Old Stove Pub
The Old Stove Pub is a Hamptons Classic Steakhouse. Originally opened in 1967 as a Pub, then in 1969 The Old Stove Pub transformed into a Greek Restaurant and Steakhouse. The Old Stove Pub has been closed for several years and completed extensive renovations and restoration. The process took over a year to complete, while also keeping much of the original detail and charm. Re-opened in July of 2020, the Old Stove Pub is now considered one of the best restaurants in the Hamptons, not only for the food, but for our friendly and welcoming service.
The Old Stove Pub returns to the Hamptons with its classic menu, some new additions, and SUSHI. Our Sushi Chef is a culinary and Sushi master, delivering not on some classic items but also creative additions.

We’ve been dining here for 30 years. Our kids remember it as part of their childhood. We’ve watched sadly as several owners have struggled to keep OSP alive but the current one seems to have gotten it right. Service was superb and food was delicious. So happy to have this place back in our lives again.
Waitstaff and frankly every employee super. Accomplished. Pleasant. Efficient. Food really good and a. Lovely atmosphere. Will return soon!
Old Stove has such a fun and intimate atmosphere. The food is amazing and they have great cocktails. Our servers were awesome and offered great recommendations. We felt super comfortable and safe. Excited to go back sometime soon!
Solid food but no “wow” factor
The place is beautiful and the service is beyond reproach, right down to the greeter coming outside to welcome you even before you walk in! The seating outside is very, very nice with heat lamps and all and the inside is warm, friendly and cozy. The food is and always has been top notch.
Great experience, wonderful staff and very good food
The food is good, but the service is wonderful and the ambiance one of my favorites.
We waited for over 30 minutes, ask 3 times for a server. Did not receive water or drinks. Place was packed- certainly over 75% capacity and very understaffed. We left before being served. We were really looking forward to trying this local restaurant.
Great outdoor set up but took forever to get food. The Greek salad tomatoes were gross and grainy. The shrimp dish was great but the rice was way to mushy. Hate to give a bad review to a restaurant during these times but when your charge high prices you just gotta deliver.
food was good, but they were incredibly understaffed on a busy weekend night. It took 90 minutes just to flag down a server (3 times) to get our check at the end of our meal. drink orders were incorrect. we saw 2 other tables leave before after waiting for water & menues. they were very unprepared for a busy night.
The food was very good but they were hosting a rehearsal dinner in their outdoor space so there was constant going in and out of a door that was in our dining space. Not a relaxing dinner Since most of the staff was serving their event our service was lacking
Old Stone Pub was a delight. A hospitable respite from other upscale Hampton dining establishments. If you’re looking to enjoy wonderfully seasoned Greek food, and old-fashioned hospitality, this is your place. Since the building is historic, it does have its quirks, but that’s what makes it charming. The menu is a bit pricey, but we were not disappointed with anything. I’m happy to pay for quality. Often times we experience high-season Hampton prices and are served marginal food – but Old Stove Pub delivered. Make it a date night!
The service was friendly and the owner walked around to greet everyone and welcome them back. The food was very goos. However the portions were small and the prices were not. I don’t mind paying more if the portions are normal
We don’t mind paying $46 for lamb chops but the order came with just 2 and with no sides, $18 for an ok small greek salad with not much to it and $37 for 4 shrimp, $22 and up for a glass of wine and $20 a cocktail. It’s a shame because the owner and server were great.
Amazing food and service!
Lovely Greek food served by friendly, adorable and knowledgeable staff in a beautiful old-school "Hamptons" farmhouse with a woodburning fireplace in the bar. The food is delicious-- only complaint would be that the portions are a little skimpy for the price, but these are tough times and we are glad the Old Stove Pub is thriving. Definitely go!
Perfect heated outdoor dinning
Great service and food
The food was cooked perfect. The Prosciutto Breakfast Sandwich is great as well as the Pub Burger ( brunch).
What a charming place. The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. It’s nice to go to a restaurant and feel your at home
Glad to see somewhere different for Sunday Brunch. Nice friendly staff. The Irish waiter was great. The omelette was over cooked and lacked flavor. The drink prices were extortionate. Think $22 or $24 for a Bloody Mary?! It’s like they’re just seeing how absurd they can make the price. Sadly it’s put me off going back.
Thank you for coming to the Old Stove Pub. We love our Brunch and I am so sorry....The price for Bloody Mary is incorrect. We offer drink specials for Brunch. Please contact us so we can issue you a credit.
Nice environment, good service...food just wasn’t that great and way overpriced for portion and quality delivered.
Great evening dining outdoors in very cold evening (37 degrees) during pandemic. Heaters were just enough to keep us warm, while wearing coats. Service was very attentive and food was very good. Will be going back!
An old favorite, now a new favorite! Go soon and eat outside!
This was my first time here under new ownership but it won’t be my last. I heard it was a cool place and my visit there Saturday night confirmed that
Owner Joe DeCristofaro and his team have created a wonderful setting to enjoy great fare.
The place is cute and nice to sit outside, but the prices were astronomical for what it is. The service was mediocre...again considering the prices. We a table of 4, who dined in under 2 hours, had 3 drinks ($24/each) and came out to $640.00. Have had many local meals for half that. Wanted to check out the place as its a bit of an iconic venue, but will not be going back anytime soon...sorry to say.
My friend was very disappointed that the moussaka which is on the online menu was not available at this restaurant which now has new owners since summer 2020. My other friend was whining that she didn't want to sit outside despite the flaming heat towers. So we sat in the front room where there were no other tables but ours. I felt safer in there than i would have in the main restaurant. The food was not good at all but our waiter was very good. I ordered the appetizer with hummus, tzatziki, and babaganoush. The hummus and tzatziki were terrible. I can't remember the last time I ate those somewhere and thought they were terrible. I didn't eat the babaganoush because I don't like eggplant but my friend did. Not sure what she thought. We shared the zucchini fries which quickly became cold and limp. Our waiter with the Irish accent was very good and very friendly. I will not return to this restaurant. Glass of rose was $20 and food prices high. And the food we ordered was not good.
We went for dinner to Old Stove Pub and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is amazing and the food was delicious! Try their cocktails - they are very tasty and unique! It is a family friendly restaurant but also great for a night out with friends or for a date night. We will definitely be coming back for more yummy food, good cocktails and great atmosphere!
Very welcoming owner and maitre d. Waitress sweet but inexperienced
Food was nothing to write home about -way overpriced for the quality
I recommended old stove pub to my friends- I am always a little nervous when I suggest a restaurant- my friends loved it ! They said that I did a good job lol 😄 we all look forward to our next dinning experience at old stove pub
Food,Service, ambiance and heating lamps all as close to perfect as it can be. Can’t wait to come back
The most disappointing meal in a while. Zucchini was soggy and greasy - cauliflower gratin was a pile of mush and we were in and out in 45 min -they could not have rushed us through any faster! I asked for ground pepper for my $48 lamb chops and they brought me a plastic thing from the supermarket. It was so loud I couldn’t hear a thing and I love lively places! We left without dessert on my birthday.
They charge $40 for a Mccallan 12 year old scotch. Never seen a price more than half that rich in an ordinary setting.
Most enjoyable dinner experience in a long time.
Food was great. Service was lacking. Over staffed and walking aimlessly without paying attention to the few customers seated
The cost is on the high side for rather pedestrian food. The cheese appetiser is unique but nothing else was...The drinks were very high priced for what they were as well as the glass of wine and the bottle of water. I know that this is the Hamptons and that this is the peeriod of the COVID 19 but one should not take advantage of it...The location is quite pleasant but this is not NICK and TONI's but the prices are the same and the food is not...
Great meal, great experience, sat outside, service and food were excellent.
Loved the ambiance and the live music
The food was very plain and the portions were small. Very disappointed with the food
Great Greek oriented menu, outdoor music was a nice touch. First time there will def return!
Sat outside and enjoyed live music with dinner. Service was good and food was fresh and tasty. The evening was chilly and we are not dining indoors at this time. They could use a few more heat lamps as we head into fall.
