Food is excellent and authentic, the place is well decorated and cozy. Perfect for intimate dinners/dates.

The food is very expensive for the quality, quality not great. The whole place smells like a frying pan so had to get all my stuff to the dry cleaners to get the smell out. Waiters forgot some orders

Lovely place with genuine helpful service and delicious authentic food. Extra touches such as chopped basil at your table into the olive oil and lemoncello and a cookie to close made it feel more special and personal. All the staff were very attentive and did not make you feel rushed. Aubergine parmigiana AMAZING! Would 100% go again

This is one of my favourite Italian restaurants, always try and book to avoid disappointment!

This was our second visit to Osteria Napoletana. We sat in the back on this occasion and I would recommend sitting there as the noise level is lower and it is very comfortable. The service was terrific. The waiters/waitresses are attentive and professional without being overbearing. The bread with olive oil and fresh basil was a lovely touch. The wines by the glass were surprisingly good and the food was absolutely delicious even by the standards of the great Italian restaurants on that street. It is a step up in terms of service, food, and price from the other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood. If you are seeking something a bit nicer, then I highly recommend Osteria Napoletana.

Celebrated my mothers birthday with friends and family here. The staff made sure we had a joyful time and were excellent in their customer service and satisfaction. The restaurant itself was nice and the music accompanied the setting very well.

Lovely little neighbourhood restaurant - even if you're not from the 'hood. Charming, attentive service in these tricky times, tables well spaced apart which suited us very well, but probably not the best 'bums on seats' scenario for them.

It was pretty full on Saturday evening, in the rain. The food is well thought through and tasty, though everything seemed a little heavy on the tomatoes so do be careful when ordering that you don't have an overload, as I did!

Altogether a very nice place - which I would recommend.

Loved the wine - the first time I have found Ligurian vermentino in Lonfon. Cost £51 but lovely to taste it outside Italy. Nice staff and service - food avrrage

All in all we were pleasantly surprised will visit again one small hiccup I know it is my choice but the wine prices a somewhat top heavy

Lovely friendly authentic Italian restaurant

The starter (the fried pizza) was very good, but both the pasta (Nerano and white ragù) were a bit blunt. Overall, the staff was very nice and friendly - the food good, but not in line with their prices. A bit disappointing

Second visit to this place and it was immaculate. Love the ambience, Fatlum and Spiros lighen up the place! The gian mozzarella is to die for and the veal was simply delicious!
Don’t miss it if you are passing by is all i’ve got to say!

Very warm and attentive service. The fresh basil was snipped from a live plant table side. Excellent olive oil for dipping housemade focaccia. The mozzarella salad was very generous. Order that for the table.

I was excited to try this new restaurant as I live nearby and am a fan of the other Italian restaurants on the same road. The decor and ambience was nice, but the food was incredibly sub-par and overpriced. They serve warm bread with a decent olive oil and fresh basil to start - unfortunately this was the highlight of our meal. I would go as far as comparing the pasta to airplane food - there was no real sauce, it was just sitting on a plate of melted butter and the ingredients had no cohesion. At £15 per plate it was a real disappointment and I left about half of it behind. The zucchini side was not impressive either, as it was dripping with oil and lacked flavour and freshness. It's definitely not worth visiting this place, you're much better off going to one of the neighbouring restaurants - Luna Rossa, Osteria Basilico or Mediterraneo.

The food was just A-MA-ZING. Best Italian food I’ve had in a long time. The part that made our evening even better was the personnel. They were the most lovely people & even surprised us with a desert & a glass of Prosecco on the house because it was our anniversary. Overall great experience - highly recommend! I’m hungry now thinking about the food they serve. Oh & the interior as well as music were on point too!

Very cosy restaurant with excellent food and service.

the service was extremely poor and unprofessional.

The noise was very high and the manager did not control a very loud table which disrupted the rest of the hosts present.
