordered the shrimp tempura roll along with the buffalo sliders.

    I didn’t visit Offshore to dine necessarily but for the rooftop bar experience. The food was overpriced, especially due to the quality. We weren’t able to go outside, we had to sit inside near the bar where it was very loud…so loud we couldn’t hear our server. The wings I ordered weren’t smoked, were super dry (over cooked) with very little seasoning and for $22 that was a ripoff. I also ordered the Chips and Dips, the queso was bland and cold, the guacamole and pico de Gallo were bland as well. I told the server the queso was cold, he took it back only to return with another bowl that was the same temperature as the first…I gave up. The fish and chips were also bland. Our server was nice and attentive so I gave four stars for the service. Remove the tables and hard chairs and bring back the lounge chairs, chaises and couches…stop trying to turn it into a dining experience. Also, stop selling the exterior every week for private events and let us explore. I liked it better pre-Covid.

    Nice view. Expensive drinks ($36 for two cocktails) and very overcrowded. If I had known how packed it was, I would have probably passed. They should do a better job letting people in as people leave. The views were great but we didn’t have a chance to get close to the edge. No clue about the food because we did not order anything. We just stopped by after dinner for a final drink before going back to our hotel. So my advice is go during the week. We went on a Friday night around 9pm.

    Great food and ambiance but we waited over an hour for a pizza, burger and the orzo. We finally had to flag down a server to get our waitress to check on the status of our order. Luckily we weren’t in a rush and were enjoying the ambiance. I would still go back but I’m hoping the service gets better as I’m sure staffing is the likely issue here as with many other places.

    Unique and beautiful atmosphere. Would have likely enjoyed even more if the outside temp was not around 100 degrees. Their AC did its best but with the entire restaurant under glass it struggled. The hostess was very delightful, especially considering 4 of our 9 guests did not make it due to airline delays. The salmon was awesome and the fish and chips for the one child was superb! I stole several bites.

    Seated at 720pm. First contact with waiter at 735 to order drinks, 2 simple appetizers and a side. Drinks came at 745. Only the 2 appetizers came at 815. Side of Brussel sprouts came at 820. Staff seemed very swamped and at no fault of their own as no one working there appeared to be over the age of 24.

    Upon arrival, host and server were more preoccupied with side convos. No one seemed happy to be there. We were seated in an area with a lot of dead flies on the floor….I suppose that’s better than live flies. It did not get any better unfortunately. The table was crusty and silverware was spotty. It was a hot evening, and we were served warm water in dirty glasses with lipstick stains. When we asked for ice they literally brought 4 cubes for a party of 8. A few positives….view was nice, Caesar salad was fresh, and they promptly responded to my request to change my reservation time.

    Honestly, great views but it is not worth the visit. I would honestly go out to the navy pier and eat Portillos instead. It was extremely humid in the restaurant, took over 10 minutes to receive water and an additional 5 minutes after that for a server to greet us. Also it was Monday during lunch hours, I’d hate to see this place on a weekend.

    The food was average but the service was poor. We went 30 minutes after they opened on a week day. There were very few patrons but we consistently had to seek out our server. She only checked on us, without prompting, once during our entire visit. The view is phenomenal but none of it was worth the price.

    Very nice view! The food was okay, drinks were good. A little overpriced but I guess this is due to the prime location. Very very hot inside, no AC, better to go there when it’s cooler outside
