Over priced. Price is very expensive for the simple food available in the menu.
Great restaurant and ambience. Decent and focused menu but not great value for money. Loved the cocktail menu!
A MUST GO! Food was incredible and the service was impeccable
I love this restaurant and food. The downstairs is a bit less charming unfortunately but I guess it just is a small negative compared to the positives!!!
As always, the staff at OPSO were kind and thoughtful. The food was delicious and the ambiance as inviting as ever, despite the hygiene regulations in place.
Quite pricey for very small plates. A bit disappointing after I have been three weeks ago when they still had their old menu.
The food was amazing , very modern twist on the traditional Greek food. The sea bass with beetroot and rainbow chard was so tasty. Would recommend the feta with honey & hazelnut.
It never disappoints! Food is fantastic and we tried a few new dishes on the menu which were sublime. I could eat here everyday.
Best. Greek. In. London - Absolutely world class!
My friend and I have enjoyed dining at OPSO three or four times before but our meal this time was out of this world.
As ever their delicious tzatziki with warm bread and juicy Kalamata olives and my favourite Chargrilled Lettuce with feta dressing were stunning but we especially loved their exciting new seasonal menu items like their amazing lamb dumplings with a lemon and egg sauce - you have to try them.
And then the desserts......wowwwwww - the strawberry profiteroles and their classic dark chocolate brownie with honeycomb and ice-cream - sensational.
OPSO is everything you could ever wish for - super friendly and attentive service, delicious, fresh and tasty Greek food cooked with passion and all at phenomenal value.
We are already planning our next visit - can't wait to come back!
We went for brunch. The food was not very impressive. Very small portions and very expensive for what it is.
Opso never disappoints. I love this Greek bistro, the food is always great, it's always busy, and the service is always very good. I've taken lots of people here now, and they always love it too.
Amazingly cooked Greek dishes with a modern flair. Delicious cocktails too, lovely staff and lovely ambiance. Cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!
Very arrogant receptionists especially the lady with the long hair. Didn’t feel welcome. Some dishes were not warm enough. You wait ages to be be able to find a waitress to call for anything you need. Only very kind member of staff was Thomas as I remember. They need to work on the service as its such a shame for this nice space and Food to be ruined by poor service.
Tasty food presented nicely washed down with traditional Greek coffee...what more could you ask for?
Outstanding contemporary Greek food - all our dishes were first class - and super friendly service. An absolute gem.
Really good restaurant with modern Greek food - Calamari was a bit overcooked, and portion looked like a starter tbh. But other foods were really good and I'd still go back.
Always lovely food and staff. I would definitely recommend, especially the pancakes.
Tasty, not traditional Greek style meals that much, it's with a twist.
I didn't read the menu before booking so my score is mostly based on the cost for what you receive. The food is simple but main meals are £20 +.
Excellent service. Just too costly for me.
One of the best Greek restaurants in London. The food is authentic and delicious. Couldn’t recommend more!
Always a pleasure to eat at opso, great food, great staff! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Very good food and nice atmosphere but overpriced
Third time there, food was as exceptional as ever. Prices seem to have gone through the roof but hard to blame them, in the current context... 140gbp for two with the cheapest red wine, two starters, two mains and one dessert. One thing that bothers me every time I go though is having to pay 5gbp for a tiny plate of pitta bread (albeit it delicious pitta bread...) that is not merely sufficient for one dip, let alone two. Taramasalata and fava should come with pitta, without having to order it on top. Beside that everything was excellent.
Perfect as always!
We arrived 30mins late for the meal so we understood that the table had to be returned within 1hr.
But generally felt under pressure and was reminded constantly about the remaining time for returning the table.
Overall experience is okay
Lovely lunch with a friend. The restaurant had taken sensible Covid precautions and we felt very comfortable dining there. Food and drinks were excellent.
Fantastically delicious and wonderful atmosphere. One of my favourite restaurants
Authentic Greek, excellent service. Brilliant cocktails and coffee
Highly recommend to others. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was nice. Everyone warmly welcomed from the beginning to the end.
And personally I'm not a big fan of olive, but the pitta bread w/olive was so good.
I would visit here again.
Its my second time and it didn't disappointed. Congrats Opso! I would just recommend for the staff to be a bit more keen to provide suggestions to the clients, but overall they were great!
Great food really nice take on Greek dining
Reuniting with friends
Very friendly customer service and the food is super delicious. Will definitely come back!!!!
Everything was perfect. I even received a " happy birthday " note on my dessert plate.
Very good but the prices have gone up and unfortunately for what is more of a casual vibe it now does not match the price tag. For the current price point I would now hesitate on coming as much as I would have done in the past.
Great service and really tasty food, a little overpriced for the offering, but otherwise would recommend
Such a lovely restaurant and the food was delicious. Quite pricey, but would still recommend it.
I was recommended Opso and really wanted to enjoy my lunch here but it just didn’t live up to expectations. On the plus side, the staff were lovely and geared up appropriately for COVID. The food, however, was very mixed. I started with baked feta with tomato and pepper. The feta was delicious but there were just 2 halved cherry tomatoes balanced on top with the tiniest sliver of green pepper. Honestly, for over £7 for the dish, you would have thought they could have been a bit more generous with the veg. My husband had the burger which was good and for £15 reasonable but I had the deconstructed moussaka at £26!!!! I understand this was a modern take on the traditional dish but the ragu was so concentrate/strong it was difficult to eat and the aubergine was uncooked in the middle. The string fries served with it were good but was that really an appropriate accompaniment for the dish. I have visited all parts of Greece on many occasions so understand good Greek food. I am very happy to pay slightly more for excellent food but, overall , the prices here cannot be justified.
We've ordered three plates to share amongst two of us so it ended up to be a little bit too much carb overall.
I’ve been several times and the food is fantastic and consistently well prepared. The staff is very friendly and the place gets a good crowd.
Delicious food with a twist on the standard Greek dishes. Friendly service . Dishes are small bit not cheap so the final bill adds up quickly, although it's worth it for a treat.
