A very enjoyable experience. Young, fresh and tasty food.
Excellent as always. Delicious Greek food with a twist, amazing service and great atmosphere.
What a nice Greek restaurant. The food was really good, the service was fantastic and the place is nice. I will definitely come back again.
Amazing experience, great service and consistently very high quality!
Delicious food and excellent service!! Authentic greek cuisine.
Perfect but very expensive
Being Greek, I tend to avoid Greek places abroad, as the experience is always lacking (not to mention very expensive). However, this is definitely the best Greek food I've had outside of the country.
Went there for the occasion of Greek Easter, and had koulouri briam, tzatziki, lamb, pork belly and dakos, with bougatsa as dessert - everything was delicious while the pork belly was the single best dish I've had in town.
We had a really good evening at OPSO. Food was really good. We had a wide variety of dishes including meat fish veg and snacks. It was some of the best Greek food we’ve had including when dining in Greece. Some dishes like beetroot were really good and plentiful but others like sashimi were really nice but smaller than expected but acceptable due to quality. We could only sit on the high top table which was fun but not the most comfortable and seats were very close together. This wasn’t too bad for us as nobody sat either side for most of the meal. Service was nice, professional, knowledgable and friendly. We would recommend dining here and would happily return.
Wow - what a treat! A group of four foodies went to Opso for dinner to celebrate my birthday last week and it was faultless. The food was exciting, inventive, and fantastic flavours. We sampled the mousakas, kleftiko, souvlaki taco, grilled lettuce, baked cauliflower, beetroot carpaccio, ladenia ‘pizza’, spanakopita, and the koulouri & goat’s curd to share. What a feast! It is hard to single out a dish, but we all agreed that the beetroot carpaccio and the grilled lettuce were really very special.
The team looking after us were knowledgeable, passionate about the food, and super-efficient, and the restaurant has a real buzz about it. We can’t wait to return.
Fantastic food and a really good ambiance for a date, very relaxed atmosphere and staff are great
Delicious Greek food with a modern twist and very Authentic
I was very impressed with this lovely modern Greek restaurant. Nice interior, nice vibe. very good food with a couple of anomalies. Great dishes where Taramas with fantastic Sourdough, Cured beef with Padron peppers, Souvlaki Tacos and the Fries with feta where all fabulous dishes. A dry Spanakopita and dry salmon fish burger (though very pretty with squid ink bun) both missed the mark. A lovely dish of Baked Cauliflower, Curried mayo and Dukkah was spoiled by being twice the size of the other dishes therefore made the meal a little unbalanced. On the whole though the food was delicious and when we go back we will reduce the number of dishes suggested and leave room for dessert.
Love the eggs
Had a great time. Delicious food, great for sharing. Cocktail was delicious. We all enjoyed.
Very tasty food and excellent service. However we felt that the lunch time menu had more choice.
Very busy on a Friday night but the service was good. The Mac and Cheese was excellent as was the roasted cauliflower. The lamb with roast potatoes in a paper bag was great too. Most of the dishes had loads of cheese in them. The bagel aubergine sandwich was also great. We were told to order 3-4 dishes each and did so but found that the two sliders were avoidable as we were already very full and they were fairly average. The roast lettuce was interesting (again with generous amounts of feta). We had no room for dessert!
This was my first time in Opso for brunch and it did not disappoint! The eggs benedict with bacon was divine! Service was incredibly efficient!
Pasta with bechamel was exceptionally good! Ambience was amazing too! Try their sesame bread with goat curd. Definitely worth a visit.
Very friendly atmosphere, great food, great wine.
One of the best meals I had in london. We are here visiting from the States and got recommended this by a friend. The bread, cauliflower, and everything else we ordered was amazing.
We had a superb dinner-- the vegetable options were terrific.
The place was a bit chilly but food was great !
The food here was so great that my boyfriend went two nights in a row! I'm glad he decided to come back, because I got to join him on the second night. The tzatziki was phenomenal and the G&T menu made me want to have several cocktails. I love Mediterranean food, so this place definitely hit the spot. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice dinner in Marylebone.
This was my second time at OPSO and again it was an exception all rounded experience!
Food was great service was great! What more could you want?
Thanks opso I will be back!
Exceptional Greek Food, authentic and full of flavour. Would prefer to be seated upstairs but it was a busy Sunday lunch/brunch service, we were 5 mins late for table because of traffic and was contacted by restaurant on the dot of reservation time saying they would give our table away ...so don't be late! Highly recommended would dine again...
Good food, service was ad hoc sometimes attentive, other times slow, a little crowded and intimate with table sharing, great cocktails and great ambiance
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, food is delicious, service very fast
You need to soundproof their venue better. You can barely hear people sitting next to you
Such delicious food and beautiful restaurant - would highly recommend!
Good food but my bun was over cooked and I think the price is too expensive for the quantity.
Everything was great, cocktails are awesome and very creative, and the food have such a good flavors. The service was great and very friendly I will visit again for sure.
Really flavoursome food , lovely delicate flavours embracing modern Greek cuisine
Food was just exceptional. The service was the downside. The girl serving us looked always a bit lost and overwhelmed but I guess she’s new so I’ll give them a break:)
Located in Marylebone, Opso is a beautiful Greek restaurant with ample space. Their menu is designed as small sharing plates, so you get the chance to order many things. We started with the Tzatziki and pitta bread. Both were equally delicious, but I certainly think there's a call to serve more pitta bread for the Tzatziki. We also ordered their homemade spanakopita, feta saganaki, Mousaka and Kleftiko. The Feta Saganaki and Kleftiko were so delicious and perfect. The lamb shoulder in the Kleftiko was tender and juicy, and the potatoes and tomatoes were delicious with the warmed feta cheese. Additionally the Saganaki was perfect. I'm not a big fan of feta in general, but this was divine! I'd gladly go back there just for that dish, and order 3 or 4 plates of it for myself!
Sadly disappointing was the mousaka, my favourite Greek dish. The smoked aubergine was delicious, but I was disappointed that the ragu was beef and not lamb, and really disappointed that it was topped with crispy potatoes - why?
While the spanakopita was delicious, I was disappointed that it was served cold, and that the crust was not a light pastry crust, but a heavier crust. However, the filling was really tasty.
We finished with the Tsoureki Pudding , which is a honey soaked brioche topped with more honey and a tahini ice cream. The honey they used was so flavourful and perfectly sweetened.
Overall, the service is excellent, the food delicious, and it gave us the desire to get back to Greece as quickly as we can. I've no doubt we'll be heading here to experience a little bit of Greece in London before we can get back to the mainland.
Lovely meal, lovely ambience and menu. Slightly more expensive than your average Greek restaurant but the quality of food was great. Look forward to returning and would happily recommend.
Food amazing, really nice ambience and good service. I would surely recommend it.
Tasty food, impeccable service, lovely place
Unfortunately, music too loud to have a proper conversation. Sometimes was very hard to talk even with the waiter. Anyway, I strongly recommend this place.
It's a very greek restaurant!
I can probably say it was the best food I have ever tasted in London! Just incredible! And also service was amazing! All in all, worth coming and paying any amount of money!
Opso never disappoints! Whether it’s for brunch, dinner or just for drinks. Friendly staff and great ambience. Definitely one of my top spots in London.
Only problem was my coffee with soy milk. It curdled.
