unique experience to its sister sites, which have developed a strong following for their vibrant food and ambience, as it is the first to explore the delicious spectrum of Asian flavours that are inherent in Peruvian cuisine.
The setting of The Spice Room is a wonderfully soothing one and is to be discovered beneath the main restaurant area of Pachamama East. Guests are led through the heart of our production kitchen, into a cosy private dining room that is peppered with potted plants and bathed in soothing candlelight.View Private Dining Details
Fantastic food, cocktails and service! I can't recommend Pachamama enough!
So good so good
Fab vegan tasting menu. We went for the first time on a Bank Holiday Sunday evening so weren't sure what food or service would be like. Service really friendly and welcoming, happy to explain dishes to us. The vegan tasting menu was really fantastic, great variety and very tasty. Will definitely be going back.
Great vibe and food although music a touch too loud.
Great space, atmosphere, food and service!
Would definitely recommend!
Portions were really small and while food was good, it varied depending on the dish.
Beautiful good and great atmosphere on a Saturday night. Staff very helpful too!
Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Only niggle was waiting over 30 minutes for our reservation. Overall, highly recommend.
Great service, great food, great atmosphere. We visited on a Friday evening date night for dinner and were really impressed!
love this place. great service, delicious pisco sours, tasty foods, lots of sauces packed with unami.
As always perfect!
I love this place. I've been three times since it opened a month or so ago, and twice to the Marylebone one. Everyone I take raves about it and goes back. The food is incredible and great options for veggies but my fave is the avocado and tuna plate.
Food service and atmosphere were amazing
We had the tasting menu and the food was outstanding. Very big portions so couldn't finish it all but we loved every mouthful. Thoroughly recommend.
The noise levels was too loud couldn’t hear myself think it was like a disco couldn’t get out of there quick enough
Food was amazing. Customer service was incredible. The only negative was having to shout over the music.
What an amazing evening we have had at Pachama, the food was great, service outstanding and the ambiance was lovely as well!
Everything I ate off the tasting menu was superb, the staff were very friendly and loved their playlist.
Amazing variety of food and flavours and was looked after well by Ana. Perfect Mothers Day treat!
Music way too loud & un-atmospheric (Chris Brown album on full blast on a Sunday not the vibe). Went on the proviso that it was Peruvian cuisine - all dishes that we had were unmistakeably American or Asian in origin.
Fantastic meal, food was excellent. Creative interesting menu with a lot of choice.
Our server Roman was AMAZING.
Lovely for a quick sharing lunch or dinner, with hip music so don't expect a quiet date night environment!
Food delicious and amazing vibe in the restaurant!
We absolutely loved our experience here and will most definitely go again!
Really cosy venue, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
Eclectic menu; some dishes work better than others. The waffles are a must though!
Service was friendly if a little pushy (suggesting I wasn't ordering enough dishes) with an insistence on refilling water glasses unasked for. Noise level was also a bit much for me - but I'm an oldie!
Having said all that, I did enjoy my lunch here and would definitely come back.
Very good atmosphere, and very good food. would recommend.
just bad, try too hard, nothing compare to the other sister restaurant. Not a great place to be if you want to catch up with friends in the weekend
First brunch in Pachamama but not the last one for sure!
The Sweet potato wafels were delicious!
Fantactic atmosphare and and super service as usual.
Will be back soon!
If you want a bar/ nightclub: this place is good. If you are a foodie and love dining experiences, top-quality food, Michelin-starred restaurants, DO NOT go to Pachamama East for your dinner. The DJ was horrendously loud and we could not hear ourselves talking. It was like being in a nightclub.
Just to be clear, we PAID £100+ for our dinner (I have proof on credit card bill), and 45 minutes of our precious Friday night, so that we could give a fair chance to this restaurant. We are amateur foodies with real and honest ratings. We live in Shoreditch and have intimate local knowledge of the area and all of its wonderful restaurants.
After 45 minutes, we decided to leave because we were not enjoying our food at all because the music by this point gotten so loud. We didn't bother staying for dessert. By this point, we racked up £100+ in food bill -- and could not even sit down to enjoy it. We could have gone to any of the other excellent restaurants in Shoreditch within a five-minute walk: Brat (my favourite), Lyle's, Oklava, Two Lights, Smoking Goat. Heck, if you wanted Peruvian ceviche, you could even go to Andina, which is a three-minute walk away.
All these other restaurants would have served excellent food at a similar price point, and more importantly, you could have a good conversation without trying to shout over the "DJ music".
Nice atmosphere and good music if you go with friends. Food is not great and quite overpriced.
Really wonderful food and great house music!
Lovely interiors, delicious savoury and sweet waffles, friendly staff, good ambience. Coffee was ok. The brunch there is quite good value for money.
Food and service are fantastic. The only thing I wish was less loud music. It's very clublike and hard to make conversation.
Quite odd service, patronising (lots of winking) and very pushy at points (even refusing to provide a wine list and instead bringing a glass of what they thought I would like) and a big deal made about one of our party arriving late. Music far too loud and didn’t match the setting at all. Some stand out dishes like the aubergine and a couple that lacked character. I think this Pachamama has tried to be too ‘Shoreditch’ and lost it’s way - far prefer the Chelsea branch.
Excellent and innovative food served at a nice pace throughout the meal. We chose the tasting menus and were not disappointed.
Lovely friendly staff, the service was amazing and the food even more so!
Lovely interesting food, overall a lovely evening great music !
I never leave reviews but myself and my partner felt we had to - amazing food and staff, will back very soon!
