First, I thought I had booked a table, only to be contacted directly by the restaurant saying that it was two seats at the communal table. Upon arrival. I was told the communal table was full and only seats at the bar were available. After a half an hour we were offered a table. Right by the door to the toilets. Nice. There was also an electrical box on the wall that stuck out into my face. Awful.

Second, it was too loud in the restaurant. We could not hear each other at dinner.

Left before desert. Will not return. THE REAL GREEK, right across the street is much better.

The location is fab, service good and staff lovely. I was surprised the food is very traditionally Greek with key food elements missing like houmous and a Greek salad (I was told houmous is actually Lebanese though I thought Cypriot too?) but their alternative was delicious. Not a very healthy menu, in fact hardly any salad or vegetable dishes at all so we had quite a heavy, rich meal yet it was gorgeous food. A lighter, summer menu would have been welcomed by my guest and I in the heat but overall a very pleasant dining experience.

Food was great. Our server was very kind and helpful. Especially with the baby. She was really outstanding. Gave us great recommendations of coffee when asked.

Absolutely beautiful food. It isn’t cheap, but it’s also hard to stop picking things off the menu!! Highlights were: skordalia with pita bread, beetroot carpaccio, feta saganaki, and the ice cream sandwich for dessert!

Best restaurant I've been to in a long time!

We started off with some drinks and cocktails in the bar... all of which were excellent. I went for the sparkling Greek wine, which was very easy to drink and nicer than any other Champagne/Prosecco/Cava that I've had anywhere else.

All the food we ordered was excellent - not a single duff dish.

Waiters/Waitresses were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Only minor thing I didn't like was with the name of the dessert at the end. We ordered the Greek Marshmallow, which was essentially just Turkish delight! It's just the expectation I guess!

Will definitely be going back to OPSO!

As someone of Greek decent, I was highly disappointed in the food. For instance, our spanakopita tasted to have been frozen and did not have traditional flaky filo crust. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food! Go for eggs (sunny side up with the fried chips), yogurt and their famous authentic greek dessert! Portions are filling and the staff is good

We booked a table on Monday night, so the place was quiet and the service was very efficient. The food is excellent, especially the desserts! A bit on the pricey side, but I definitely recommend

Good food (portions are small though) and good service but I thought they packed tables to tightly outside that it was uncomfortable.

For the price food was average we would have been better off at the real Greek across the road. Great concept and staff but y food is heavy and lacks the freshness and lightness of proper Greek good. A real shame.

The food is good but the portions are extra small, you need to order many dishes to have a proper meal and the bill goes quite up in this way....No good ratio quality/price. The ambience is good but far too small.

OPSO is a very nice restaurant; space is well utilised by placing a large “communal” table in the centre of the area. Food is fresh and tasty and service is really good as well. The only downside is that it’s quite noisy, so a watch out if you want to enjoy a nice chat over dinner, but would recommend to go regardless.

Rather disappointing: Staff struggled with English. Service was "clunky", yet a 15% service charge was billed. Meze should arrive in stages but we waited so long for the more substantial dishes, we missed our train - 2 hours for a meal for 2 was unexpectedly slow. Food quality good, though. Bar decor nice and sharp. Welcome, front of house was good.

Opso is one of our favourite brunch places in the area. The quality of the food is always high and the service is always excellent. We are going there at least 2 times a month and never were disappointed. The food is Greek with a twist I.e. tapas like plates to allow everyone to share. Over the time we had almost everything on the menu but I’d highly suggest the chicken, peinirli and mpougatsa desert!

This is my third time at OPSO. The food is very nice, however four of our choices were no longer available when it came to ordering. We understand that this is likely on a late seating for fresh produce like the fish dishes. However, not so much for the 2 chocolate desserts that we wanted, where choices are more limited. Also we should have been told beforehand. Not good enough
