Marylebone-based OPSO is a stylish restaurant and bar that celebrates the tastes, produce and social-style dining of Greece. OPSO [gr.ΟΨΟ] is an ancient Greek word for a delectable morsel of food, a fitting name for a venue that offers modern Greek tapas made with the highest quality ingredients.View Private Dining Details
Great service, great team, wonderful place!
The food was delicious but everything was heavy and rich in creamy sauce. Would’ve liked lighter fare. But it was still very tasty.
Service was great, main dinner menu has lots of nice options. However, I found most of the food to be far too salty. Also, the tables are very close together so it’s probably better to go in a big group, rather than an intimate dinner for two. Desert menu was disappointing and didn’t seem to make sense with the rest of the cuisine offered - an ice cream sandwich in a modern Greek restaurant?!? If an adaptation of baklava could be added, that would be great!
Went on a Friday night to catch up with friends. Despite it being early the music was pumping out at disco level. You had to shout to make yourself heard. Food OK but very expensive as were the drinks, service average. Not value for money.
Absolutely fantastic - the warmest welcome, lovely cranberry juice with lime at the bar followed by a Greek banquet/feast of tzatziki, red pepper hummus, lemon roast chicken and my favourite dish of all.........the sublime char-grilled lettuce with feta and dill and mascarpone.
Back very soon
Clean and tastyyy
Had to wait a bit even though we had a reservation and the seats are not very comfortable. But the food is the best Greek food I’ve had and the service is very nice and professional
Friendly staff. Food was absolutely delicious !!
Great service and food is always first class. Great selection of drinks from Southern Europe
Amazing food everytime, always delighted with service and quality. I love that they change menu frequently but always keep the favourites. Outstanding feta kataifi!
Lovely food, lovely ambience. Have been there for dinner. Went there for lunch today. Wish there were more dishes with greens. Had grilled lettuce as a starter to share. Found it too heavy n cheesy. But the maincourse dishes were really nice.
2nd visit to this buzzy restaurant. Greenwich village feels with amazing food, friendly staff and good wine. One very happy table of 4! Thank you
Interesting place. Good food And great service but rather overpriced
Fantastic place. Food is great, only a bit too salty for my taste. Very friendly people, cosy interior.
Great place to dine out with friends! Brunch is tasty
Amazing and good experience
The restaurant is beautiful, warm, it has really simple decoration. The food is tasty, great service. However it’s a bit expensive for the size of the portions. Despite that it is a very good choice for foodies who could afford a £35-50 night out.
Worth every penny. Incredible service and the most delicious food.
In London for the weekend a friend of mine living there told me to go to Opso for the brunch. Food was O.K, rather a bit small portion for my taste. What we ordered at first was not available (twice) they discover it late (twice) but the offer a dessert for the inconvenience and the dessert was very tasty. We also noticed they were not really willing to adapt the receipt as we asked justifying it would be better the way it is. In general it was good, and they really tried their best to make us happy.
Thoroughly enjoyed my first meal there. Will visit again soon
I've been here several times and it's always great. The food is delicious - really good and inventive without straying into odd territory. The ambiance is lovely too and it's got a nice feel and good lighting and decor. I prefer upstairs to downstairs. The service is friendly and helpful. This is a great restaurant and I'm glad to see that they are so busy.
Excellent food, smiling staff. Cauliflower dish, chicken, sea bass ceviche were to die for!
More vegan and vegetarian options please! Thank you
The brunch was good and not this expensive. However, the fruits on the Berry Panckakes where frozen and it was not good at all.
Simply one of the best restaurant experiences. Excellent staff, food, drinks and atmosphere. Modern Greek food that is so interesting. we were looked after so well, thank you all.
Really nice brunch place. Only downside is that the table is only available for a limited time which means that it's difficult to have an extra coffee or dish. However really good food and super nice service!
Quick lunch. Lovely, fresh and interesting food with good service. Will definitely go back.
Love the food and atmosphere! Nice place to go with friends
Great service at the bar and restaurant, ceviches are amazing and desserts too !
Food is good but their prices are a joke - they’ve almost doubled their prices on the new menu.
Delicious food, but a bit too expensive
The service was the best I had experienced. The team were so nice and accommodating to our needs as we had a baby
The food stands out here and I crossed London for some more of it, perfect and unexpected flavours and sooooo delicious.
One of the best dinners we ever had! Highly recommended, the meat in particular was great!
Things have changed over the years but Opso remains one of my neighborhood favorites. Whether you’re with friends, family or your date, it is always a good choice. As a frequent customer, the only thing that bothered me lately is the slight increase in prices and the absence of Tzatziki (although I get the menu decision, I’m a conservative Greek foodie).
The food was outstanding so was the service but it was soooo loud at some point, that’s the only downside
Food was a bit too Greek... All I wanted was a burger
