Staff is very friendly , food delicious and great value
A truly authentic french restaurant. Wonderful evening and it is up there as one of my favourite restaurants in London. Really impressed!
Excellent service and good quality food and wine. Very good value.
The staff was rude and didn’t tell us we have only 1h for the table until 5 minutes before this hour was over
I have visited this restaurant for the first time and I'm sure I will be back. Food was good, staff was outstanding a specially two ladys unfortunately I didn't get their names. One of them were wearing red/ burgundy sweater and another server was with dark long hair and light shirt. Big thank you, ladys you are doing amazing job in there.
Food was good, we had the 50% off offer in food although they forgot to apply. I had to remind them. Staff was very welcoming but it wasn’t any social distancing between tables. Staff was wearing mask but the restaurant was completely full.
This was the least covid safe restaurant i have been in in london. No tracing, no space, no sanitezer, no air. as soon as we ate our food we sat outside in the cold. the place was packed - seriously irresponsible.
In these difficult times this restaurant should be greatly congratulated for continuing to offer fantastic value for money , wonderful food in a brilliant atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much we went for dinner two nights running.
Very relaxed and enjoyable despite current restrictions
More fabulous food at this lovely restaurant. The staff are trying so hard in these difficult times and deserve to be rewarded by being allowed to be busier.
Had a lovely meal was greeted warmly on arrival and service was excellent add to this the delicious food and it all added up to a lovely time would certainly recommend.
We had a table booked of course understanding the problems we all have but we waited 25 minutes for service by that time it was 21.10 we got our main course at 21.25 and the waiter was actually trying to take it of us at 21.45 we had to leave a three quarters full bottle of wine so disappointed we all know the 22.00 closing time but surely the staff should be making sure customers are at least getting a chance to eat and drink there meals or at worse explaining that they won’t be able to serve after a certain time .
But no the orders were taken and as soon as they were given to us they were looking to take the food back !!! Such a shame I have eaten in this restaurant many times before
The staff were all really friendly and helpful! The food was also delicious, simple but so well done :)
Very buzzy restaurant with a good French bistro atmosphere. Although busy service was prompt and helpful. Food was great as well. We will be going again.
Busy restaurant with good food. Chose the set menu on the Restaurant Festival deal which made the food good value, and it was tasty.
Serving staff were very friendly but service did lose a mark for not checking the drink order correctly (immediately fixed without issue, but still couldn't say it was perfect!) and having to ask a couple of times for the bill.
Covid precautions thoroughly evident, although the tables felt close together. I think it was a perception thing, as I didn't have concerns.
Food was amazing ! Chaterbriand cooked to perfection & dauphinois potatoes were lovely along with the salad, um half French and they reminded me of just how my family do them,
Starters were also lovely!
Staff couldn’t have been more friendly , would 100% recommend and will be returning if were ever back in Covent Garden !
I had a lovely dining experience and enjoyed the three-course set menu. Really lovely atmosphere and the staff were were friendly and Covid-safe.
The staff were so friendly and attentive.
The food was delicious and tbe atmospheric very relaxed.
Once again my wife and I had a very enjoyable lunch, augmented by very friendly staff in a marvellous setting adjacent to the world famous main Covent Garden square. Can't wait to return. We just need to convince others to do so as its very COVID-secure, as is the transport to and from.
Although having to comply with COVUD restrictions, the staff made us feel welcome and the restaurant looked amazing and VERY clean. The Eat out to Help out deal was still on offer and this was much appreciated. Really helpful staff (charged my phone behind the bar), and We will definitely go back. Thank you to the staff and chefs for superb work.
The French onion soup and creme brulee was outstanding as well as the team were willing to help out in anyway. Thanks guys !!! Xx
Food made all of us I’ll. service wasn’t good at all restaurant empty food was very oily. Too much butter too rich.
Great food and service.
The food was lovely, I had one of the nicest seafood linguines. I was quite concerned about the proximity of all the tables as i think social distancing was not being followed. We were all packed in very tight and I didnt feel that comfortable. I am not sure i would come back or recommended whilst covid19 is about
Excellent service, one of the best. Very beautiful place. Food was Great as well and prices was Good enough. I can recommend for sure.
So good to be able to return to Palm Court Brassiere to dine out. Everything was excellent as usual. Thank you to all staff for being so welcoming. I'll be back soon.
Ambiance is great. Food is good (could be better though), I ordered a burrata and it looked more like a mozzarella. More efforts should be placed into the food, but other than that service is great, cocktails are amazing. My friends and I had an excellent night in this restaurant. I highly recommend it.
having been to the Palm before i was not surprised by the level of friendly, attentive service and good quality of food. I do love the layout and situation of this venue
The staff were able to make the covid precautions efficient but as easy as could be expected given the situation and made sure that the impact on our enjoyment was as little as possible.
Always good value especially with the O/T discounts
The service was very good and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Sadly there were not many diners there (understandable given the circumstances) so there was very little atmosphere. The food was OK but a little overcooked and the set menu had nice options to choose from. I would go back.
Overpriced food. There was a cheaper set menu option but this didn’t appeal. The food was unremarkable at ‘fancier’ dining experience prices. Service was patchy. Mostly fine but some not overly friendly. Three course lunch with a glass of wine each and coffee was £150- that seems expensive.
Very lovely evening at Palm Court- the food was excellent and good value, and the service was exemplary (particularly our waiter Peter).
Been meaning to try here for a while and this was the perfect opportunity when we came to stay in London for couple of nights. There was a very nice feel and atmosphere inside with candles on the tables and low lighting. Nice music playing not too loud.
The waiter was really good and stayed happy and polite despite the uncomfortableness of wearing a face mask (I think we can sympathise)
The menu was really wide and varied and the quality served was splendid.
Couldn’t fault anything from food, atmosphere, staff all brilliant!
Just a shame dinner was rushed due to 10pm curfew
Had a lovely meal. Service was amazing and great value for money
Palm Court is one of my favourite restaurants, and the special offer menu is always great value. I was surprised how busy it was with the Covid restrictions, but rules were being strictly adhered to. The food is always yummy, and the service impeccable.
great service and always good value food-I eat her a lot!
Food was great, and it's a lovely place to eat. But there's no social distancing, as all the tables are packed course together, which is disappointing when it's supposed to be following Covid guidelines.
Brilliant meal, the duck was lovely. One of our favourite restaurant.
