First day put for lunch after lockdown so decided to go to Palm Court Brasserie. The food and was very good. Will definitely go again
Friendly staff, nice venue food was good enjoyed the first meal since lockdown.
There were only 6 tables seated, however service felt rushed and under prepared.
Top service. Great food and nice wine. Would return in the future.
It was our last dinner before hospitality and restaurants had to close for the Christmas period. We are so glad we chose this restaurant as a holiday hurrah and to celebrate the season rather than mope about the year it has been. The staff, despite being given the news were full of smiles and welcoming. Service was terrific! The setting was so beautiful, we were able to chat and eat and felt we were never rushed to be ushered out like we have in some places during the tiers. The sea bass was unreal! And the chocolate tart was so light. The Christmas music, kir royale and wine saw off a perfect evening. We will be sure to be back to support. Thank you all for wrapping up our 2020 on a good note.
Amazing value, good portions, tasty food and lovely staff
Lovely food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere in these very difficult times.
Lovely food as always. Great service. Perfect ambience. Helpful caring staff.
Very good food and service, didn’t feel at all rushed.
This is one of our favourite restaurants in London. The staff were very attentive and the food was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and can't wait to return.
Being in The Covent Garden area of London we thought this restaurant offered good value for money in particular with the fixed price menu. The food and service was excellent and the restaurant was nicely decorated for Christmas which helped to create a lovely atmosphere. Such a shame it will now have to close with London going into tier 3.
Really nice restaurant in Covent Garden. The food, atmosphere & service were excellent
It was a lovely venue, though it was a little noisy
Lovely restaurant with great service!
Very nice! Even though half of us were an hour late!!
In the whole good experience. Given social distancing was surprised when another party was seated on a table next to us, even though there were plenty of free tables. What made it worse was the waiting staff then had to squeeze past every time they needed to go to the kitchen.
Enjoyed our dinner, service was very good almost to good , two course dinner in under 45 minutes, the food was very good , but there was very little coronavirus precautions the tables were not spaced , staff had full face visors ,but of little effect as the customers are below the serving staff .
This is our favourite restaurant in London. We visited whilst on business during Tier 2 restrictions. The staff, as ever, were superb and food just wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Covent Garden and as an independent restaurant is so much better than any grand chain. Thoroughly recommended.
Love this place been a couple of times and love the food and atmosphere
Love this restaurant and have never had a bad meal there. Our waiter was exceptional this week. The staff are very friendly and they have a great menu which is varied and very reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough.
Lovely meal and perfect service. Tables spaced apart etc however wouldn't be so pleasant if there wasnt a 1m rule as they would be very close.
Toilets not much to shout about though!
Good service despite being busy. I'd say it was too full for covid times though. Food was ok, went for steak but think it's overpriced for the quality.
Really lovely staff, great banoffee pie, sirloin steaks not great but really nice. Would recommend
Lovely restaurant, fantastic staff, felt very Christmassy, first time visited and will be back again - we absolutely loved it! Thank you!
Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent food all round, relaxing and enjoyable evening. Thank you
Quality food but in small quantities. Makes the steep cost unreasonable.
Had a lovely evening at Palm Court, the food was delicious, the service was the right pace and they even made an off-menu cocktail for me. I'll definitely be going back.
We had dinner on the last day before lockdown and the place was overbooked and did not seem to keep a 2 meter or even a 1 meter distance between customers inside.
I was grateful that we managed to find a table for our anniversary, however at some point the service became saturated and we had to wait over 30 minutes for our desert.
The food was good and at reasonable price as we took the menu with a Kir Royal. The staff were extremely busy on the night and the lady making drinks/cocktail behind the bar was totally in control despite the amount of people in that place.
All in all a good experience before the confinement and might try it again when it reopens in December
Enjoyed the food immensely and atmosphere. The set menu is great value and service is exceptional. It can be a bit noisy if you are seated close to bar or speakers. I always enjoy my meal when I go there and can highly recommend.
Great service under Covid conditions, staff were brilliant, the starter Calamari was quite average but the Toulouse Cassolet was excellent, great meal
Lovely atmosphere, one of my favourite restaurants in London.
Very nice evening and great service
Very good welcoming, excellent service , delicious food , thank you for being so accommodating. It was such a great evening , thank you
Food was perfect great place to eat, been twice now and great both times. Would defo recommend this place.
Staff were impeccable, great service throughout as always.
Great location, friendly efficient staff. Well priced menu for area
Had the fillet steak - perfectly cooked and impeccable service. Have eaten here many times over the last 5 years and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Prices on the a la carer menu very reasonable for London and a set price menu with plenty of choices available.
Almost identical to other restaurants owned by the Maxwell Group. Quite good deals for 3 course meals, good drinks and great service. Relaxed atmosphere.
I love Palm Court Brasserie. The food is great, the service is friendly, and the ambience is so fabulous. I love going to this restaurant.
An amazing find. Very friendly staff who were great with our children.
