This is my boyfriends favourite restaurant! We came for his birthday and got a seat outside, managed to get one that was slightly shaded as it was very warm !
Lovely service, all friendly smiley staff!
Food was amazing as always!
We sat for around 3 hours leisurely eating and drinking a bottle of wine! Perfect celebration !
I have been to this restaurant many times over the years, I shall shall continue to do so!
The last visit was for a party of six for my father's birthday. The food, service and atmosphere were fabulous. Perfectly cooked steak, wonderful puddings. Steely Dan playing in the background. Love it all.
Always lovely service and food - a treat to sit outside too
Really lovely place there , with absolutely lovely staff. Food is really affordable and delicious considering the posh location the restaurant in in. Would definitely good back
We ate outside, so can't really comment on the normal inside experience. Food was very good, the service prompt and staff were both professional and friendly. We will definitely go back again.
The service is charged a part and that is quite annoying
Had the Set Menu for £22.50. Great value, service and food.
Fantastic brassiere that I have eaten at over a number of years. The food is always great with fantastic service. Palm Court is exceptional value for the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. You will be hard pressed to find better.
The Dine Local deal is great value for money and the food was good too. Only suggestion would be mint ice cream not chantilly with the Valrhona Choc tart to cut through the richness
Great value and choice on menu.
Social distancing from other diners was easy but the tables are quite small so you can’t keep 2m away from the people you are dining with. This could be improved by joining tables together and laying them so diners are seated diagonally opposite rather than directly opposite. Another small point - sachets of sugar instead of a spoon that had clearly been used before as it had sugar stuck to it.
Very well set up for social distancing and we had a lovely time
My sister and I both have eating problems. Your staff could not have been more helpful in dealing with this. The meal was delicious (although my main course was so big I couldn't finish it!) and, as it had been my sister's birthday, we were very touched that her dessert arrived with a candle in it - such fun! I would certainly recommend the Brasserie to friends and might even persuade my very picky partner to visit too (should I be able to get him on to a train from our home in Hampshire!).
A lovely quiet place to entertain in where you can hear yourself speak! Delightful ambience and attentive staff. Prix fixe menu is excellent value.
Some further attention needs to be paid to gluten and dairy free options, as my own meal was tasteless whereas the other three in the party had delicious food.
It was such a joy to be able to return to the Palm Court Brasserie after such a long time. Everything was as we remembered it and we had a most enjoyable lunch. Thank you!
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Will most definitely be back!! Highly recommend
We had a great meal, would definitely go back again!
Good value as always
Had an enjoyable lunch here, very nice and helpful staff. Great atmosphere.
Very empty because of the virus but a good experience
Good food as always and attentive service. Social distancing was handled well.
It was good to be back. Really lovely food and excellent service.
Excellent, calm and prompt service, fabulous food, consideration and care taken for social distancing. An all round lovely lunch. Highly recommend.
The food is delicious, and outstanding services overall.
It was amazing. Excellent food, amazing warm service and the most fantastic ambiance. Will definitely be back
Absolutely no social distancing. Tables were almost stack against each other, waiters and waitresses did not were mask and were talking loudly and straight into you face And even when I tried to lean backwards they leaned in!!
Beautiful place to eat and spend a romantic evening with my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff were all so lovely and the food was amazing too!
Incredible service and attentive staff. Would highly recommend
Food was good service was fab. Well come again soon.
Great food, excellent service and great ambiance
Fantastic Sunday roast. Would definitely return to this restaurant. The location was great too, right in the centre of Covent Garden
Sat in the window, well distanced from other guests. Good menu and attentive staff. All plates went back empty, always a sign of good food. Will be back.
Great service and food
The atmosphere was relaxed yet there was a bit of a buzz throughout the restaurant which was lovely. It took a while for our order to be taken due to waiting for the manager to take our order as we were ordering with a gluten intolerance. The manager was fantastic however and was very knowledgeable. Overall the food was great, the duck needed much more seasoning and crispier skin. The wine was delicious and dessert was very tasty (creme brulee and choclate tart) We would return as the restaurant had a great atmosphere!
Tucked away on a table for two out of sight of the main dining area and right in front of a small cubby hole where glasses collected. This made service a little slow. Otherwise very good food and drink.
Always visit palm court when we’re in London. Never disappoints.
Great atmosphere, good menu with lots of choice, service was also 1st rate
The visit was great. Staff lovely and attentive.Enjoyed our visit but a shame not more activity in restaurant and surroundings -Covid is the cause, hope things change soon. Felt Covid safe in restaurant. Sat inside and No problems.
We had a brilliant evening, fantastic food and ambiance, would definitely go back again.
Everything was so brilliant except at the very end we were given an incorrect bill (less than what it should be) and as reading it we had it snatched off us by a waiter which felt a little uncomfortable. The restaurant host (can’t remember his name) was amazing at his job and made the experience for us.
Good value, especially with the £10 rebate. Friendly and professional service
