Ours Ratings and Reviews
Beautiful decor and lovely food. The tiger prawns and sea bass were unbelievably good with decent portion sizes, should definitely try, so tasty! We ordered 5 plates between 2, plus bread and olives, too full to try the deserts. We were also not rushed from the table, stayed for about 3 hours. When we arrived we were shown to a table near the door, but we asked to be moved and luckily it wasn’t a problem.
Visited Ours for a friends 25th birthday and were treated amazingly by the polite and fun staff at this establishment. Cocktails were perfectly made and the ambience was magnificent as it was flashback Friday we were in luck of enjoying some classic 90s hits which added to the nights enjoyment.
Very lovely venue and great for insta pics lol
Food was delicious and I got to use the offer so that was fab
Staff were very lovely apart from one in the upstairs balcony where we went for extra drinks, she told us to get up out of a section because it's VIP quite rudely; which was a bit embarrassing.
We didn't know as their wasn't
Any reserved sign, but overall my experience was wonderful
Fantastic venue. Although busy, felt spacious and not too loud to talk. Food is well thought out and delicious.
Food is based around a tasting menu with two of us Sharing 6 plates between, which was perfect.
Served by Jason who was polite and informative and offered excellent service throughout the dinner.
Overall a great restaurant which I have already recommended to several friends.
This was a first visit for me but a third for my girlfriend who had waxed lyrical about Ours for ages. There was no live music when we were there as it was the wrong night but that was the sole disappointment. The ambience is very unusual but attractive. The food, wine and service were excellent. The service was attentive but informal. We were even given a tour of the place after our meal. The cocktails after dinner were superb. We'll be returning.
The food is good but the real wow is in the design and thought that's gone in to creating a good ambience. The walkway leading to the front desk, the beautifully lit tree inside and the insta backdrop of flowers for girls to take pics next to all stand out pieces and show a lot of thought has gone into it. Had a great time, will come back ✌🏻
Lovely food, gorgeous interior with a fab open pass to watch the chefs work. The staff are all lovely and just the right level of interaction. The menu recommends 4/5 dishes each but we had 2 each and with a couple of the carb-heavy ones in our selection that was plenty. We had 50% off the food and had we paid full price and ordered the amount they suggested, it would have been very pricey. There was decent quality wine at reasonable prices. I would avoid giving the carrots and goats cheese a miss but make sure you have the delicious fois gras - a perfect pairing of flavours with the apple.
Amazing service from the second you walk through the door - this was the stand out for me as someone who works in guest relations and front of house myself. Amazing European menu - easy to understand and perfect sharing dishes in a tapas style. All good is presented fabulously as well, perfect for keen photographers and instagrammers. Extensive wine and cocktail list too to match to your food. The street that Ours is on is never particularly busy either, however this has no effect though as the restaurant itself is accessed by walking through a wonderfully designed, quite long corridor - which itself is a spectacle - so you feel as though you're being transported into a world of its own. Amazingly spacious inside the restaurant too with lots of architectural and interior features creating an amazing ambience and atmosphere as well. Worth every penny and it gets better and better each time!
