The lamb dish was absolutely excellent. However, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the bar service. The bartender lacked basic knowledge of wine profiles and proper wine service etiquette, failing to assist with a simple wine tasting request. After my food was dropped off, I wasn't checked on until I was nearly done, and my wine glass was never topped off from the bottle I purchased. I'll gladly come back for the food, but I will skip the bar area next time.

Seven of us had dinner there last night for a retirement celebration. Our table was ready immediately per our reservation, and the service was impeccable. Our server, Trace, was attentive, efficient, and personable. He made great recommendations on the menu and made us laugh throughout our meal with the perfect balance of interaction with our table and time alone to enjoy our dining experience. He was gracious enough to take our group picture in the lobby before we left. The ambience was beautiful and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken ravoli and greek salad; both were amazing. We all enjoyed wine and the trio starter with freshly baked pita break. We couldn't have picked a more perfect location to celebrate. Thank you Olive Bistro!
