It is so wonderful to have a full-fledged, absolutely stellar seafood restaurant in thriving Las Colinas now! Pacific Table gets its vibe from the Pacific Northwest, so you will see a lot of Northwest wines on the menu, in addition to seafood that is brought in fresh daily. The views are unparalleled, the service is outstanding and the presentation of the food is spot-on. We started our meal with a crab cake, which was nearly all lump crab. We had a sushi sampler platter: eel, shrimp, tuna, whitefish and salmon that was beautiful, simplistic and fresh. My husband had the San Francisco Cioppino, appropriately paired with San Francisco-themed sourdough bread for dipping (you may need extra!!), and I had the daily special, pan seared sea bass over a dollop of mashed potatoes, with a side salad that they graciously subbed in spinach for kale for me. They have a great team in place, including a sommelier on staff. Wonderful place for a family gathering, business meeting or date night! Please support this great restaurant!!

Have been wanting to try our Pacific Table since we noticed the signs that they were coming. Decided that Saturday night was as good as any and, in our reservation, asked for a booth or table with a nice view. And boy, we got it! We sat at a lovely table with a view of the dining room and the the restaurant.

Our waitress, Jess, was DELIGHTFUL for the entire meal; never rushed us at any step!

First were cocktails: very nice! Their take on an old fashion was lots of fun and the martini was cold and smooth! Then the appraisers (oysters, of course) and the calamari - both delicious. The entrees of the Char and Trout were spot-on with very nice sides. And desert of the peanut-butter and Oreo ice-cream sandwiches was just enough! Can non wait to go back !!

Overall a decent spot with nice views of Lake Carolyn that I hope succeeds since Las Colinas needs more nicer places to dine--Via Real has been one of the only games in town for far too long! Few choices at Happy Hour but have tried all four items and all are decent. California Roll was good size and value for $5.50, calamari and shrimp were acceptable but nothing out of the ordinary and the Pacific Dip was unique and tasty. Also have had the cioppino and cheeseburger. Both were good; the burger was a bit "tall" (i.e. hard to eat) and somewhat salty. While the bun was apparently baked in-house, it was also a bit dry and ordinary. More variety on the dinner menu, more happy hour food options, a good variety of (craft) draft beer and more options on the raw oysters than just "east" or "west" (check out Waters in Fort Worth or the two locations of Hudson House in Dallas for comparison) would help elevate this place. I saw what looked like the sushi chefs in the back behind what looked like a sushi bar, but no chairs there--why not? Also, service can be somewhat inattentive or "misinformed" at times. e.g. was told by one of the hosts that there were no happy hour food items, my opentable reservation was first marked as a "no show" and then when I brought it to their attention was "cancelled" even though I dined there, etc.

Excellent food, ambience, and experience. Specials were great and the level of service was enjoyable. Some drinks and courses seemed to take a long time to arrive but quality generally overcame most of the delays. Would definitely go back.

Awesome restaurant and one of our favorites. Every item was hot and delicious. Server, Quiana, was friendly and provided some of the best service we have had in a long time. We will be asking for her on every visit.

Excellent new addition to Water Street area. Very unique menu and feel to the restaurant, its like being in a Seattle type restaurant with emphasis on seafood but other items available. Our steak, fish and salads were excellent.

BF does not eat fish, I love it. We decided it was a my-pick dinner night so we went here for the first time and we figured he’d just get a burger. As you can imagine, getting a burger at a seafood place is not the most popular option but it was incredible. Fries were great and we were totally impressed.

The sushi rolls were different, thicker rice roll but still amazing. Solid seafood restaurant.

Service was awesome. One of these rare places where everything on the menu seems to be excellent.

So exciting to have a true waterfront restaurant with great food right here in Las Colinas. We can’t wait for the patio to open. I hope they’ll improve service and offer a less expensive menu during lunch, but we loved the atmosphere, food, decor and fun drink menu.

The food at Pacific Table is outstanding, however, the service was very poor, especially at the high price point that it is.

We had dinner with friends at Pacific Table last Friday. The restaurant was pretty empty when we came (maybe 3 tables were occupied) but anyway we waited pretty long for our drinks to come, then about 30 minutes for appetizers... and only 1,5 hour after we entered the restaurant, we were served our entrees. The service was nice, but soooo sloooow.
And it's was very dark inside, it was hard to read the menu. I didn't like it.
The food was delicious though, especially dish of the day, which was a see bass. It's pricey (see bass was $45), so it's not an everyday option for us. We're going to wait a few weeks hoping, the service improves and maybe then will try again.

Edward (server) was great and so was the food. The quantity and quality of the food for the price, along with Edward, will have us coming back.

It was obvious that there were problems in the restaurant on Saturday night. Lots of confusion and inexperienced staff. We were served Prosecco in a red wine glass and served "white" Cabernet. We had to ask about the specials and wave the wait staff over to order dinner. Ordered west coast oysters and they were out. We received our side orders at the end of the meal. The one thing that saved the evening is that the fish was very good and the restaurant was very nice. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. Saw the "manager" walking around but he never came over to see how we were doing. The Pacific Table in Fort Worth is much better.

Hi Danielle, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. This is our first week of opening and we are working hard to get our staff trained up to the expectations and service you are used to in Fort Worth. I would love to apologize for the hiccups you encountered and would love to review your bill and help remedy. Please let me know if there is anything else you wish to discuss. I would also be very grateful if you wouldn't mind sharing your email with me for a personal apology.

Just what Las Colinas needed and Dallas/Forth Worth will find their way here soon. Quality seafood, uniquely served with tasty wines and cocktails. Fabian, the manager, will go way out of his way to make your dining enjoyable. Recommendations were given freely on both of our visits and were spot on! Ask for Kiana and you won’t regret it. Cioppino, trout almondine and fabulous sushi accompanied by a fresh kale salad and roasted brussel sprouts were some of our choices. Do not forget the lemon meringue pie... and reservations. - Chris and Penny Jones

Went for lunch today and everything was amazing.. lance was the bartender he was very friendly and gave recommendations right off the top. I was stuck between the scallop salad and the sandwich of the day which was a crab cake sandwich . I ended up picking the crab cake sandwich and it was EVERYTHING.. everything was fresh, the fries were tasty with garlic rosemary season. While i waited on my food i had the drink south pacific and topped it off with a Dallas blonde beer when the sandwich came out.. Fabian the gm stopped by and every server said hi as they passed.. definitely will be back and bring others along!!! Well done

Opened Jan 30th and we went Feb 14th Valentine’s Day. Was pretty good with a few glitchy things. But they’re new. Can’t transfer drinks tab from bar to table. Didn’t get one of the sides that we ordered. Minimal issues. The food was great, Staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was laid back.

Great experience at this new restaurant in Las Colinas. Fried oysters were perfection, calamari was tender and delicious served with peppers and olives. Sushi salad was the perfect entree with a delicious kale salad with miso dressing and four nice sized pieces of the chef's nigiri. I will definitely come back soon.
