Marylebone-based OPSO is a stylish restaurant and bar that celebrates the tastes, produce and social-style dining of Greece. OPSO [gr.ΟΨΟ] is an ancient Greek word for a delectable morsel of food, a fitting name for a venue that offers modern Greek tapas made with the highest quality ingredients.View Private Dining Details
Fab place, beautiful restaurant, delicious food and lovely service. Not cheap, but great if you fancy a bit of a treat.
Food was amazing - everything we had was delicious, especially the mackerel. Service was patchy and not very attentive, which was frustrating when everything else was so great.
Food is a little bit salty, but still very good
Was really great. Always is.
Lovely evening with friends! We will be back soon.
aaaaalways coming back !!! I adore this place.. food & cocktails are great but on the pricey side..
Delicious breakfast food.
The food was really good. Definitively worth the price.
It was a bit loud but the overall atmosphere was really pleasant!
The service was good and very friendly and helpful.
We come back for sure!
We sat downstairs which was preferable as we were a party of six; we could hear one another in the booth. The food was gorgeous and tasty yet a bit on the pricy side. The ambience was great. The service was good yet confusing; there was a lot of staff assisting yet we or they were not clear on their roles. For instance, staff were near and seemingly assessable yet would defer to our wait person rather than assisting us them self.
I would give this restaurant another go.
Opso is an amazing experience. Greek food at a delicious level. Perfect for dinner with friends.
The best Greek food in the entirety of London!! Top notch meal, restaurant, and service. I loved the tapas style sharing menu. Our waiter Guided us perfectly through our selections, and offered wonderful additions. Make sure you save room for dessert as well, because they are phenomenal!!
We will definitely be coming back. I would love to try their weekend brunch!!
Amazing - the food was incredible and the staff is so nice!
Nice and cozy. Food is really tasty and I like the sharing concept.
It wasn’t our first time at OPSO but we very much enjoyed the new menu and the fact that the mains are now bigger portions. Loved the Greek Sashimi and the Lemon&herb Chicken. Service was nice but the atmosphere was ruined by a group of people which was extremely loud! I highly recommend the downstairs area to be reserved for groups instead of the street level where couples or tables for two are much more suited.
We had brunch here and it was great and adorable. Tastes were amazing, however, I don’t like chocolate beans added into the yogurt, too sweat for me
Lovely lunch. Prices have gone up considerably since it opened but very good restaurant.
Excellent food as always
Excellent all around good was amazing and service to match will deffo go again
Very welcoming service and attentive staff; downstairs is a quiet location so that even when they are busy you can still enjoy the company of the people you are eating with; food was very tasty, and the only error of judgement we made was too order too many starters to share, as we were then a bit full during the main course; the slow cooked beef cheeks were exceptional, delicious and melt in the mouth; the house special moussaka was also very tasty.
Great food, beautiful presentation and friendly service!
OPSO was great! We sat at the bar so had great interaction with the bar staff. Food was amazing, drinks were amazing. Will definitely be back!
Incredible food and service! Highly recommend it! Must try fried feta with honey and sesame! Was out of this world!
Lovely lunch and ideal for a small group catch up. Lovely meze style food and sharing plates. Excellent service and good wine list. Will def come back.
Great Greek tapas sharing plates. Seating a bit tight for three or more. High table best for two. Quite pricey £120 For three plates for three people including dessert and coffee
Great food! Bit on the expensive side but worth it!
A very pleasant brunch experience- very good for lone diners as there is bar/counter seating.
Delicious food and excellent service! Loved my night at Opso.
Great experience, thin chips on the moussaka are not practical, you are fighting to eat them and not to fall all around the plate. Bread is delicious as Tiramisou!
A modern Greek restaurant in Marylebone's Paddington Street with very good food, if slightly on the pricier side. Everything we tried was quite well made and at least one level above the average. For instance, pumpkin hummus was delicious, as was saganaki and tzatziki, pittas cut up in small squares very nice and aromatic, moussaka melting in the mouth and served with micro-chips etc. The desserts are not very Greek and lacking some favorites. The wine list is decent too. The service is quick.
Restaurant design and decor was modern and reasonably comfortable Staff were Greek, friendly and helpful. Food was a very good and tasty twist on modern Greek although side of fries was a little too salty.
Lacked a little in atmosphere and waitering staff were over attentive, filling glasses and taking plates away from those that had finished a little too quickly especially when some members of our party were still eating theirs.
Overall Good .. especially the food!
Best brunch I’ve ever had in London - will definitely come back again! The berry mascarpone pancake was scandalously delicious and the opso Benedict is absolutely a must try:3
This restaurant is one of those very memorable experiences for all of the right reasons. I can’t think of anything that would have improved on our experience there. If you enjoy the flavours of Greece, genuine hospitality and a central location to dine, I can’t recommend it any more highly.
My new favourite place
Went for Valentine’s Day. Food was incredible - better than any food I’ve ever eaten in Greece. Quite pricey but worth it! Would recommend for a special occasion.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
Great dining experience as always. I love Sunday brunches at Opso. The food is always amazing, the staff kind and the atmosphere is so good. I am always taking friends who visit from abroad there and each one of them love it!
My favorite brunch place. Good service and amazing food
I asked to be seated on the high chairs (upstairs) when I made the reservation and I was seated downstairs in the regular chairs because they told me that my booking did not register this request. The downstairs area is not nice (no windows, cramped) so unfortunately even though the food was great it was not a nice ambiance.
