Way too noisy
Taramas/tzatziki (£8 each) poor thick consistency/ fishcake (£12) strange looked factory made/ Feta dish stodgy difficult to eat/ Prawn dish (£33!) only five in sharp overwhelming sauce.
Price with rather ordinary wine (£33) + add-ons £128.25!!
Altogether a very disappointing experience, except for very good attentive staff
Very special restaurant. Greek inspired without serving anything the traditional way. Slightly to much in almost everything.
Service is good but a bit over ambitious, we hardly had the time to finish our dishes before the plates wa removed.
The staff was service minded and friendly, if it wasn't for them I would probably not recommend it to a friend.
It was the best dinner I have had with my friend! Our waiter was Alexis who was very kind and helpful! He explained to us the dishes and the wine properly and he was very polite!
The food was amazing and I definitely recommend it for every occasion !
Good food and ambience but thought it was very unprofessional to charge a 12.5% discretionary service charge (which I do not have an issue with) and ask for a tip on the card machine, in addition to the service charge.
Really great Greek cuisine, personally recommend Kataifi and Dakos, but even the homemade Tzatziki was delicious. Lovely ambience and decor - I personally found the restaurant to be a bit too cold, however I really loved the food and they had a great selection of wines.
Opso has a lovely menu choice. This time I tried their brunch menu and I have been very disappointed with the pancakes, which were frozen. The waiter who has listened to this complaint has done nothing if not pointing out those pancakes were supposed to be like that. On this note, please note there is a difference between cold and frozen.
I would not recommend the brunch menu and customer service received but overall it is a really nice place to dine in.
The chicken is raw and the vegetables are burned , the service is very bad, they ignore people’s needs and feelings. The only service they offer is to put orders and bring dishes nothing else and they charge service fee. Very disappointed experience.
Second time I’ve been to OPSO. Loved both times. Food was all delicious and had 2 bottles of amazing red Greek wine.
Good service. And nice that we could sit at 8:30pm and didn’t need to leave once we’d reached 10:30pm. We stayed til after 11
Not bad. The food was delicious and environment was also delicate and cute.
Expensive but the food is really amazing!!
The basement has much improved
Better ventilated than in the past
Food tasty but a bit pricey
Worth it though
We went to OPSO for a brunch on Sunday, it was busy, however we were sited promptly and staff were polite and attentive. The food was okay, very well presented however slightly disappointing on the flavours and execution. My friends tea cup for her green tea was stained inside. My poached egg was undercooked to my liking and had spring onions on it (not mentioned on the menu and I don't eat them) . The berries on the pancake were still frozen. The dishes other people had looked pretty good though. The prices were quite expensive + 12.5% service charge. Overall it was okay, but could've been a bit better with more attention to details.
Really good tasting food and nice location. I will come back for sure.
Sadly not that great yet so popular with a nice crowd, starters were amazing, mains were below average, over cooked dry, about an hour of waiting between the starter and the main. Drinks order super slow. Shame I had such high hopes.
Great place, loved the food but found the service a bit too fast paced- a “hurry hurry” kind of feel.
after the Opso renovations, this was our first visit and had a lovely time. though, bit disappointed that they have deleted quite a few vegetarian dishes from before.
the service was spot on. our server, Vaghalis, was very helpful and friendly.
Great food! Perfect for a date or a night of sharers with friends
What a cozy, elegant spot w the most amazing food. Wish we had one in NYC! Will definitely make a point to go back whenever I visit London.
Excellent food and great service as always. Would definitely recommend.
Very disappointed with my visit. Normally have a lovely meal and experience at Opso.
Service not great, really big language barrier...which I find unacceptable - Food was really below average.
shame as I normally love Opso.
Great vegan options and large portions for sharing. This will be a favorite from now on when I return to London.
Cosy place with great food and vibes. Service is one of the best in town.
Very nice restaurant and friendly staff
Really great moment. The food is delicious.
A little bit expensive, and too much French people. But lovely place remind you your Greek holidays
Loved it. Was there for my birthday lunch, delicious food with a birthday message on my pudding plate.
We had to wait for about 10 mins past our reservation time. We were given a table in the terrace which was great. The food was very tasty, particular the lemon oregano chicken, which is a classic, apart from the grilled lettuce. The price was quite high though.
Opso is consistently great, food is delicious, drinks are superb and the staff is friendly. It is truly my favorite restaurant in London.
One of the best restaurants in London right now, love it. Probably the best greek food i have had in London in 20 years of living here. It was my second time there, and i will be back again soon.
Cauliflower was a little over seasoned but apart from that the meal really lovely
We loved the food, very high quality. I would say exaggerated value for some dishes and the amount of food as portion but on the overall high quality restaurant. The menu has improved compared to the past.
Excellent service and great food
We loved it all and look forward to returning
Came for a birthday dinner with a friend. We were greeted by a lovely host and given a very nice table. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious definitely the best moussaka we’ve had so far. The decor of the venue made us feel like we were in one of the lovely greek taverns. It was our first time but we’ll be coming back!
Had the pasta with prawns. Haven’t had such a bad meal in a long time. The prawns, which are a delicate seafood were severely over powered by all the dill it was drenched in. Below average food, would not recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely not be returning.
My second visit and it won’t be be my last , fresh delicious food and very friendly staff
Excellent restaurant, food was top notch, fantastic ambience and service was great. Highly recommend.
Beautiful and delicious food, good wine recommendation, lovely friendly service and stylish interior. I love Opso and keep going back.
