unique experience to its sister sites, which have developed a strong following for their vibrant food and ambience, as it is the first to explore the delicious spectrum of Asian flavours that are inherent in Peruvian cuisine.
The setting of The Spice Room is a wonderfully soothing one and is to be discovered beneath the main restaurant area of Pachamama East. Guests are led through the heart of our production kitchen, into a cosy private dining room that is peppered with potted plants and bathed in soothing candlelight. Amidst a veritable library of fragrant herbs, spices and culinary curiosities from across the globe, guests instantly feel a sense of being at one with the restaurant’s heartbeat. Chefs pop in and out through the doors clutching ingredients as they go about in preparing your delicious dishes and creating a truly memorable dining experience for all involved. The Spice Room can cater for between twelve and fourteen guests. The perfect setting for anniversaries, birthdays, business dinners, family gatherings and myriad other occasions when bringing together those we care most about over an outstanding dinner in a unique and intimate surrounding, is exactly what is required.View Private Dining Details
Lovely for a quick sharing lunch or dinner, with hip music so don't expect a quiet date night environment!
Food delicious and amazing vibe in the restaurant!
We absolutely loved our experience here and will most definitely go again!
Really cosy venue, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Eclectic menu; some dishes work better than others. The waffles are a must though!
Service was friendly if a little pushy (suggesting I wasn't ordering enough dishes) with an insistence on refilling water glasses unasked for. Noise level was also a bit much for me - but I'm an oldie!
Having said all that, I did enjoy my lunch here and would definitely come back.
Very good atmosphere, and very good food. would recommend.
just bad, try too hard, nothing compare to the other sister restaurant. Not a great place to be if you want to catch up with friends in the weekend
First brunch in Pachamama but not the last one for sure!
The Sweet potato wafels were delicious!
Fantactic atmosphare and and super service as usual.
Will be back soon!
Nice atmosphere and good music if you go with friends. Food is not great and quite overpriced.
Really wonderful food and great house music!
Lovely interiors, delicious savoury and sweet waffles, friendly staff, good ambience. Coffee was ok. The brunch there is quite good value for money.
Food and service are fantastic. The only thing I wish was less loud music. It's very clublike and hard to make conversation.
Quite odd service, patronising (lots of winking) and very pushy at points (even refusing to provide a wine list and instead bringing a glass of what they thought I would like) and a big deal made about one of our party arriving late. Music far too loud and didn’t match the setting at all. Some stand out dishes like the aubergine and a couple that lacked character. I think this Pachamama has tried to be too ‘Shoreditch’ and lost it’s way - far prefer the Chelsea branch.
Excellent and innovative food served at a nice pace throughout the meal. We chose the tasting menus and were not disappointed.
Lovely friendly staff, the service was amazing and the food even more so!
Lovely interesting food, overall a lovely evening great music !
I never leave reviews but myself and my partner felt we had to - amazing food and staff, will back very soon!
Loved it! Knowledgeable staff, high quality food using fresh ingredients. Amazing Saturday night out!
This is a great new restaurant. The waiter had his own recommendations from the menu and they didn’t disappoint. I’d go back in a heartbeat
Highly recommended. Charming restaurant with great ambience and excellent Fusion Peruvian food.
Has a fabulous brunch for my daughter’s birthday. Service was excellent. We had the bottomless Prosecco and our lovely waiter kept us topped up throughout and the bottle is left on table and replaced as soon as it’s empty - not many places leave the bottle! We shared lots of different dishes between three of us and they were all delicious. Overall a superb experience and we will definitely be returning 😀
Stylish, fun, cool vibes and crowd! Very NYC vibes! Delicious food but way too loud music but it was a Saturday night so i guess it was ok!
Absolutely wonderful food and cocktails, but the music was wholly inappropriate for dinner. I asked the waiter to speak with the DJ to turn the music down a bit but obviously that did not happen.
We had a really delicious meal here on Friday evening, the place was completely booked out so we took a table at 9.30pm, the atmosphere was still buzzing and lively with fun music and friendly staff. The food was fantastic, we shared 10 small plates between 4 of us some meat, some veg all bursting with flavour! We will definitely be coming back for a fun foodie night out!
Music was extremely loud, I couldn’t even hear myself.
Amazing food. Share plates. We did the tasting menu, which was a ton of food, for £45 each. It included snacks, ceviches, meats, veggies, desserts. Great value. Delicious food!! Great vibes, very chill, cozy, but also great for group spot to start the night or to celebrate. Will definitely be back.
Excellent food and friendly service, although we had to wait to get a waiter’s attention on more than one occasion.
Music was too loud to have an easy conversation.
Absolutely incredible! Food / service / atmosphere were amazing - would definitely go again and again!
The food and cocktails were amazing. We went for the tasting menu which was plenty, and a good mix of fish, meat and vegetable dishes. So many good dishes - hard to choose the favourites - but the pork belly, ceviches, aubergine and desserts.. YUM. Washed down with some Primo Amor cocktails.. winning.
Great food, nice location, will be coming back for more in the future
I love Peruvian food, so I was happy to see this place next to my hotel. I'll tell you a bit about the few later, but the first thing I really want to say is the hospitality here is freaking fantastic!! If I lived here, I would come back because they truly care about their customer. I had a conversation with a few different members of their staff, and it felt like a community. That to me makes me feel extremely welcomed, and it didn't feel fake at all. The people working here are happy to be working together and it shows!
Ok, for the food... I started with the sea bass ceviche karma and it was fantastic! Super fresh and had this kick to it was amazing period then I had the plantain dish, it comes with olives on top. Plantains are always delicious, but I love them in a savoury dish. And following that, I had the crispy lamb belly. Cool to get some belly that wasn't pork. And fantastic! Check out my picture.
Great food. We did wait for our booked table but they gave us 50% off food to make up for it which was a nice surprise. I’m not sure if the ambiance is as nice as the one in central but I still love it here.
Excellent food and service, and amazing value for money. Aubergine is particularly delicious
Amazing food and service, cool vibe but music a little loud for me
Thank you everyone at Pachamama east for being great hosts and taking good care of our table. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We will definitely be coming back!
There were not enough menus for the table and service was a bit sparse (probably due to the time of year). However, food was excellent and will definitely return.
Slightly different to standard Peruvian food served at Andina etc. More meat dishes that have different Asian fusion. Try the Aubergine salad - excellent.
Peruanische Küche in Shoreditch, nicht weit von der City. Küche Top, frisch, kreativ, ansprechend. Service 1a. Preise m.E. angemessen. Ambiente eventuell ein bisschen laut, das ist aber sicher Geschmacksache. Empfehlenswert!
Great food, service and decor!
The Christmas sharing brunch is great - A LOT of good food for sharing.
